About
In 2009 I founded Pure light on a deep appreciation for storytelling and a lifelong passion for photography. The ability to blend the two and create a memorable photo story is what I strive for.
I studied photography at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara and have been photographing weddings for over 20 years. I love natural, available light and have a non-intrusive style to capture fleeting moments that add up to make a wedding day special.
My biggest influences have been Henri Cartier-Bresson, Sam Abell, William Albert Allard and David Alan Harvey.
My goal is to create visually impactful photographs, provide exceptional service and establish lasting relationships with my clients.

Vinit is a wonderful photographer and has a great sense of style. We've worked together on one project which was a great success and I look forward to working with him again this summer. A real pro with a great eye for those perfect photographic moments.
