We had the most amazing wedding experience with Kirkbrae and we attribute this all to Tiffany. She is a top notch, first class coordinator who is so great at her job she makes it all look easy. Tiffany made sure every detail we wanted came to life, so my vision for a beautiful day could become a reality. I cannot speak more highly of her and this venue if I tried. Kirkbrae - fantastic wedding venue
My daughter had an Indian fusion wedding in the fall at Kirkbrae. It was magical! The setting - both inside and out-was beautiful. The food - hors doevres, stations and sit down meal - was fantastic. Tiffany was exceptionally helpful from the initial planning stages through the end of the event. She assisted us in obtaining several vendors and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. She was a pleasure to work with!

The BEST Decision We Made for Our Daughter's Wedding
Our daughter’s wedding at Kirkbrae Country Club on August 31st was absolutely exceptional. From the early planning stages to the final moments of the night, everything was handled with true professionalism, warmth, and care.
How it went:
The day itself was perfect — smooth, beautifully organized, and completely stress-free. Kirkbrae managed every detail flawlessly, and our 180 guests were comfortable, well cared for, and raving about the event. The dance floor was full all night, and the setup was exactly how we envisioned it.
Tiffany was incredible:
Working with Tiffany was one of the highlights of the entire process. She is unbelievably organized, attentive, and on top of every detail. Her communication was clear, her attitude was wonderful, and she made us feel supported every step of the way. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator — she was a huge reason the day went perfectly.
Value for the money:
Kirkbrae is an excellent value. Once we compared what other venues offered — especially after adding in all their extra fees — we realized that Kirkbrae offered far more for a very comparable price. You truly get so much more here.
Did they meet our budget needs?
Yes, they absolutely did. They were straightforward, transparent, and helped us stay on budget without sacrificing quality.
Professionalism and attitude:
Every single person we worked with was kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the day special. The atmosphere was calm, organized, and welcoming throughout.
The food:
Outstanding. The braised beef is still being talked about by our guests — it was that good. The fish was also excellent.
Overall:
If you’re considering Kirkbrae, choose them. The venue is beautiful (we especially appreciated the carpeted ballroom, which greatly improves sound quality compared to other venues), the staff is exceptional, and the entire experience is smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
Kirkbrae gave our daughter the perfect wedding. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Kirkbrae is the best venue to have a wedding. Tiffany outdid herself helping me plan my special day on 10/11. I chose to have a daytime wedding and she made it happen! We had a perfect day. The weather was amazing, all the guests had a great time and still are getting compliments how the food was amazing, which my husband and I agreed to!! I highly recommend getting married at Kirkbrae and Tiffany was easy to get along with and she kept me on track with the planning process as well, which helped a ton! 100% book your special day here!!

My pink dream wedding!
My husband and I were married on 9/27/24 at kirkbrae and it was truly a fairy tale wedding! The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous and the ballroom was spectacular. Tiffany was great! She was so kind and made the process very easy and quickly answered any questions we had which really helped eased my stress. Seriously not a single complaint from us, when I say my wedding was perfect it was! They have an awesome menu selection and the drinks were amazing! Service was top notch and all my guests were full of compliments. A lot of them told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! I have no regrets in choosing kirkbrae as my venue, do yourself a favor and check it out!!

September Wedding
Our wedding in September was absolutely perfection!!! We had Sydney help us through every step and she was amazing! She made the process for us easy and took the stress of what goes into wedding planning away. She even recommended a pianist who blew us away!!! We not only had our reception here, but our ceremony as well and it was beautiful. Our guest are still raving about the food selections and how beautiful the venue was. We recently had our wedding at Kirkbrae Country Club and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The venue itself is stunning, with the beautifully landscaped golf course and elegant indoor spaces that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. Tiffany was such an amazing wedding coordinator. From the moment we visited for a tour, we were impressed by her professionalism, patience and warmth. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. November Wedding
My fiancé and I could not have been happier with our choice to go with Kirkbrae Country Club for our wedding. Tiffany, their coordinator, was absolutely fabulous and an expert in her profession. She goes above and beyond and has an incredible attention to detail. Not only did she help with the venue details, she gave excellent recommendations for hair/makeup, photography, and DJ. Any vendors we contacted went on at length praising Tiffany for the hard work she puts in. We couldn’t have agreed more. It was as if we also hired a personal wedding coordinator who helped us through every step of the way.
Food: delicious!
Property: stunning and newly renovated; options/flexibility to set up for what works for you.
Staff: professional, competent, attention to detail. Bride is someone with trust issues, but had complete confidence and trust in Tiffany and staff. They did not let us down. Prompt with answering any questions through the process and flexible with our crazy work schedules.
With meddling parents, we felt like we had someone in our corner to make sure things turned out the way we wanted them. Nothing happened without our say so.
After the wedding, someone asked what was something that stuck out to me. Other than my now husband at the ceremony, it was the decorated ballroom. Staff set it up exactly how we wanted and it felt magical.
Would highly recommend Kirkbrae Country Club to any couple looking for a beautiful venue that strives for excellence with high quality food that even the pickiest eater can enjoy, competent and professional staff with incredible attention to detail, and so much more. This place is truly a gem!

