From start to finish, Rabbi Noyo was absolutely phenomenal. She was clear about each step of the process, kept us calm throughout with a really gentle, lovely demeanor, was available to schedule regular meetings, responsive to all of our questions, flexible to meet our custom wishes for the ceremony, and just always extremely kind. Our wedding ceremony was so special, and that's because we had Rabbi Noyo's constant guidance and support for every detail. We highly recommend working with Rabbi Noyo! -

We really appreciated the structured approach that Rabbi Noyo took to getting to know us, encouraging open conversation about marriage and our relationship, and the flexibility she had with our preferences for the ceremony. As an interfaith couple, we both felt included and welcomed in the planning of the ceremony the entire time. Our questions about what certain parts of the ceremony represented were always greeted with instruction and lightheartedness from Rabbi Noyo, which we truly appreciated.
Rabbi Noyo delivered a flawless and moving ceremony in which she wove in the Jewish traditions beautifully while acknowledging a more modern approach to the marriage ceremony. She was a pleasure to work with and handled herself very professionally throughout all stages of the process. We are so grateful to have had her officiate our wedding!! Rabbi Noyo did a phenomenal job officiating our wedding! They worked with us for almost a year before the day, with monthly meetings to check in and craft the perfect ceremony for us. She was so helpful with explaining all of the traditions we could choose from, and made sure to keep the ceremony very friendly and understandable to those from a non-Jewish background. She also sent us regular emails with a to-do list, to make sure that we were on track with all of the pre-wedding tasks! We will go on and on forever about how wonderful it was to work with Rabbi Noyo for our queer, Jewish/non-faith wedding ceremony on a Friday (Shabbat). Every step of the way, from our early-on conversations and meetings putting an inclusive ceremony together that felt like it represented us, through reviewing the ceremony zine we put together and our Ketubah language, and on the day of, they were kind, caring, professional, communicative, flexible, and supportive. They helped me and my non-Jewish partner gain a deeper understanding of Jewish wedding rituals and also helped us stay on track with all the little to-dos over email, which was amazing. They also let us pay monthly towards their fee, which I know was really helpful for us and good for other couples to know! Rabbi Noyo really got to know us, and our family is still talking about how moving the ceremony was and how she was the best officiant they’ve seen. We were also lucky to be “married twice” by Rabbi Noyo. After the election in November, they filled out our legal marriage certificate application months in advance of our wedding date and prepared a special ceremony for us on short notice. They were incredible to work with, and I highly recommend them!!!Rabbi Noyo - Officiant's reply:

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Rabbi Noyo as our wedding officiant. From our very first conversation, they brought warmth, an open mind, understanding and genuine care into the entire process. They took the time to get to know us as a couple easily and conveniently. They asked us great questions and got right to the heart of who we are and how to bring that to our wedding day. They crafted a ceremony that was deeply meaningful, personal, and full of heart that really resonated with who we are individually and together. They made us feel seen and comfortable to express ourselves.
Rabbi Noyo blended tradition with inclusivity of our multi faith backgrounds. Our family told us afterward how moved they were by the ceremony.

Rabbi Noyo was incredible from the start. When my husband and I approached Rabbi Noyo with our hopes for our wedding ceremony, she was immediately welcoming of our wants. She was so accommodating in our want to bridge our family's traditions without hesitation. She created a unique, one-of-a-kind ceremony based on exactly what we wanted. Two years later, we still have people talking about how unique and moving our ceremony was. Backyard Interfaith Wedding
Sarah was very helpful at helping us to design a ceremony that was a comfortable fit for both of us--one from a Catholic background, and one from a Reform Jewish background, but neither particularly spiritual or religious. We had conversations in which Sarah took us through the framework of the ceremony and helped to guide us in choosing readings and traditions that were meaningful to us, and bridged the gap exceptionally well for our guests of different backgrounds. So many guests approached us after the ceremony to compliment her, and one of the most common remarks was how "us" it was. It was clearly very important to Sarah that our wedding experience was not "cut and paste." It was tailored specifically to us, our personalities, and beliefs. Getting to know Sarah as a Rabbi and seeing her process, I know this would be the case for any couple working with her. Rabbi Noyo led our wedding service with humor, compassion and energy! In planning our ceremony, Sara did a wonderful job connecting with us and our families. She made certain that our family members held special roles in the ceremony. During the service, she shared touching comments that related to our one on one sessions and shared them with our guests in a moving way. There were tears and there was laughter! She has a unique way of connecting with everyone she encounters. Rabbi Noyo has an uplifting spirit and was able to “go with the flow” on our special day. We are truly so appreciative of Rabbi Noyo and her helping to bring our wedding ceremony to fruition - blending the religious faiths of myself and my wife in a way that was respectful, creative, and sincerely reflected our personal values. During the ceremony itself, she was quick to save the day when our lapel microphones unexpectedly stopped working and she swooped in with a handheld mic that had been stationed elsewhere for readers during our ceremony. She was open and accommodating to co-officiate with my wife's pastor and met with both him and ourselves many times in the year leading up to the wedding.
