They customized my engagement ring (my mother's) so that it would fit my wedding band (also my mother's). They did a great job and it didn't take very long for the service.

Fred did a really great job on my engagement ring as well as the wedding bands. Mr. Black and his entire staff were very nice. I would recommend Reeds Jewelry to anyone.

I have a tacori engagement ring so i needed a tacori band and the Reed's at Sandhills sales tacori. We received wonderful help and attention. One of my prongs on my engagement was loose and the replaced it at no charge to us. Very helpful and wonderful sales staff.

I purcashed my hubby ring from here. I got him a Tungsten with black carbon. The best thing about it was I got his ring during a promotional deal. Service was quick and easy. They worker was very informing about Tungsten and that it was the best quality to get. They ordered the ring and it returned within a timely manner.

The ring that we chose for my husband was popular and available at three stores in the mall- we chose Reeds because they were the first place we saw the ring and they showed it to us. The price was the same at every store. He bought the size in the store (9.5) just to make sure we would have a ring for the wedding and later we would pay to reorder the proper size but we decided a few days later that we would have enough time to exchange it and order the proper size so my husband took it back. They told us the ring would arrive in 3 weeks but it took more like 6 weeks and I was the one calling THEM to ask when it was supposed to be coming but all they could tell me was "It's not here, we'll call you when it arrives." My husband picked up the ring and he has been wearing it for three weeks. He took it back this week to order another size because it was loose and one of the ladies was all set to charge him the $60 shipping until another salesman recognized my husband from his job and listened to his story then checked his records. The records said he returned a size 10 and ordered a size 9.5 but he really returned the size 9.5 and ordered a 9 so the salesman handled it free of charge. If not for this salesman recognizing my husband, we would have been out $60 for their clerical error.
