Princess Bride Diamonds Outshines Everyone Else in Customer Service
I think there is something to be said about the fact that every single interaction I've had with PBD has been positive...
Holy gosh, Princess came through in a major way on my wedding day! I couldn't believe how these guys played such a vital role on my big day.
When I bought the ring, I decided to go with a ring that was slightly on the snug side (but not uncomfortably) in the hopes I can lose some weight (we've all been there -_-). When I picked up the ring it fit really well! Dallas was there to see that the fit was fine and everything was good to go.
Come wedding day, during the morning ceremony, I noticed the ring was extremely tight...and with in minutes, my entire finger swelled up and turned red. A. Freaking. NIGHTMARE. I quickly called into Princess Bride Diamonds and got to talk to Dallas. Without going to far into it, they were able to help make the changes necessary so I my finger did not look like a sausage for the rest of the day. My ring size went up 1.5 sizes...never heard of that before (and why only my finger girth went up?!). The next day, I went back and my finger was back to normal...what the actual heck?
Regardless, my main point is that PBD really came through with their unsurpassable customer service and true care for their customers. They really saved all the photos of our special day and my finger. I can't imagine working with someone else for my wife's future jewelry.
