My wife and I took the wedding band class with Danielle and loved every second of it. It was such a unique experience and really gives a lot of meaning behind the wedding rings we made each other.

We came all the way from northern Alberta and it was well worth the travel! The shop was intimate, cozy and professional. Danielle and her staff were absolute gems to work with. We left glowing! I would recommend this workshop to anyone. Those rings are even more special to us now and we cannot wait to get married so we can wear them.

She was wonderful to work with, and it really was a hands on experience! It felt so special to make each other’s rings.

Very fun and unique experience! My fiancee and I came in to make our own wedding rings in Danielle's workshop. Danielle was very knowledgeable about metal smithing and very enthusiastic about teaching others the beauty of ring making! She walked us through each step professionally and made sure we were comfortable with using the tools before moving on. She let us "have control" for most of the workshop, while explaining the importance of each step, detail, and movement. It was a super fun and romantic activity that we will cherish forever! My fiancé and I attended Danielle's DIY Wedding Ring Workshop, and what an incredibly special and meaningful experience!

I did an initial consultation with Danielle a couple months ago and she gave me information on the process and found out a bit more about the types of rings we wanted to make. I took forever to decide on the type of ring I wanted, but Danielle was patient and helped me understand what options were available.

On the day of the workshop, we arrived at Danielle's studio and got right to work! We each started with a solid piece of metal, and Danielle walked us through each step of filing, bending, brazing, more filing, and careful polishing. She was there every step of the way to help if we needed it, but also let us do the majority of the steps ourselves so that the rings are really and truly made by us!

I'm an introvert by nature, and I was worried about spending 8+ hours with a stranger - what if it was awkward?? But Danielle is so personable and has so many captivating stories. We had so much fun talking in addition to the actual ring workshop! I was also worried about making the rings when I don't have any prior experience working with metal, but Danielle was a patient, kind, and effective teacher. They turned out beautifully.

The rings are pieces of art, and it feels so meaningful that we made them for each other. I can't wait until our wedding day so I can wear mine forever!

Danielle was awesome! We spent an hour on the phone prior to the workshop where she asked questions, we picked our metal, talked about sizes, the process etc. She was very personable and had so much knowledge on the metals and processes we were doing to make our wedding rings. She walked you through every step and was open to any questions and helped whenever it was needed. We were the only ones in the workshop which is the only way she does her couple workshops allowing for 1:1 attention. She takes pictures while you are doing it and sends them to you. It was such a cool experience and I would highly recommend it!