The perfect venue
We had our wedding at Kirkbrae in April 2024 and it was nothing short of perfect! As soon as we visited Kirkbrae we knew it would be the perfect fit. Tiffany was so easy to work with and open to the way we wanted to do things. She was quick to answer all our questions and helped us work through areas we were unsure of every step of the way. As the day approached we had no worries that things would be run smoothly. We were fully able to enjoy every aspect of our day and didn’t have anything to worry about as the day went on. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the grounds/hall were and how amazing the food was. We would get married at Kirkbrae 100x again if we had the choice.

Kirkbrae Country Club was an absolutely beautiful place to have our wedding and we are beyond happy with our experience! Our Wedding coordinator Tiffany Marsocci made our dream wedding come true! She is very talented at her job and has a true passion for what she does and it shows in her work! She works diligently to ensure that you are happy! Amazing customer service!!! She answered all of our questions and was there every step of the way to help with all the details. She tries to make it as stress free as possible and is a wonderful resource. Kirkbrae has a preferred vendors list that was a great help in picking amazing vendors for our big day! Tiffany listened to what we wanted and made it a reality. The ballroom was breathtaking and Tiffany made sure that it was exactly as we wanted. Tiffany's coordination of our wedding was seamless and she was there throughout the wedding day and into the night to ensure everything went smoothly and would check in with us to see if we needed anything. During cocktail hour we were brought appetizers and drinks and we had an assistant the whole day. We felt so grateful to have Tiffany as our wedding coordinator. The food was delicious and we received so many compliments on it. The grounds are gorgeous and was an excellent place for photos! Sara made the choice for Kirkbrae so worth it!We were one of the the couples affected by the Kirkbrae fire. After the news was given to us Sara felt like a saving grace. Having to find and then transfer all your ideas and plans to a completely new location is so scary but she really handled it all with ease. Despite the fire being a plot twist to us all she handled everything so well and I quickly trusted her so much! She would ask the new venue questions that I would forget to ask and she was even there for rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Anyone who’s gotten married knows that the day of can be a rollercoaster and Sara took great care of us from bustling my dress to making sure my bridesmaids and I got to eat during cocktail hour. Yes, Kirkbrae is a beautiful venue but know that you are in great hands with Sara as your coordinator!

We had planned for 2 years to have our wedding venue at Kirkbrae Country Club, but unfortunately due to a fire 11 days before our wedding, we were no longer able to have our wedding venue there. Normally an event like this 11 days before the wedding, would be very stressful for a couple that is about to get married, but the wedding and events coordinator and planner, Sara Paesano helped us out the entire time and made sure that our wedding was still beautiful at a new location. She made sure that the entire wedding ran smoothly. We ended up having our wedding at The Graduate hotel in Providence, RI, which we were very thankful to find on such short notice. Sara helped us out by calling all of our vendors and making sure they all knew the change of venue. Sara was great and came to the wedding rehearsal at The Graduate and stayed for the entire wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. Sara was also great the entire 2 years that we were planning the wedding. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond when I asked her for something for the wedding. Although I picked Kirkbrae Country Club for the venue and atmosphere, I also picked it because of the wedding coordinator Sara. I had looked at many different wedding venues before I picked Kirkbrae and Sara stood out among all the wedding coordinators. My wedding planning wouldn’t have gone as smoothly if it wasn’t for Sara! I highly recommend choosing Kirkbrae Country Club and having Sara as your wedding and events coordinator and planner!

Literally the Best Day Ever
For a top notch wedding planner and venue, you NEED to have Tiffany at Kirkbrae. The venue is a dream, the service is exceptional, the food is amazing, and the ideas you bring can be brought to life with this amazing team. We have a gorgeous winter wedding and we did not worry about a thing. Tiffany made sure everything was checked off by sending checklists ahead of time with things she needed as well as suggestions for the bride and groom. I wish I could relive that day over and over!

Tiffany at Kirkbrae is one of a kind!
Tiffany is amazing! Words cannot even describe how appreciative our families are for all that Tiffany did to make our wedding as perfect as it was. Our wedding was supposed to be on Memorial Day Weekend at Kirkbrae Country Club, however we were notified, on the Monday before our wedding, that there was a fire at Kirkbrae and we would have to find a new venue for our wedding (less than a week away). Tiffany was incredible and managed to find several locations which were available for us on the same day as we originally planned. She then worked diligently with the new venue to make sure we had a seamless transition in order to make sure that our vision came to fruition. Tiffany was extremely organized, patient, always available to answer questions, and was able to perfectly execute every last detail of our wedding (even at a different venue). She exceeded all expectations! Tiffany made our wedding the most magical day/night! We were so lucky to have been able to work with her.

