Rabbi Noyo is a wedding officiant based in Boston, dedicated to designing inclusive and meaningful wedding ceremonies for couples of all backgrounds. Rabbi Sarah Noyovitz, or Rabbi Noyo as many know her, believes that every couple deserves to feel supported and celebrated on their wedding day, whether they're planning a ceremony that is religious, non-religious, or interfaith. Her talent lies in curating experiences that reflect all the beliefs and traditions that are important to a couple and their families, resulting in a ceremony that makes everyone feel seen and understood.

Rabbi Noyo creates a beautiful and meaningful ceremony for each of her couples, from simple "I Dos" to detailed visions, from elopements to blending families and cultures. Her packages range from $300 to $2000, but she believes that finances should never be a barrier to love, and will be happy to discuss what is possible.

Services Offered

Rabbi Noyo works with couples throughout the Boston area and beyond. Although she is a rabbi and mostly works with Jewish and interfaith couples, she also officiates non-Jewish and non-religious weddings and unity rituals!

When it comes to Jewish ceremonies, she understands that there are many Jewish wedding rituals to consider including or not, so she always guides her clients through the many options available to them and explains each one. Her services include resources for obtaining ritual items such as a chuppah or smash glass, checking the ketubah text for couples who have one, and detailed follow up emails.

Rabbi Noyo welcomes any opportunity to include non-traditional elements in wedding ceremonies, including rituals from another faith background, alternatives to the traditional Jewish rituals, and adaptation or exclusion of God-language.

Rabbi Noyo happily officiates events on Shabbat/Saturday and any day of the week. She supports interfaith/multifaith couples and is open to co-officiation if clients would like representation from two clergy people. She is queer and nonbinary herself and loves to work with queer couples. She affirms and supports poly folks and can create a ceremony that honors a whole polycule. She knows that Jews come in all colors, genders, and backgrounds, and will make sure every couple feels supported and cared for throughout the whole process.

Rabbi Noyo also does baby namings, b'nei mitzvah services, conversions, funerals, and unveilings. She also creates rituals for queer transitional moments, such as marking a gender affirmation surgery or name change. She looks forward to helping many more couples and families make their life cycle events special!

The best !!!

Rabbi Noyo was incredible to work with. They helped us create a customized, one of a kind, queer Jewish wedding that felt like it was uniquely ours but also incorporated all of the traditions that were meaningful to us. They were so organized and stayed connected throughout the whole planning process, making sure that we were on track and even sending us checklists to help us through the overwhelm ! Our guests were all so impressed - everyone agreed she was the best officiant they'd ever seen perform a ceremony. 11/10 would recommend !!

Thank you to Rabbi Noyo!

We had an amazing experience working with Rabbi Noyo. In every meeting, she guided us with so much care, intention, and warmth throughout the entire process. It was clear how much she cared about making our ceremony meaningful and personal, and our ceremony truly felt like it was our own. During the ceremony, she explained each tradition in a thoughtful and accessible way, ensuring that even our non-Jewish guests felt included and understood the significance of each moment. We're so grateful for the depth and meaning she added to our day and can't thank her enough!

Amazing wedding experience with Rabbi Noyo

We really appreciated the structured approach that Rabbi Noyo took to getting to know us, encouraging open conversation about marriage and our relationship, and the flexibility she had with our preferences for the ceremony. As an interfaith couple, we both felt included and welcomed in the planning of the ceremony the entire time. Our questions about what certain parts of the ceremony represented were always greeted with instruction and lightheartedness from Rabbi Noyo, which we truly appreciated.

Rabbi Noyo delivered a flawless and moving ceremony in which she wove in the Jewish traditions beautifully while acknowledging a more modern approach to the marriage ceremony. She was a pleasure to work with and handled herself very professionally throughout all stages of the process. We are so grateful to have had her officiate our wedding!! We would wholeheartedly recommend Rabbi Noyo to any couple looking for a warm, thoughtful, and inclusive officiant.

Rabbi Noyo - 10000% Recommend!

Rabbi Noyo did a phenomenal job officiating our wedding! They worked with us for almost a year before the day, with monthly meetings to check in and craft the perfect ceremony for us. She was so helpful with explaining all of the traditions we could choose from, and made sure to keep the ceremony very friendly and understandable to those from a non-Jewish background. She also sent us regular emails with a to-do list, to make sure that we were on track with all of the pre-wedding tasks! They were great to work with and I would 100000% recommend them for your wedding!

Best Officiant Ever!

We will go on and on forever about how wonderful it was to work with Rabbi Noyo for our queer, Jewish/non-faith wedding ceremony on a Friday (Shabbat). Every step of the way, from our early-on conversations and meetings putting an inclusive ceremony together that felt like it represented us, through reviewing the ceremony zine we put together and our Ketubah language, and on the day of, they were kind, caring, professional, communicative, flexible, and supportive. They helped me and my non-Jewish partner gain a deeper understanding of Jewish wedding rituals and also helped us stay on track with all the little to-dos over email, which was amazing. They also let us pay monthly towards their fee, which I know was really helpful for us and good for other couples to know! Rabbi Noyo really got to know us, and our family is still talking about how moving the ceremony was and how she was the best officiant they’ve seen. We were also lucky to be “married twice” by Rabbi Noyo. After the election in November, they filled out our legal marriage certificate application months in advance of our wedding date and prepared a special ceremony for us on short notice. They were incredible to work with, and I highly recommend them!!!

A wonderful Rabbi!

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Rabbi Noyo as our wedding officiant. From our very first conversation, they brought warmth, an open mind, understanding and genuine care into the entire process. They took the time to get to know us as a couple easily and conveniently. They asked us great questions and got right to the heart of who we are and how to bring that to our wedding day. They crafted a ceremony that was deeply meaningful, personal, and full of heart that really resonated with who we are individually and together. They made us feel seen and comfortable to express ourselves.
Rabbi Noyo blended tradition with inclusivity of our multi faith backgrounds. Our family told us afterward how moved they were by the ceremony.
We can’t recommend Rabbi Noyo highly enough. They are incredibly open minded and caring, a rare and special soul, and we’re beyond grateful for their role in our Wedding day. It was so wonderful to be married by such a lovely human.

Such a joy to work with!

I had the pleasure of working with Rabbi at a recent wedding, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her presence was warm, grounded, and full of heart. What stood out most was her deep understanding of the couple’s story. She spoke about them with such insight and care, it felt as though she had known them for years. She led the ceremony with grace and intention, honoring tradition while making the moment deeply personal and meaningful. It was a joy to witness, and I’d gladly work with her again anytime.

Highly recommend Rabbi Noyo

I photographed a wedding that lead by Rabbi Noyo. I had the pleasure of seeing Rabbi Noyo officiate a wedding at Lowell City Hall, and she was fantastic. Her calm and professional, paired with her deep knowledge and thoughtful presence, made the ceremony truly special. The couple looked so comfortable with her, and she created an atmosphere that was both warm and meaningful. Highly recommend her as an officiant!
