Outstanding!!

This venue is beautiful all on its own. We had an arch with stumps and table decor but that’s all that was needed! The venue is rustic yet elegant and absolutely stunning! Laura is fantastic to work with!!

No need to decorate

This venue was perfect! We chose to do both our ceremony and reception indoors in front of the large glass windows. You don't even need decorations as it is truly beautiful all on it's own. The entire venue was perfectly cleaned upon arrival, the rangers were available whenever needed and Laurie- with the parks dept- was quick to answer my 100 questions. She was truly one of the most polite "vendors"
The venue comes with tables and chairs but we chose to rent our own. We had 100 people with TONS of leftover room. The access to a kitchen and storage area were much needed and so helpful. All of my vendors were happy to be working there again!! I will recommend to everyone I know. (also, you absolutely CAN NOT beat the price)

Perfect Location!

The Lodge is beautiful and a great price! Everything is kept simple and uncomplicated and most vendors are very familiar with the place, which is nice! I have zero complaints and would recommend this place to anyone!

Book as far in advance as you can (up to two years)! This venue books up very fast. It is absolutely beautiful and the event coordinator (Laura) responds very quickly and was a great help! There is a very beautiful gazebo and large deck for guests to go outside. They do NOT have a policy on who can cater in food and alcohol, which saved a ton. So happy we booked with Quail Ridge Lodge and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful building!!!! Even in December, the scenery was gorgeous and everyone enjoyed having the option to go outside. The space was just right for a wedding reception with about 80 guests- I could have fit more people, but the room also never felt too big. We were essentially given the keys and pre-requested (but free of charge!) tables and chairs and left to ourselves. I personally appreciated the freedom that allowed, though when we did need something the rangers could be difficult to get hold of, but that didn't have any major impact on my event

This venue was perfect to get married at. There's a gazebo outside that we used for the ceremony but the inside would have been equally as beautiful. The park ranger was nice and professional. And the price is unbeatable, you rent this place for the entire day 8am-11pm and you can bring all your own vendors. It was perfect!

We had a very small budget wedding, and when I found the lodge, it felt like a miracle. For one day (9am-11pm), the cost is $650 with a $250 returnable deposit ($900 total). Because this place is so cheap, it obviously books out FAST. When we booked over two years in advance, every single Saturday in that two year span was already taken. We chose to be married on a Sunday instead, but that was no problem for us, as we're not super traditional. We did our rehearsal at my family's church the night before, because the space was very similar. Both our ceremony and reception were held indoors. We had around 70 guests, and we had TONS of space for everything. We kept the decorations to a minimum, as the lodge is so pretty, that it doesn't need much else. The ranger on duty was so sweet and helpful (even HE was married there), and when we needed more chairs last minute, he was quick to come by and get them for us.

I was getting compliments all night for my choice in venue.

Great venue, we really enjoyed using the facility to its fullest. Its a beautiful location and we had some great pictures taken there. I like it because its reasonably priced, you can bring in your own caterer and it has a beautiful rustic appeal to it.

This was a beautiful place to have a wedding and reception. It accommodates 180 people. We had around 100 and had comfortable space to have a nice beverage area, appetizer space, buffet line and cake and gift table. Room for band set up and dancing. Nice picture windows of nature. We watched a gentle falling snow during our Nov 15th wedding. Lots of compliments on the beauty that surrounds this place. On the down side. Many guests were confused how to get back on the interstate after navigating the round-a-bout to get to the park. Location is a little difficult. Have plenty of direction signs. We used 3.
