  Princess Bride Diamonds Outshines Everyone Else in Customer Service

  I think there is something to be said about the fact that every single interaction I've had with PBD has been positive...
  
  Holy gosh, Princess came through in a major way on my wedding day! I couldn't believe how these guys played such a vital role on my big day.
  
  When I bought the ring, I decided to go with a ring that was slightly on the snug side (but not uncomfortably) in the hopes I can lose some weight (we've all been there -_-). When I picked up the ring it fit really well! Dallas was there to see that the fit was fine and everything was good to go.
  
  Come wedding day, during the morning ceremony, I noticed the ring was extremely tight...and with in minutes, my entire finger swelled up and turned red. A. Freaking. NIGHTMARE. I quickly called into Princess Bride Diamonds and got to talk to Dallas. Without going to far into it, they were able to help make the changes necessary so I my finger did not look like a sausage for the rest of the day. My ring size went up 1.5 sizes...never heard of that before (and why only my finger girth went up?!). The next day, I went back and my finger was back to normal...what the actual heck?
  
  Regardless, my main point is that PBD really came through with their unsurpassable customer service and true care for their customers. They really saved all the photos of our special day and my finger. I can't imagine working with someone else for my wife's future jewelry.

  They Rock. I have nothing but praise for the help and love the fact they didn't try and upsell me at all. They knew I had a budget and a vision and worked along side me to match that. And when I threw all that out the window and change my mind on the ring the next day and had to cancel my original order and place a new order for a different ring they were so understanding and helpful with that as well haha. She said yes and is absolutely in love with her ring.

  So for any future groom out there, ring shopping will be one of the more difficult things you ever do. I chose to buy a diamond online and then go into a store to have it set. I heard about Princess Bride Diamonds through one of my, now Wife's, friends. What a great referral this was! One of the best parts about Princess Bride Diamonds is they were completely understanding of my plan and didn't pressure me at all to try and get me to buy the stone from them. As a matter of fact, Chloe, my sales person at the store, asked if I would give her the chance to see if they could compete for my business and try to get a stone as close to mine as possible and try to get a price that was competitive with what I was finding online. In the end she came very close and I appreciate her professionalism throughout the entire process. She gave me such a great education on how diamonds and rings work and never felt like I was being taken advantage of or not being told absolutely everything that I needed or wanted to know. They set my wife's engagement diamond in simple and timeless band, make for a fantastic ring. We were so happy with it that we also got our wedding bands from Chloe and PBD as well. The price was absolutely right for all three pieces we purchased! If in the market, I highly recommend this store; you won't be disappointed and be sure to ask for Chloe!

  My husband encountered Princess Brides when looking to make a custom engagement ring using family diamonds. He had tight time restrictions, as we live in London and he wanted to propose while we were visiting my family. Several jewellers were unable to help him. Then he found Lisa, who owns the shop with her husband. Lisa is passionate about jewellery and design, and the service he received from the entire staff was excellent. She helped design my beautiful ring, and delivered it in the tight timeframes. My husband was so impressed. We also purchased our wedding bands here. My band is also custom designed by Lisa to fit as a one-piece with my engagement ring, and it receives so many compliments! Besides our rings, there were many beautiful pieces that caught my eye. Unusual stones and metal combinations made for stand-out pieces. We couldn't be happier with Princess Brides and wholeheartedly recommend them!

  From beginning to end, the planning process with princess bride diamonds was nothing but personal and special! They were so sweet in custom designing the perfect engagement ring for my (now) husband, and then again with our wedding bands. They offer a free dipping each year for my rings and will clean them anytime I stop by! Wonderful and memorable service - we recommend them to all.

  I love working with Princess Bride Diamonds! Lisa Baca, the owner, is amazing. She helped me design my engagement/wedding ring - in the shape of a lotus no less - and designed a setting for my aquamarine stone that my grandfather gave me. I wore both on my wedding day and absolutely felt like a princess. I was wearing one of a kind jewelry of the highest quality. Princess Bride Diamonds has beautiful jewelry in general, but being able to work with them to design two very important pieces was one of the best experiences I've had in the wedding planning process.

  My husband and I came to Princess Bride for my wedding ring set. Lisa worked with us in order to make my wedding ring set the ring of my dreams. I often catch myself staring at my hand because I still can't believe I have such beautiful jewelry.

He spent 3 hours going through countless rings, all with the staff smiling and guiding him the entire time. The end result is beautiful and was even valued at more than what he paid.