Our wedding was just one month ago at the Atlantic Resort in Middletown. Though our perfect wedding day would have been at KCC, due to the fire in May we were unable to have it there. I can't say enough about how patient and calm Tiffany was with me and us when I was stressing out because we all know Planning a wedding is very stressful
To begin with. We had an amazing and beautiful wedding. Our guests continue to talk about how beautiful everything was. The food was great and everything still turned out perfectly for us.... Tiffany really worked hard to get everything in place for us with just one month before our wedding and I am thankful for all that she did for us.... she was even at our wedding the day of and ensured everything went smoothly and was in constant communication with our vendors as well with all the changes that were made. Tiffany at Kirkbrae Country Club
There are not enough words to express how absolutely incredible Tiffany is. When searching for our wedding venue, my husband and I fell in love with Kirkbrae Country Club as soon as we saw it, and we very quickly made the easy decision to have our wedding reception there. Unfortunately, due to the devastating fire that occurred 6 weeks before our wedding, our plans unexpectedly changed. However, Tiffany was right by our side leading us through and taking charge of this very stressful situation. She quickly found us another beautiful venue, and when it came to communicating with our vendors about the sudden change and re-planning our entire wedding in 6 weeks with the new venue, Tiffany did 100% of the hard work in this transition. In an already very stressful and emotional situation, Tiffany alleviated a tremendous amount of stress off of mine and my husband's shoulders. She made sure that everything we wanted and had planned for our Kirkbrae wedding was executed at the new venue, all the while remaining calm, professional, communicative, and so incredibly kind. She was constantly reassuring us that our wedding would be perfect, and thanks to her hard work and dedication, it truly was. We had the most amazing day, and Tiffany is the reason that it was as flawless and perfect as it was, and it could not have been possible without her. Tiffany was on site the day of our wedding and was by our sides the whole night ensuring that everything was perfect, and we could not have imagined our wedding without Tiffany being present. What is also so admirable about Tiffany is that she made us feel like we were her only couple that she was helping in this transition, all the while she had multiple weddings every weekend, doing what she was doing for us for many other couples as well. The fact that she was in constant communication with us and would attend in person meetings with the new venue with us while having an incredible amount of work on her plate with other couples shows how amazing she is. Any future couple that has Tiffany as their wedding coordinator can be rest assured that she will make sure their day is perfect, and they are truly in the best of hands. Kirkbrae is so lucky to have someone as remarkable as Tiffany as part of their staff, and she deserves the highest of praises there is. We will forever be thankful for Tiffany and everything that she did for us to give us the most perfect wedding day, and she is truly the best of the best!!

Kirkbrae CC and Tiffany - Two Class Acts!
My daughter’s wedding was one of those that were affected. We were supposed to have our wedding on Sunday May 28 and found out about the fire on Monday May 22nd. Within that short time span, Tiffany Marsocci Fontes, first assured us she would do everything in her power to find another venue AND make it seamless for us AND that she and her team would be at the new venue. She made good on all of her commitments!!!
Words cannot describe how grateful we are to the entire team. My faith in the American work ethic has been restored!

Tiffany and the team at Kirkbrae are absolutely phenomenal! Tiffany was with us every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect and went smoothly. She was able to quickly answer any questions and ensured that everything was exactly how we wanted it. Best wedding EVERR !
I had my wedding at Kirkbrae on July 9, 2022. Tiffany was great to work with, she made sure our vision came to life. The photos of the venue do not do any justice, It is breathtaking ! My guest are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was. I cannot explain how great the staff was to work with as well, everything went as planned from cocktail hour all the way through to the end. We could not be happier to have picked Kirkbrae as our wedding venue.

Most beautiful venue in RI
I had my wedding at the Kirkbrae on July 31, 2022 and it was absolutely beautiful. Tiffany and the staff completely made my vision happen and all of my guests keep telling me how beautiful everything was. Meeting with Tiffany and planning this wedding was the highlight of my year, she went above and beyond to help me achieve what I was looking for and days before the wedding went out of here way to find me a monogram for the wall and ice sculpture and succeeded in finding both. Having my wedding at the Kirkbrae was the best decision and wish I could do it all over again!!

I got married at Kirkbrae on 8/19/2022 and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The Kirkbrae staff was so helpful throughout the entire planning process! Tiffany answered any and every question I thought of. The staff were so flexible and re-scheduled a private tasting for my husband and I, as I was sick and unable to attend the group one. Leading up to the wedding Tiffany again answered all of my questions and helped me to feel calm knowing the fate wedding was in good hands. The day of the wedding was so organized and ran SO smoothly! Our guests LOVED the food! They are still talking about the appetizers provided during cocktail hour and the sage cream sauce on the chicken! Overall, it was an extremely easy and pleasant experience to work with Kirkbrae and I 10/10 recommend booking an event with them!

