About this venue
Warwick Country Club is a wedding and special event venue, as well as a full-service waterfront country club located on beautiful Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island. Established in 1924 by a group of influential Rhode Islanders, it was initially used as a yacht club but has been transformed into a spectacular multi-purpose destination. Not only does the venue overlook Narragansett Bay, but it also provides spectacular views of the Jamestown and Newport Bridges. The country club is also only a 10-minute drive from TF Green Airport, 30 minutes from downtown Providence, and an hour from Boston.
Facilities and Capacity
Warwick Country Club has multiple event spaces that can accommodate all of your wedding celebrations. Their elegant Bayview Ballroom has a maximum capacity of 200 guests. For more intimate parties, the Ross Room can hold up to 40 people.
Services Offered
Warwick Country Club is an extraordinary venue for all your wedding events, including ceremony and reception, bridal shower, and rehearsal dinner. Their experienced event team will work with you to ensure your vision is reflected and your celebration is personalized to suit your needs. The venue provides on-site catering and bar services and is willing to work with outside vendors from their preferred vendor list for the other elements of your big day. Audio and visual equipment is available for hire if needed. Included in their wedding packages are the following:

Stunning Water views!
I can’t begin to tell you how happy we were with our wedding at Warwick Country Club. First of all it is an absolutely stunning setting right along the water. It has beautiful views, and without the crazy Newport pricing (including Newport hotel pricing for your guests!). The sunsets are also outrageous. On top of that, the day of wedding coordinator, Nancy is just outstanding. Over the months leading up to our wedding, Nancy went out of her way to answer any question we had (and QUICKLY), even if it was something as small as an opinion on colors/decor. Day of, Nancy is even better (if possible) - she is calm, cool & collected throughout ALL the stress and craziness, and really knows what she is doing. She is the queen of pivoting (if necessary!), and I trusted her inherently - and boy did she execute/deliver. On top of that, the waitstaff / bartenders are truly amazing as well - Marty, Dante, Mason, Brian, Jo… all of them are so great and professional. And just love watching the couple have a great time!! If you’re lucky with a nice day, it’s so awesome to have the deck be available for a reprieve from dancing for your guests. I would also like to highly recommend renting a dance floor (through WCC) - yes it does add an additional cost but it does open up the room A TON!!!! Not required though. You cannot go wrong with WCC!!!

Amazing views of Narragansett Bay from this hidden gem
Warwick Country Club was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding on 11/12/2022. When you arrive to the club you find this hidden gems perfectly manicured grounds and it’s stunning Narragansett bay ocean views, that literally will take your breath away. You can even see the Newport and Jamestown bridge! . When you walk into the reception room you will see a panoramic view of the grounds over looking the ocean, which makes for a great backdrop and contingency plan if your ceremony has to be indoors which is extremely hard to find in a venue. There is also a room called the “Blue Room” that is to place all of your detailed decor for all your guests to see which Nancy and her staff did a wonderful job.There’s a large deck with fire heaters and fire pit for all of your guest to go out and enjoy and take in the views of the bay. Nancy did an amazing job with everything. She was constantly in contact leading up to our date making sure everything was planned perfectly. The day before our wedding was a tropical storm and Nancy was adamant that the storm would clear before our 2:30pm ceremony and that we would have our Ceremony out side and we sure did. The sun came out at 11am and it shined with 71 degree weather in November! Nancy and her staff made the day flow so nicely, The food tasted amazing and was great sized portions, everything was perfect. There is a ton of options at this venue and all of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing this venue is. It is truly a hidden gem in Warwick Rhode Island and it’s right near Rocky Point Park for add photography pictures

Warwick Country Club was the best venue we could have asked for. Greg was so helpful from beginning to end. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The views and location are amazing for the price. The entire staff was extremely professional on the day. Also, our guests loved the food. Warwick Country club was also able to make our outdoor ceremony a possibility despite the brief rain!

Greg was absolutely amazing to work with and made me so comfortable throughout the process. The venue is gorgeous and they have so many options. We did a nice raw bar and late night menu. Food is delicious. Our guests could not stop complimenting on the location and food. The staff was amazing and so attentive. They made my wedding day amazing!

How do you even begin to write a review for a place that made your wedding dreams a reality? My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Greg during the planning process of our wedding. From the first day that we began working with Greg we felt at ease and knew that we were in good hands. Greg’s organization and attention to detail are impressive! I am an overly organized bride who tried to plan every little detail of our décor and Greg made our dream come to life and gave advice and feedback along the way. My fiancé and I have the pleasure of spending time at the Warwick Country Club outside of our wedding planning and we had heard the most amazing things about Marco- he lived up to every single one of our expectations. Marco was with us every step of the way. We had requested some fruit out of the blue right before the wedding and within 2 minutes he was back upstairs with a beautiful fruit display! Mason was also a big reason that our day ran so smoothly! Mason, Greg, and Marco worked hard with all of our vendors and made sure that everything went according to plan- we wouldn’t change a thing! This review wouldn’t be complete without reviewing the chef our food was amazing and cooked perfectly!! We are forever grateful for the beautiful and unforgettable wedding that the Warwick Country Club was a part of!

When we first drove up to Warwick Country Club, we were taken by the spectacular view. Then, when we walked into the room and saw the beautiful panoramic view of the bay, we were sold. The grounds are spectacular and make a nice backdrop for pictures. They have a gorgeous deck, and a fire pit where you can make s'mores, or just hang out. Brooke came on a few months after we had booked the date, but I am glad she did because she was wonderful. She is very detail oriented, and very personable. She stayed for most of the wedding even though she wasn’t scheduled to work because she wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly. The other staff, Marco and Marcus were also very helpful. Everyone was very attentive to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and the food was delicious. I am so happy that we chose to have our wedding at Warwick Country Club.
