These people were wonderful, professional and well practiced at what they do. The meal was simple BBQ because we chose to serve food we knew people would like, rather than some fancy food we weren't sure about, especially since we had kids attending. We had leftovers, due to some guests falling ill at the last minute, they gave us the what was left of the top sirloin, chicken breast, garlic bread and salads to take home or give away. Many of our guests really enjoyed the leftovers. Raymond Cattaneo makes his own sausage, as well as other things, and the appetizers were all of his sausages and the guests all commented on how much they loved the sausage.