We just had our wedding there this passed weekend! We absolutely recommend having any event there. The venue is beautiful. It holds a lot of people. Tiffany who’s the wedding coordinator is just absolutely amazing. There’s just so many things we can say about her. She made everything so easy right up until that day. She was kind, professional and just helpful all the way up until our wedding day! We even had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and she was able to reach out to all our vendors to see what available dates they had to change our wedding to. My husband and I recently got married on March 12, 2022. Tiffany was our wedding coordinator throughout the entire process. I truly have no words. Tiffany went above and beyond from day one. Tiffany was so attentive and professional to work with. Tiffany made our wedding day perfect, she kept every vendor, as well as us on time. I could not be happier with the service she provided. Tanya was our attendant for the day she was amazing and so helpful. Tanya was so upbeat and patient. Due to this team, we truly got to enjoy our wedding day and just be present in the moment.
We got so many complaints on our wedding. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. I could not recommend this venue enough.

Where to begin!? My husband and I had our wedding on September 4, 2021. I can’t even find the words to explain how happy my husband and I are with deciding on going with Kirkbrae Country Club. My sister had her wedding here back in 2015 and I knew right away it was where I wanted my wedding day as well because everything was just amazing and went smoothly. I had no complaints besides how fast the day flew by. Our guests continue to tell us how perfect everything was the food, service, and etc. Tiffany provided A++ service from the second we decided on our wedding date and booked it. Tiffany made the whole process so easy and stress free. Our bridal attendant Sabrina was so attentive and kind and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we stepped out of the limo into kirkbrae. Amazing Experience!
We had to have a micro wedding last year due to COVID restrictions and decided to have our larger reception this year. We held both events at Kirkbrae Country Club and are so happy we did! They were attentive, accommodating, and all around wonderful! The venue is beautiful and Tiffany made both of our special days easy and stress free! When we first went to tour Kirkbrae we immediately fell in love and were so impressed with Tiffany, we could not wait to get married there and work with her! After having the wedding completely planned in 2018, fast forward to 2020 and we were faced with COVID-19. I can honestly say that without Tiffany there is no way we would have had our wedding. From the beginning she was always so responsive and helpful, but her dedication and hard work truly shined when faced with the restrictions and uncertainties of the pandemic. She was constantly in touch and letting us know the different options and guidelines that needed to be followed and always did her best to come up with different ideas to make sure we would have our wedding day be everything we dreamed of. Tiffany went above and beyond for us. We were so stressed as the guidelines were constantly changing and we had to cut our list multiple times, but Tiffany was always there to reassure us. Tiffany was able to work within the guidelines and restrictions and brought our perfect day to life. Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed of and we owe that all to Tiffany, Kirkbrae staff and our vendors. We were so impressed with Kirkbrae’s breathtaking renovations, delicious food and impeccable service. I cannot recommend Tiffany and Kikrbrae enough, we were so pleased with our experience! We are so grateful and honored to have worked with Tiffany, she allowed us to have our dream wedding and brought a sense of normalcy during these chaotic uncertain times and we are so grateful!

Perfect romantic wedding
Right from the start we knew Kirkbrae was the perfect venue. The ballroom was gorgeous and Tiffany was so friendly but professional who knows this business from inside out. Even during covid we had a beautiful, fairytale wedding. Staff, food, ballroom and grounds were perfect. The bride has a bridal attendant helping her all evening. She even packed up our car at the end of the night. I keep looking over the wedding photos and smile every time. I can’t find one bad thing to say about Kirkbrae.

Dream COVID wedding
Kirkbrae country club made all of our wedding dreams come true! We had to switch venues last minute due to COVID and we are so glad we did! Tiffany Marsocci helped us make our dreams a reality. Even with all of the stress of COVID regulations, Tiffany made sure we had a wedding as normal as possible while still following regulations. I never saw this woman panic about anything and she eased all of my worries! Our day of bridal attendant was Sabrina and she was also amazing! If I had to re-do our wedding, I wouldn’t change a thing, COVID stress and all and I say this solely based on our experience at Kirkbrae!

A Dream Bridal Shower!
I recently hosted my sister’s bridal shower at Kirkbrae. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the whole staff was there. We did not think we would be able to have my sister’s shower due to COVID-19 so this was a very last-minute planned event - we booked it maybe about 6 weeks before the event. Tiffany helped with every last detail and the staff the day of were so kind to us and accommodating. A really great team. I don’t think I was told once that something I wanted to do could not be done. The food was amazing (definitely recommend their pink vodka penne). We had the shower outside on their upstairs patio under a beautiful tent. The backdrop of the golf course was breathtaking. I am still hearing from friends and family saying how beautiful the whole day was. I would definitely recommend booking your next event at Kirkbrae!

Our previous venue cancelled our reception 6 days before the wedding. We reached out to Kirkbrae to check for availability and Tiffany, the sales and event coordinator responded promptly. She understood the gravity of the situation and was able to accommodate our reception on such short notice. She reached out to our vendors on our behalf and ensured that the food, cocktails etc. were similar to our original selections. The reception day events were well coordinated and went smoothly. Our families and guests loved the setup and food and so did we.

