NYBP was the perfect venue for our wedding and Kat is like your own personal wedding fairy- she went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Our guests could not stop raving about the amazing food and drinks. We even had guests go back the next day to get more beer to take home. The bartenders were so fun and kept everyone will supplied. NYBP truly is a beautiful spot and we could not have asked for more.

From the minute we started working with her Kat was an awesome coordinator. So helpful in the months leading up, got back to all my questions right away, had answers for questions I didn't even know I had. She knows her stuff, executed it all PERFECTLY (seriously not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day and I don't know a single other person who can say that) and she was so friendly, chill, funny, down to earth throughout it all. Her and their events chef sat down with us for our tasting and went over all the possibilities for the meals we chose. She reminded me to breathe before walking down the aisle. She set up our decor exactly like I asked for and at the end of the night she took care of it all and before I even knew it it was all back in my labeled bags. The servers and bartenders were all amazing also! Crew completely rocked it.

As for the venue itself the other reviewers are right that the space is really unique and awesome. When we were going table to table to talk to everyone during dinner everyone kept telling us what a great venue we had. We had a plated dinner in the large main space, and the ceremony was in the side room, which was then converted into the dance floor. People could go in there to dance when they heard their song come on, but people could still hang out, talk to each other, grab drinks from the bar in the main space. The outdoor terrace with the string lights was a huge hit too and having drinks out there with our friends/fam was such a nice part of the night. The brewing area was awesome too, we got some great pictures in there!

I cannot say enough about New York Beer Project and Conner Bradbury! We had our rehearsal dinner and wedding here, and everything was absolutely perfect. NYBP switched event organizers a few months into our planning process, but Conner was so quick to pick up all of the details of our day. We got married during COVID, so a lot of our plans changed about a year out from the wedding. Conner was so quick to help us make the changes we needed to make, and everything was perfect. Not only that, but it poured all day on our wedding day. We were supposed to have our ceremony on the 2nd floor balcony, but Conner was so quick to call us to see if we wanted to move it inside. It was even more beautiful inside than it would have been on the balcony. We planned to do our pictures at a park, but due to the rain we had to take picture at NYBP. Conner accommodated this for us, and we were able to find beautiful spots for pictures.

We were able to set our reception space up the day before since there wasn’t an event happening in there, but the few things we did have to have him setup were beautifully done. The staff for both of our events was amazing! At one point one of the servers helped my husband fix his vest, and some even personally complimented us on a few of our wedding choices. We had quite a few gluten free and dietary restrictive guests, and not only were they able to make delicious food for them, but the serving of those plates was flawless.

The food was DELICIOUS. How many brides can say they had beef on weck sliders and fried pickles on their wedding buffet? My husband and I really didn’t want the typical bland wedding food, and beer project gave us that option. We were also able to have 6 of their beers on tap for an extra fee, and it was totally worth it. Our guests all had different tastes in beer, and we were able to accommodate everyone!

Overall, our wedding was incredible and if you are thinking about a brewery wedding, NYBP is definitely the way to go!

Wow. We just had the absolute wedding of our dreams here! Can’t say enough about Conner Bradbury. He was excellent to communicate with. Quick response time and made coordinating a breeze.

The food on our wedding day was DELICIOUS. Definitely not your typical dry and bland wedding food. My guests couldn’t stop raving about it! Drinks were outstanding.

Conner had me set up a sample table the day before, but I had no clue how to piece all the parts together. The next day I was stunned to see how he assembled everything! Absolutely beautiful.

If you’re looking to book a wedding that isn’t your typical stuffy ballroom, has an industrial feel with tons of Edison bulbs, and exceptional food then stop looking and book NYBP! I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a thing and had a wedding I couldn’t even dream of because it was that perfect.

NYBP was the perfect place to host our rehearsal dinner/welcome party (we got married the next day at Becker Farms)! Michael was super accommodating and great to work with. We got everything we asked for! The room was perfect and the private patio access was a great bonus! The food was AMAZING! The buffalo mac and cheese, green bean casserole and brisket were definite must-trys! We also put out wings and nachos for our out-of-towns guests who came after dinner for cocktail and snacks and the loved them! The bartender was a blast and so accommodating! I can't emphasize enough how great this venue is for a rehearsal dinner/welcome party! Thank you!

The event planner, Kat, was good to work with. She was always responsive when we reached out to her and flexible as plans changed several times in the months leading up to our wedding. The space is intimate, and needs little decorations to feel elegant. the food was so tasty, too! We hired a decorator but the venue can provide assistance setting up your decorations at no additional cost.
What was not great was how noisy the restaurant below was during our ceremony. People were belting "sweet caroline" while we exchanged our vows; people later said they couldn't hear us over the bustle below, even though we had a microphones and speakers from our DJ. The other thing was the cost. NYBP has a $7k spending minimum, and our wedding came to just under that - however we did not know up front that additional fees would be included, and ended up paying about $9.8k for a 5hr wedding with ~40 guests.
