Gio, the restaurant/owner is very nice and willing to work with me on the event menu. He was hard to get a hold of at times, and he's not very good with responding to or sending emails, but the food is delicious and crazy affordable. I would recommend being persistent with communication and being clear with him and it'll work to your advantage.