After searching far and wide for a venue to host our wedding, we knew as soon as we found Kirkbrae Country club it was the right fit.
Kirkbrae features a great bar selection, beautiful scenery with an indoor outdoor ballroom, amazing food, and warm and welcoming staff. From the cocktail area to the customizable ballroom, kirkbrae offers decorative flexibility while still maintaining its country club charm.
We met with Tiffany, and it was immediately clear that she was the best in the business. She left no stone unturned, was extremely patient with us, and accommodating for ever last Tiny detail. On our wedding day she was a familiar face and kept the event flowing smoothly and professionally while still staying canlmand collected. She’s the best.
Kirkbrae will forever hold a special place in our heart, the service is second to none, the food was amazing, and our wedding could not have gone better. There is no better place to host your wedding!

Kirkbrae - Best decision for our Special Day!
While researching venues, I was adamantly against a country club. Our focus for our day was making our family and friends feel like the reception they were coming to was almost an extension of our home. We wanted it to be warm, elegant and a welcoming experience and I was unsure that would be possible in that type of setting. However, just this past May 3, 2019, my husband and I had the best day of our lives! We can, without any reservations, share a great part of that outcome was because of the professionalism, caring, informative and, important to us, attention to details by the team at Kirkbrae Country Club!
Tiffany Marsocci is the person you want in your life as a bride!!!
From the very first time we met her she was so calm, efficient, understood our vision and was so knowledgeable that we never worried about the venue. Not. One. Second! It was a priceless gift to my husband and I and we were not let down at all on our special day. Our guests reached out to us for months, sharing they felt our wedding was the most loving, fun and warm wedding they were honored to have attended. Of course family and friends will be kind and say nice things but these three sentiments were repeated over and over again! We had only shared this vision with Tiffany and her team. The fact that this is how so many felt is just another indicator our best decision was choosing this amazing staff and venue!
We also wanted to add the vendors we used that were on her recommendation list were the vendors we absolutely LOVED! We have actually used several of them for other events since our wedding! The only one we cannot wait to partner with again in the future is Kirkbrae! From the food, the views, the event staff to Tiffany and her team you will not regret placing your special day in their hands!

Tiffany and staff were flawless! They provided amazing service, were extremely attentive and kind to all guests and put in 110%! My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with their execution the entire wedding day. Our guests raved about the food and venue and we would recommend this for anyone looking to have an elegant but reasonably priced wedding reception. Tiffany did a fantastic job leading tinge staff every step of the way and was a great help with planning several months prior to the wedding. Our entire experience with Kirkbrae was seamless and enjoyable thanks to Tiffany and her team! Having a built in coordinator to help keep you on track, provide references and suggestions and make sure your day runs smoothly is probably the best perk of choosing this venue. All of our guests have mentioned how wonderful our food was and what great service they received from the staff. The ballroom is versatile enough to be able to adapt to just about any theme while the grounds provide the perfect area for pictures and wraparound deck for cocktail hour. Tiffany at Kirkbrae was so amazing, the venue was great with our crazy group, the services, the room, the food it was all amazing. we are getting so many compliments on the food and venue. I can't thank Tiffany and Kirkbrae enough for making our special day that much more special!

Tiffany and her staff did a fantastic job for our wedding at Kirkbrae. Everything was organized and the food was outstanding! Our guests couldn't say enough good things about our wedding. They even said this was the best wedding they have every attended. I can't say enough good things about Tiffany and her staff, everything went perfect for our very special day!

Amazing experience!
My husband and I got married at Kirkbrae just about a month ago. Prior to visiting Kirkbrae we were looking at a couple of other venues in the Providence area. We kept coming up short, realizing that many venues charge a lot of money and don’t offer anything besides the room. When we visited kirkbrae we fell in love! It was a beautiful venue (even undecorated) that offered such an appealing wedding package. To top it off, Tiffany was so nice, informative, and helpful. Throughout the entire process Tiffany was extremely responsive and organized. And then our wedding day came and there was no stress at all. I knew Tiffany had it all handled. She showed us the room before opening the doors to our guests and we teared up. The Kirkbrae team did an amazing job making the room look so romantic and just how we wanted it. The food was also absolutely delicious. I haven’t had one guest tell me otherwise. I truthfully don’t have one negative thing to say about my wedding day at Kirkbrae. We can’t thank them enough

Besides the beauty of Kirkbrae, Tiffany exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to put my dream wedding to life. She was extremely helpful from day 1. She made sure everything was perfect the day of and that it was. When I walked into that ballroom for the first time I completely fell in love with how everything turned out. The service was amazing, decor on point, and food was delicious. I am still getting calls and text from family members complimenting what a beautiful wedding I had. I can't recommend this venue enough!

Tiffany Marsocci was so helpful throughout our wedding planning she went above and beyond to accommodate us every single detail. My family was very pleased with how well our wedding went with no complications or disasters. One detail that Tiffany hit the nail on the head was my father’s wine. He preserved wine fir 35 years for roasting at my wedding which was truly special to him, she made sure it was poured correctly and did not waste one drop of it. It was truly a blessing to have a wedding planner as incredible as Tiffany!

