Any of the indoor event rooms can also be modified to suit your ceremony needs and preferences. For your reception, you can choose between the more intimate Narragansett Room and the cavernous Ballroom. The Narragansett Room seats up to 200 guests and features a private get-ready suite, a permanent dance floor, and a patio overlooking the ocean. The Ballroom accommodates up to 400 and boasts a grand foyer, glittering crystal chandeliers, a private get-ready suite, restrooms, and a separate cocktail hour space. Both of these rooms include sweeping windows with stunning views of the Bay.

The exceptional and detail-oriented staff will run setup and breakdown of your ceremony chairs and guide you through the wedding planning and coordination process. In addition, catering is offered in-house by the talented culinary team, who have been bringing mouth-watering dishes to club members for generations. Innovative seasonal menus are available and reflect the changing and varied flavors of New England. These come with stationary displays, action stations, chilled and warm passed hors d’oeuvres, first courses, and entrees. Dessert includes enhancements for the cake such as ice cream scoops, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and sweet spreads of crème brûlée, macaroons, trifle, and more.
