Rachael and assistant Heather did a great job with hair for 8 people and makeup for 4 people! They listened to everyone’s wants and adjusted as needed, and we were done ahead of schedule! Working with Rachael was very easy and she was super communicative, and I’m so happy with how my hair and makeup came out and lasted! I have very thick hair and my bun lasted through the afterparty with no headache.

I booked Rachael for my intimate wedding in June ! She did an amazing job for myself and mother . We felt so pampered and she made my special day more fun . Her prices were reasonable and she was very reliable with communication !

Rachael did my hair and makeup, as well as some of my bridesmaids for my 12/18/21 wedding. Leading up to the wedding Rachael was great to work with - responsive and helpful. The day of she was on time, and so sweet fitting in seamlessly with myself, bridesmaids and everyone getting ready for my wedding together. My hair and makeup both looked exactly as I pictured, and I got compliments even well into the night. All of my bridesmaids loved their looks as well. Would without a doubt recommend Rachael to anyone needing her service.

Rachael did mine, my bridal party and MIL’s hair on my wedding day! She did a phenomenal job! My hair came out truly amazing and was EXACTLY what I had wanted! She was able to take all of the very, very vague visions each of my girls had for their hair and make them into a beautiful reality! I was not a bride but a wedding guest when Rachael did my makeup, and I was so pleased with her work! She squeezed me in super last minute over the summer when I had a wedding in the area on a Sunday morning, and was super pleasant and flexible! My eyes never keep makeup on well (not sure if they're watery or oily), and I naturally always have dark circles from thin skin under my eyes. However, Rachael not only did my makeup beautifully but ALL of it lasted all day and looked flawless. She did my makeup early in the morning and the wedding wasn't until later, and she was sweet enough to allow me to have some lip touchup so I could reapply right before the wedding since it was many hours later. Highly recommend!

Rachael did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as a couple of other girls, and she was INCREDIBLE!! I absolutely loved my hair and make up the day of my wedding! I did my trial with Rachael about 5 months before my wedding but on the morning of I wanted something a little different and Rachael did it perfectly. My makeup was made up of neutral colors so it looked light and fresh but absolutely stunning and stood out just enough in photos. Rachael was so nice and fun to work with in addition to doing a beautiful job with make up and hair!! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in search of hair and makeup in the Hudson Valley area!

I was Married at the Roundhill in Washingtonville, NY on 4/20/14. Racheal did both hair and makeup for myself and my maid of honor. I did a hair and makeup trial with her back in December at my home. I first thought she was a little young...but she told about her work experience throughout the trial. I immediately hired her that day. No regrets..................she did a beautiful job for us. She listened to what we wanted, and took pics of me during the trial that she referred to on the wedding day. My maid of honor who lives in Boston sent pics of her self with ideas of what she wanted to Rachael. I have to say I was very nervous about what I would actually look like on my wedding day especially since I don't usually wear makeup. My husband's only request was "please don't look like a porcelain doll.....I want to recognize you. Rachael listened to my wishes to keep the makeup light. Rachael has the sweetest personality, she will not talk your ear off, and she has very gentle hands "no pulling or tugging". Very professional arrived on time, quick to respond to calls/emails. You will find many hair and make up vendors who are very over priced and charge at least $100 for a trial.