Tiffany was our wedding planner. She was extremely patient with us as we had many questions considering neither of us had been married or planned a wedding before. She was very organized and communicative throughout the entire process & was very accommodating in planning meetings that met our schedule (including some late meetings, thank you). Tiffany was responsive to all our phone and email inquiries whenever questions arose after a meeting. She did a great job of keeping other vendors abreast of any last minute changes that arose and provided clear timelines for our wedding day (and rehearsal dinner) for said vendors to ensure the events went according to plan. Often we ran late because of our people, but Tiffany was still able to adapt and adjust to keep things on track. She also accommodated us for a last minute change to the venue which was huge for us and greatly appreciated (thank you Tiffany & company). The services provided on our wedding night and rehearsal dinner were top-notch from the servers to the bartending staff. We had great meals both nights, kudos to the chefs for a doing a great job in meal prep and quality! It's a credit to the General Manager, Tim Flanagan, and Tiffany that everyone provided quality service and a great final product. Thank you to all, we had a blast both nights!

Tiffany is the best event planner anyone could ask for. I have one daughter and I wanted her wedding to be perfect. Tiffany made it happen. She is professional, warm and friendly, knowledgeable and extremely calming. The meal was delicious and the staff very attentive and courteous. I would highly recommend Kirkbrae Country Club and Tiffany Marsocci to anyone planning a wedding. I actually enjoyed every minute and never worried about one detail all evening. Kudos to Tiffany. I recently got married at kirkbrae, and I was floored!! Tiffany, sara and justine were fantastic before, during and after my wedding. Tiffany was very attentive to detail on how we wanted everything sara was making sure everything about my wedding was the way I wanted it and justine, she was by my side the entire time when I needed a drink or my dress fluffed or just to walk by and see how I was. The way the reception room was set up I almost cried, kirkbrae made my wedding dream more than I expected. Best place to get married. I recommend every bride to venue here.

Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful experiences anyone can to go through. To make sure every "T" is crossed and every "I" dotted. Tiffany at Kirkbrae took the stress right out of this whole process. The organization she has, and the attention to detail was what truly made this process fun and exciting. From our initial meeting, we never felt like we made the wrong decision for our wedding reception venue. We were in excellent hands from the moment we signed. Any question we had was answered right away, and suggestions were only an email away. The day of the wedding when we saw the room for the first time it took our breath away. Everything was as we imagined, set up exactly as we pictured by Tiffany, and the excellent staff. This venue has it all! Delicious food, gorgeous views, and amazing people! Everything you would want to make the best day of your life come together. We can't thank Tiffany, and Kirkbrae enough for making our special day absolutely perfect!

Kirkbrae was unbelievable in every way- really the best of the best! Our guests RAVED about the food, from the portion sizes and quality it was top notch. I was definitely a bride who was detail oriented and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests STILL talk about how amazing our wedding was because of all of the hard work and dedication Tiffany and staff put into our big day. Everything ran SO smoothly and easily; they really have this down pat. Kirkbrae really does allow the bride, groom, family and friends to enjoy every second of their time at a wedding as they really put every ounce of time, effort, dedication and passion into making the big day the best day of your life. If you are looking for a country club feel, I HIGHLY recommend Kirkbrae, as it is easily the best in the state of RI without question.

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and Kirkbrae Country Club! She was super helpful in almost all aspects of planning my wedding, from having a handy list of vendors to choose from, to walking us through the whole planning process to directing our "herd of cats" and making sure our wedding went off without a hitch! The venue itself is absolutely GORGEOUS, especially for an outdoor wedding and having the wedding portraits taken outside. We had our reception at Kirkbrae 10/27/17 and it was everything my husband and I could have asked for and more! From the beginning after we visited Kirkbrae we knew we wanted to have our reception there. Tiffany was amazing from beginning to end. She was very patient and helped execute my vision when I wasn't even sure what my vision was. The food exceeded expectations, our guest couldn't believe the portion size and how good the food was. We had our wedding reception at Kirkbrae Country Club on 7/15/17. Everything went absolutely amazing! Tiffany and her staff did such a great job and everything was exactly how we had pictured it. Whenever we needed anything, Tiffany would be right on it. Our guests were so impressed by the waiters and waitresses as well as the great food. Everyone left our wedding full and raving about their meals. The landscaping outside made for perfect pictures. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I got married at the Kirkbrae Country Club in September 2017 and Tiffany helped us make it the best day of our lives! The Kirkbrae is a beautiful venue at a good price. Tiffany helps walk you through the entire process and is always there to answer your questions. Her checklist helps guide you through the planning and after each meeting we had with her we left feeling like we were in excellent hands. The day of the wedding went incredibly smooth. Unfortunately, it was raining so we had to move the second bar inside, but Tiffany made it work and I had nothing to worry about while getting ready for the ceremony. We took pictures on site and our awesome maitre’d always made sure everyone in the wedding party had a drink in their hands. She was amazing throughout the entire night, always making sure my husband and I had what we needed. Once we were done taking pictures we went to the bridal suite and took a moment to relax. They had a tray of hors d'oeuvres waiting for us and were quick to bring us and our wedding party drinks. Tiffany also took us up for a "sneak peak" of the reception room before all the guests entered. We were FLOORED by how beautiful it looked. I was so happy I cried. Tiffany did an unbelievable job and handled all the day-of planning and communication with all your vendors to bring the room to life. We had a large wedding and were trying to go from table to table during the reception. Tiffany and the maitre’d made sure we took time to eat and they also kept us on schedule by filling us in on the time. They even packed up our dinners to take home since we didn’t eat a lot during dinner (too busy!) Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The food was DELICIOUS and all our guests were raving about it—from the appetizers to the entrees. Tiffany is the best in the business and really brings your vision to life. You cannot go wrong with the Kirkbrae!

