    This was the best jewelry store. My girlfriend and I have been looking for months for the perfect ring. Had we known just how great REEDS was going to be we would have gone there first. The professionalism and patience witbus was amazing. Very personal and far from pushy. They went above and beyond to met all of our needs. Seeing just how differnt it was compared to the other 7 stores we visited compelled me to write my first online review. Wally and his staff are leaps and bounds ahead of the others. Thanks for such an amazing experience.

    My husband and I bought both of our rings (diamond, wedding bands) among other jewelry from Reeds. We have worked with Minnie on a number of occasions and she always knows who we are and provides excellent service and guidance regarding our purchases. It has been such a pleasure to work with Minnie and Miss D. throughout this process and we will continue to make jewelry purchases from Reeds moving forward. Thank you!

    My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Reeds, and we also purchased our wedding bands from them. They were very easy to work with and quite knowledgeable. We had looked at other stores for our bands, but we were so disappointed in the salespeople that we encountered that we ended up coming back to Reeds in the Mount Pleasant Town Center. When our bands arrived, my fiance didn't like his, and they were very nice about exchanging it for a different one that they had in their store. Luckily, they had one that fit him and everything. I would definitely recommend them!

    I got my engagement ring and wedding band from Reeds and I love them! They are simple, elegant, and timeless. The people were easy to work with and every time we go in for a cleaning or to get it evaluated for the warranty, I am met with warm smiles and excellent professionalism.

    The Man that helped us here was so amazing... He made us have a overall WONDERFUL experenice and everything turned out perfect! He even helped us when we were obviously not big spenders...he was willing to help either way!

    This is for the one in Cary, but I loved them! Hilarious! If you want the best deal, go in awful weather towards the end of the month.

    I got my husbands wedding band from Reeds and I was very pleased with the cost. My husband does manual labor and so he doesn't wear his weddding band all day everyday. So I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money on one that he was going to only wear on the weekends and when we went out to eat dinner. The lady who helped me was very nice and showed me several types of bands and what the best band for him would be. They even engraved the band for me the day that I bought it so I didn't have to make another trip back to the store. I was very pleased with my purchase and my husband likes his wedding band too.

    Reeds Jewelers is a great place to buy jewelry for your wedding. My fiancé and I bought my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands at Reeds. They are kind and helpful. They walked us through the rings and described them all to us. My only complaint would be is that they were pricey, but what diamond ring isn't? I have been extremely happy with my ring, and can't wait to start wearing my band that came with it!

    I got my wedding ring from Reeds and was very pleased with the results..however I was told it only came in one size and would have to get it sized on my own?? But its ok because i know a great jeweler in my area and it came out perfect. love my ring!

    Reeds was great when picking out my and my fiancé's wedding bands! They had a large selection and many options that fit into our price range. I was able to get a custom band for much less than I was expecting because the store was having a diamond show when we went in. My fiancé was able to find a band he truly loves as well. We got our bands quickly and they were everything we could have hoped for!

    The professionalism of the staff at Reeds Jewelers excels far better then any other jeweler at the FLorence Magnolia Mall, if the staff doesn't have an item in stock they go all out ot be able to acquire the item. The knowledge of the stones metals and quality are also very impressive. The cost was mid to higher then other jewelers i've visited

    While we were extremly happy with the final product, my husbands band came in in the wrong size with only a week befor the wedding. Luckily, they fixed the problem, but the stress was crazy.

    We got my engagement ring and wedding band from the one in North Charleston. My husband has to go to an out of state reeds on a vacation because our local reeds was not helpful in finding a wrap for my ring. They told him they couldn't get the one we wanted in yellow gold.

    We were overall disappointed in our service at Reeds. I love my band and my husband's ring as well but I will not use Reeds for future jewelry purchases. We ordered my wedding band and my husband's on the same day two months prior to our wedding day. The week before leaving for our destination wedding we had still not heard whether or not our rings were in. When we called the store they said mine was in but my husband's was not. Nobody ever mentioned to us while purchasing the rings that there was a possibility that the rings would not be in on time. Two days prior to leaving for our wedding, the manager finally let us have a plain wedding band for my husband to use for the ceremony. It turned out that my husband's ring came in the day we were leaving and we were able to pick it up and keep the loaner band. All in all it turned out well but I don't think it was worth the stress!

    3 weeks before my wedding i took my ring in to be cleaned and they told me they were going to have to send it off because the diamond was loose and it wouldnt be back until i got back form my honeymoon.

    We bought my wedding band from Reed's. It had to be sized, but were told that we had to wait at least one month to get my ring sent off to be sized in order for the warranty to cover it. We waited and waited for the ring to come in, but were told it was talking longer than expected. We finally went into the store after about 8 weeks and told them we need the ring ASAP. We then find out that the ring had been there the whole time, they had just keyed in our phone number wrong and didn't bother to call our cells. Four weeks after the wedding, a diamond fell out. We took it back to the store but they would not look up our warranty information on the computer. We had to find our "orginal warranty paperwork" and go back to the store again. We then find out that all of the diamonds, except for one, are loose and need to be fixed. Now, my ring has been shipped off to be fixed and will take a month to get back. The jeweler told us that if it costs too much to fix the ring, we will just get a Reed's gift card in the amount of the ring. I DO NOT recommend buying and jewelry from this store!!!

    WORST PLACE EVER!!! The salespersons were only curtious to you when they wanted your money, but when something went wrong it was a nightmare!!! The quality of my expensive ring was sub par when I got it home and looked at it with admiration ( like most brides do), so I took it back to the store. The manager was rude and insulting. We had to contact the Regional Manager who again, was insulting and rude. I wanted a perfect ring, the platinum was all messed up and they blammed me for being too picky, that it was just how it was. When walking into the store, I was usually dismissed and ignored. My husband was insulted, I was insulted, and so were my friends. I refused to go in alone. It took months to fix my ring. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I would drive 2 hours to go to a different city to get my ring inspected and cleaned ( as required by my insurance).
