My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner (and room blocks) at the Radisson Hotel in Chatsworth. Our wedding was in Simi Valley so it was very convenient. We were very impressed with their food and service. We were allowed to come early and set up our table, plus we had the place practically to ourselves. The one issue was the slowness in the kitchen. Several of our guests ordered the salmon and some came out on time, while my in-laws came out 20 minutes later. That was a big bummer. But all in all it was a great dinner.