kirkbrae was the perfect venue for our September wedding. The decor was beautiful, the food was outstanding and Tiffany (the Wedding Coordinator) was absolutely incredible. She made our day perfect from beginning to the very end and as a bride who planned her wedding from 1800 miles away it was so nice to know that absolutely everything was taken care of, I seriously did not have to worry about one thing the day of the wedding I was able to just focus on celebrating with my friends, family and husband.

We waited last minute for many things and Tiffany really helped us pull everything together... although I was quite frantic Tiffany handled everything so calmly and perfectly!! Where do I even begin?
From the very first meeting to the final tearful goodbye at the end of our wedding day--Kirkbrae Country Club, and more specifically Tiffany, made our day amazing! Tiffany is so talented at what she does, it really took a lot of stress off of me as a bride. She was very responsive over the many months leading up to our wedding, gave great feedback when we needed, and kept us on task without feeling rushed. She treated me like I was the only bride she was working with, and truly provided the best advice when it came to the many decisions we had to make. My wedding day was the best day of my life, and I honestly didn't have to worry about anything on the day of. Their staff is seamless and attentive, and so many of my guests remarked at how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. I seriously have no negative feedback for Kirkbrae. Kirkbrae was a wonderful venue to have our wedding! Their food was outstanding, we received many compliments from our guests on the quality and caliber of the dishes. The venue is just beautiful, classy, and well maintained. Tiffany (Kirkbrae's in house wedding coordinator) was fantastic, so helpful, and helped our day go absolutely perfectly! She was incredibly helpful with keeping us organized, and honestly made our experience SO much more pleasant and less stressful! She is such an asset to Kirkbrae and one of the biggest reasons we chose to have our wedding here! We highly recommend Kirkbrae and Tiffany for any personal functions, especially weddings!!

Oddly enough, Kirkbrae was the FIRST place that I went to see with my Maid of Honor. From the minute I drove in, I was breathless. I knew from the first time we saw Kirkbrae, that it was the place for us. After looking at many other venues, my husband and I knew there was no match to what Kirkbrae could offer us. My husband and I got married on 7/22/17 and couldn't be more happy that we chose to have our wedding at Kirkbrae. Tiffany is absolutely outstanding and she made the experience even better than expected. Tiffany was very available whenever we had questions (which was all the time) and never made us feel unwelcome to reach out. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff is extremely friendly. We had Executive Chef's attend our wedding and they made a point to tell us how great the food was. I believe the words were "My steak cut like butter, it was unbelievable". I highly recommend Kirkbrae to anyone who wants to have the best day of their lives. We even ran late due to our transportation, and Kirkbrae gave us extra time at the end of the night to make up for it. I can't say Thank You enough to Tiffany and Kirkbrae for making all of our dreams come true, and for making us wish that our wedding day never ended. We are forever grateful #BelovedBarillas

My son and his bride were married at Kirkbrae 6.24.17 and it was magical! Tiffany is amazing - she helped us each step of the way in planning the wedding. Tiffany was always prompt and professional. The ceremony was to be outside but the weather did not cooperate. Tiffany took care of that and moved the ceremony indoors without a hitch. The wedding was beautiful and the reception was great. The food was excellent as well as the service. I would recommend Kirkbrae to anyone who is seeking the prefect wedding.

I recently had my wedding at Kirkbrae June 9th 2017. We got married on site. It was beautiful and breath taking. Kirkbrae's wedding coordinator Tiffany and her staff were hands down amazing! The ceremony, the food (OMG the food!), and the reception were out of this world! Not only did I have the best day of my life, my family and friends can't stop talking about how much fun they had, how good the food was, how friendly the staff was, and how beautiful it was. Thank you Tiffany and Thank you to all your staff!

