Invitation suite of my dreams!

From the start, I told Ellen and her team I didn’t want anything cookie-cutter. We wanted something bold, modern, and a little unexpected. We collaborated with Serena Martin Design on a custom watercolor inspired by our centerpieces, which we used throughout the suite. Ellen pulled together a palette of hot pink, green, and lime that felt vibrant and elevated — exactly what we envisioned for our reception, and we were able to use our suite for our invitations, dance floor design, welcome bags, and day-of stationery. Could not recommend Proper Notice more highly! Ellen understood my vision from the jump and truly delivered the invitation suite of my dreams.

Gorgeous invitation suite & paper goods

Ellen is absolutely the BEST paper goods vendor to work with and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. What started as working with her on invitations led to menus, programs, table numbers, escort cards, welcome signs and more – and everything was absolutely perfect! She understood our aesthetic and managed to translate that into all our items, making them cohesive without being too “matchy”. She was so patient and helpful with all our changes, questions and indecision, especially when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and redo all of our paper goods. All our guests commented on how “us” our invitations were, and we still proudly display ours in our home as a reminder of that incredible day.

The best invitations EVER

Ellen and her team at Proper Notice took me and my husbands stationary vision to life. From the invitations, to escort cards, to signature drinks, she totally understood the esthetic we were going for and everything she created exceeded our expectations. She is amazing and I could not recommend her enough!

We are still in awe over how beautiful our invitations came out! Ellen was amazing and helped nail our vision perfectly! The paper quality was beyond incredible and the letterpress with a crest made it SO elegant without being over the top! We will certainly be using her again!

coolest invite !

Ellen was amazing! She gave us so many options and helped us find the perfect invitation for us. We had a logo on the invite that was able to be added to every detail of our wedding. It really tied it together.
She was so helpful and definitely knows her stuff!

Proper Notice nailed our wedding invitations. Ellen had what looked like a million samples in her conveniently-located office. She chatted with us a little while to get a sense of our style and taste. She then quickly honed in on the perfect invitation. She helped us greatly with the wording, layout, typeface, etc. They came out PERFECT. We could not be happier and cannot more strongly recommend Proper Notice!!

Amazing!!! Ellen is so happy and helpful throughout the whole process. She knows everything there is to know about invitations and has binders beyond binders of different types of invitations. She never pushes you toward one and lets you make every decision. I Highly recommend Proper notice for you invitations.
