Sunny is a wonderful person that cares so much about his customers! He and his staff are so professional, patient, and honest people. My husband and I will only shop and buy our jewelry from Diamond Couture. From ring sizing to anything you need fixed- it can all be done in house and quickly! The absolute best customer service around. Hannah has been amazing to work with!

Excellent customer service! Sunny & his fiancé & coworkers went out of their way to help us find exactly what we wanted. On top of that they worked with us to nock the price down a good notch. Would highly recommend this place to our friends and family & will be back to do more shopping with them

I am very happy with everything this store and employees have to offer, they go way out of their way to satisfy their customers. For example I went to pick my ring up and it was back but locked in the safe at the owners home and since it wasn't in the store when I went to get it they personally delivered it to my house the same night.. I loved the quality of the ring they had to customized it themselves and they did a wonderful job. I am highly satisfied. I would recommend everyone I know to do business with Diamond Couture! I spent 3 hours going in all the stores to look for a watch for a friend. I went in JcPenney, Belks, Dillards, Queen Jewelers, Kay Jewelers and the one across from Kays. Diamond Couture had the best price hands down for the exact same brand of watch as Queens and Kay Jewelers. I purchased a Citizens and the best price Kay had was $275 although two of them I picked were over a thousand. Queens had Citizens for around $500 that I liked. Also the 5 year warranty is included in the price at Diamond Couture whereas you had to pay for a warranty at Kays for an additional $129. By the way my watch didnt even cost that much!!! Wowwwww. Sunny was the salesperson. He was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go back and do business there!!!

This is an independent jewelry store is west gate mall. They really don't look like much or have a huge selection but what they do have is beautiful. I was looking for a simple diamond ban to actually wear with a small very thin wedding band. I needed a diamond ring that I could wear daily that could be wore under gloves. Not only did they hve exactly what I wanted when noone else did it was also a higher quality for half the price as any of the other stores in the mall. They have an in store jeweler. The only down fall since they are small and family owned there is normally only one person working the store so waiting for service is bad but once you get service they are kind. They don't have all the bells and whistles and I had to ask for a ring box and insurance print outs. But half the cost was worth it. All the money is in the jewelry not all the other stuff.

My son went to purchase a ring in this store. Mind you, my son has great credit. The jeweler that sold him the ring financed him through 2 different finance companies at a whopping total of $171 A WEEK for 12 months!!!!!!! My son signs these papers and comes to me hours later saying he felt like he was finessed. When I look through the papers, he was paying ALMOST $9000 for the ring set. My son took the brand new, unopened box back the very next day, within 24 hours, only to be told that there was a no refund policy. He went right next door to Helzberg (ALISHA WAS AWESOME BY THE WAY, and got the exact same engagement ring set for $2,000!!! So a few hours after the return was denied, the owner Sonny, calls my son to set up a meeting! I knew what his motive was! So when I showed up, this dude tried to smooth talk me saying that if my son paid the ring off in 90 days, he would only be paying $4000. He kept looking at the ring on his fiancé’s finger thinking it was his ring. When I explained that the ring she was wearing was the exact same from Helzberg, he asked me to see the ring from his store. He got mad because I told him I didn’t trust him to take it. He used every tactic in the book! Yes, this was very much my son’s fault. You live and learn. But Sonny, he is not paying $9000 for that ring! You asked him his credit score! Then you said, someone should’ve explained that. That’s your retailer’s job. I get it. She just wanted a sale. Long story short, stay away from this janky, jewelry store. There is no way people are content with paying 4 times the amount for jewelry! Sonny really thought he was going to take the ring back and still stick my son with those payments. I’m a different breed Sonny. I know how you operate. My ex husband bought our wedding bands from you. Diamonds fell out of mine. I brought it to you to be repaired and you never gave it back. I didn’t push the issue because I was well on my way to a divorce and it just didn’t matter to me anymore!
