Karenna to the rescue!

Hiring Karenna as our coordinator was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding. Her expertise in wedding coordination is truly out of this world—she clearly has a deep knowledge of how weddings flow, and she was absolutely essential in making ours such a wonderful experience. During vendor calls leading up to the big day, my husband and I would constantly exchange notes to each other saying, “thank god we hired her.”

On the wedding day itself, Karenna shined. I had complete confidence in her, and she gave me the gift of being able to fully enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. She brought our vision to life exactly as we had imagined it, managed our vendors with ease, and showed fantastic judgment in the moments where she had to make quick calls. One small example: after sunset it was too dark around the dessert table, and without skipping a beat, she moved it to a brighter area that made the flow of the night so much better. Those thoughtful, decisive touches made all the difference.

I especially cannot thank Karenna enough for how gracefully she handled our venue manager in the months leading up to the wedding. The venue contact was incredibly challenging—inefficient in calls and meetings, inconsistent in expectations (sometimes even contradicting the contract), and would call Karenna with no notice. I know I would have lost my marbles if I didn’t have Karenna handling her on my behalf. Her professionalism, calm presence, and ability to shield us from unnecessary stress were truly priceless.

We are so grateful for Karenna and Sage Event Co. Our day would not have been the same without her, and I can’t recommend her highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

Amazing coordinator!

Megan did an amazing job as our day of coordinator! I met her at a friend’s wedding and knew right away I wanted to hire her for ours!! She has great communication and was very flexible with any additions/changes we wanted to make to our timeline. She also did an amazing job of minimizing our stress levels leading up to the big day! We had the potential of rain on our wedding day and Megan was beyond helpful communicating with our venue managers about inclement weather solutions only days before the wedding. She and her assistant were on top of everything the day of. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and great at anticipating our needs throughout the whole day!! I’m so glad we went with Megan as our DOC, she really took all the stress off of us so we could fully enjoy our special day! I’ll be recommending her services to any future brides I know!

Great Time

Megan from Sage Events planned our full wedding in March of 2024, and did an amazing job! She was always so easy to reach, and was so supportive that really helped calm all my wedding-related anxieties. All of the vendors she found were great and she helped fit it all in our budget. On the actual day, everything ran so smoothly that if anything had been off, we would’ve had no idea! My family, friends, and I could really just think about the day and all of those emotions. We did not have to worry about a single logistic. We couldn’t have been happier with the day, and really credit Megan and Sage Events for their work to curate the best day for us!

Perfect Wedding in the rain

My partner and I had the most amazing wedding day and it would not have been possible without Katelynn from Sage Event Co. Katelynn met with us in person and over video calls many times to make sure everything was perfect! She connected us with the perfect vendors and worked to make our vision a reality! We could not have asked for a better team. She helped us save money on rentals by offering her own table mirrors, tea lights, and candle holders. And working with Sage, we even got discounts from other vendors! On the big day, Katelynn could not miss! She handled everything with ease even on a rainy outdoor wedding. She made sure everything was handled so my partner and I could relax and celebrate with our friends and family.

Dream Come True!

Sage was an amazing company to work with, especially with Megan as our coordinator!! She made a stressful process fun and engaging and took so much of the stress off our shoulders. She was flexible, communicative, PATIENT, and professional! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend their team to plan your wedding.

Flawless Wedding Thanks to Sage Events and the Amazing Katelynn!

I was able to pull off the best "first look" for my husband. Instead of him seeing me, her turned around to one of his close friends in a wedding dress! Katelynn was helpful in making sure I was hidden but could still see the joy and laughter from my husband and his friend.

Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true, and we owe it all to Sage Events and our remarkable wedding coordinator, Katelynn, and her team. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, and it's safe to say that Katelynn was the secret ingredient that made everything come together flawlessly.

Katelynn's professionalism, expertise, and joyful spirit set the tone for the entire planning process. She was an absolute joy to work with, making every interaction not only productive but genuinely enjoyable. Made Everything Run Smoothly

Megan and her team were awesome! We weren't sure what to expect from a day-of coordinator in the lead-up to the wedding, but Megan impressed us with her organization and determination. She made sure all the vendors and the venue were aligned, walked us through the ceremony, ensured that the timing of each step of the ceremony and reception went off perfectly, and understood our vision so that she could handle smaller details on our behalf. We had a low-stress wedding day and Megan gets a lot of credit for making that happen! At the end of the day, we wanted to enjoy our wedding and only have people come up to us in celebration, not with questions or problems. If anything went wrong we'd never know as Megan was there to the rescue. Made the day that much more special!

Katelynn and Paityn made sure our day was perfect! Our wedding went so smoothly because of them!

One of the best decisions I made was hiring Katelynn from Sage Event Co. for my day of coordinator! I cannot even begin to describe how much Katelynn helped make sure everything went as planned. Wedding planning is stressful and it is so nice to have someone like Katelynn that knows the industry and can help with all those random questions. We had a few meetings including a venue walk through prior to our wedding on 10/22/22 and it was so comforting knowing that she was there to handle the day. Katelynn was super organized and calm and took over managing my vendors about a week prior which was so reassuring. Day of the wedding Katelynn and her assistant Paityn did such a fabulous job. My family made so many comments about how great and hard working they were and what a relief it was to have them present. All my decorations and ideas came together so well and I know that would have not happened without Katelynn and Paityn. They set up everything and helped with the clean up and I cannot express how amazing of a job they did. It is so worth having at minimum a day of coordinator and I definitely cannot recommend Sage Event Co. enough!

Best choice!

Megan and her team did a fantastic job with Day of Coordination - but she also helped me SO much leading up to the wedding. From vendor recommendations to the amount of wine, she was an asset! The day went so smooth and she helped with everything from set up to tear down. I love the system she uses and it was so easy to provide floor plans, photos of decor, etc so she could know how to set things up! I would hire her again and recommend her to every bride- especially a DIY bride!