Kirkbrae is the most beautiful place to get married. The room is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and if that wasn't enough, the staff is on top of things and very nice. In particular, Tiffany Marsocci, the wedding coordinator at Kirkbrae is top notch. She is helpful from the moment you book your wedding with Kirkbrae until the end of your wedding night. She is always in contact with you, gets back to you promptly, and always makes you feel at ease. She is an expert at what she does and it shows. Everything came out beautifully for our wedding. The entire staff is also very nice prompt with the serving of food. Everything about Kirkbrae is astounding, and you will not be disappointed if you choose them for your wedding venue. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

Our wedding experience at Kirkbrae Country Club was everything my husband and I ever dreamed of! The Event Sales Manager Tiffany Marsocci, and the staff were so wonderful, professional, and their experience speaks volumes. From planning to the day of our wedding on 5/27/17, every detail to what we envisioned was carried out above our expectations. Tiffany was wonderful on keeping track of all the details, often times of things I had not even thought of yet! The day of our wedding, I was able to truly ENJOY the day as I knew we were well taken care of. Kirkbrae has a beautiful setting both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor garden area for photos was beautiful and very well maintained, and the tent for our ceremony was perfect to accommodate all of our 135 guests, and more. The reception was beautiful, and transformed into beyond what we envisioned! I was thrilled when I got a sneak peek of everything the day of our wedding before our guests entered, more beautiful than anything I envisioned! Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable! There were many examples in which I was so glad to be in great hands as she is amazing, very detail oriented and knows what she is doing! The staff and our server were so so nice, extremely helpful and there for everything we needed. They gave me great advise and tips throughout the day, I felt like I had a wedding fairy god mother the entire day!
Let's talk about the food. A-MAZING. My wedding was 3 weeks ago, and we are still getting compliments on how amazing it was! There was PLENTY, from cocktail hour to the main entree, it was a combination on both quality and quantity!!! All our guests left with a full stomach and raved about how delicious the food was. The presentation was wonderful, the servers prompt, pleasant and courteous. Hats of to the culinary team and chef!!!
Details are everything to me, and thanks to Tiffany and the wonderful team at Kirkbrae Country Club I was able to feel at ease and actually enjoy my wedding!!!

Where to begin? Kirkbrae, and Tiffany, were simply beyond. Everything about my day with them was perfect. As a coordinator Tiffany was organized and had every detail in mind, even things I didn't think of! Tiffany's suggestions helped the wedding planning process be more straightforward and made the day itself perfect. She was helpful in every respect, even when I probably made her job a little extra difficult with having 2 food allergies, and a wedding party with additional allergy considerations, but Tiffany and Kirkbrae didn't hesitate to work with us and make everything accessible. They labeled what foods were allergen-free and even brought a special entree and appetizer for myself. That alone made my day so much less stressful and enjoyable but they did so much more. Additionally, our service was a little different with my father being a minister and him playing 2 roles that day, but it was seamless and beautiful with their help and expertise. Every little thing was in place and the best it could have been. Every vendor worked in tandem with Kirkbrae to line everything up perfectly. The food for brunch received so many compliments from my guests, as did the service they received. I honestly cannot say that there was anything that wasn't to my satisfaction - in fact most everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were beautiful, I was at ease, the food was delicious, and everything was beyond wonderful. And in addition, I was able to have this beautiful wedding within my budget with Tiffany's help and suggestions. I am so grateful!

I had the best experience at kirkbrae for my 11-12-16 wedding. Kirkbrae is gorgeous and the food is terrific. I would highly recommend this venue. Tiffany , the wedding coordinator was awesome . She was extremely helpful.

The amazing staff at Kirkbrae Country Club helped to make our special day perfect! I personally think we picked the best time of year to get married at KCC. My husband and I got married on November 4th and the grounds at the country club were gorgeous, The foliage was on point and made for many beautiful pictures. Tiffany and Julia made sure that everything ran smoothly that day so that we had not a single worry. They helped make my vision of the best day of my life come true. Tiffany was responsive and timely in email communications. She worked with us to help us stay on budget while still having the things we truly wanted for our big day. I highly recommend Kirkbrae Country Club as a wedding venue. I wish we could do it all over again!

Choosing a wedding venue is the first big,difficult decision that needs to be made when planning a wedding. However, Kirkbrae Country Club and Tiffany, the wedding coordinator, made this "difficult" decision an easy one. From the minute we walked into Kirkbrae, we knew that this was the perfect venue. Not only were we blown away by the beautiful grounds and ballroom, but Tiffany was simply amazing. She knows exactly how to make the most important day of your life nothing short of spectacular. Tiffany and Kirkbrae were SO accommodating and worked with us to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Tiffany was also super helpful with not only decision making for the decor/menu, but she was also available to help/answer questions about the other aspects of wedding planning- she really knows her "stuff." Not only did we get a beautiful venue and great wedding planner by picking Kirbrae, but I truly feel as though we gained a friend. The day of our wedding was seamless and everything we had wanted. From the decor, to the menu/food, to the wait staff, everything was absolutely perfect and we did not have to worry about anything. People are still talking about how amazing our wedding was and I attribute that primarily to Tiffany and Kirkbrae.
