Kirkbrae was a wonderful venue for our special day. The view of their property on a peak fall day is breathtaking. While Tiffany and the rest of the Kirkbrae staff were great and very professional.

My daughter had an Indian fusion wedding in the fall at Kirkbrae. It was magical! The setting - both inside and out-was beautiful. The food - hors doevres, stations and sit down meal - was fantastic. Tiffany was exceptionally helpful from the initial planning stages through the end of the event. She assisted us in obtaining several vendors and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. She was a pleasure to work with!

From start to finish Tiffany and her team were truly amazing in making our day special on 11/7/25. From keeping us organized with timelines and being prompt with responses. Which eased some stress of wedding planning. To the amazing food at our tasting and even better food at our wedding. Our daughter’s wedding at Kirkbrae Country Club on August 31st was absolutely exceptional. From the early planning stages to the final moments of the night, everything was handled with true professionalism, warmth, and care.

How it went:
The day itself was perfect — smooth, beautifully organized, and completely stress-free. Kirkbrae managed every detail flawlessly, and our 180 guests were comfortable, well cared for, and raving about the event. The dance floor was full all night, and the setup was exactly how we envisioned it.

Tiffany was incredible:
Working with Tiffany was one of the highlights of the entire process. She is unbelievably organized, attentive, and on top of every detail. Her communication was clear, her attitude was wonderful, and she made us feel supported every step of the way. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator — she was a huge reason the day went perfectly.

Value for the money:
Kirkbrae is an excellent value. Once we compared what other venues offered — especially after adding in all their extra fees — we realized that Kirkbrae offered far more for a very comparable price. You truly get so much more here.

Did they meet our budget needs?
Yes, they absolutely did. They were straightforward, transparent, and helped us stay on budget without sacrificing quality.

Professionalism and attitude:
Every single person we worked with was kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the day special. The atmosphere was calm, organized, and welcoming throughout.

The food:
Outstanding. The braised beef is still being talked about by our guests — it was that good. The fish was also excellent.

Overall:
If you’re considering Kirkbrae, choose them. The venue is beautiful (we especially appreciated the carpeted ballroom, which greatly improves sound quality compared to other venues), the staff is exceptional, and the entire experience is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Kirkbrae is the best venue to have a wedding. Tiffany outdid herself helping me plan my special day on 10/11. I chose to have a daytime wedding and she made it happen! We had a perfect day. From day one, my coordinator Sydney was amazing, she answered all of my questions ...and I had a lot!! The venue was just beautiful and the food was outstanding! My husband and I were married on 9/27/24 at kirkbrae and it was truly a fairy tale wedding! The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous and the ballroom was spectacular. Tiffany was great! She was so kind and made the process very easy and quickly answered any questions we had which really helped eased my stress. Seriously not a single complaint from us, when I say my wedding was perfect it was! They have an awesome menu selection and the drinks were amazing! Service was top notch and all my guests were full of compliments. A lot of them told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! I have no regrets in choosing kirkbrae as my venue, do yourself a favor and check it out!!
