We picked up 55lbs of smoked meat for our wedding. It was a mixture of smoked chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. Redd's included all their sauces in with the price of the meat.

They did not cater the event, as they had 2 other full service events booked that day, but they were still able to provide us the food. We received rave reviews from everyone that had attended about how good all of the food was. We eat there for lunches from time to time, but the catered food seemed even better than what you get in the restaurant itself. I would definitely recommend!
