Ballard & Ballard is the BEST! We went ring shopping and drove by this shop. We decided to go check it out, and we are very happy we did! Their selection is amazing, and great prices. The gentlemen really paid attention to our liking, and was able to help us find the prefect ring. The people there are always so happy to see you and so friendly! We went back for jewelry repair (purchased at another place) and they came out prefect. We LOVE this place!

I have a very unique engagement ring that I wanted the wedding band to fit tightly against. I took it into Glen and Guy and they took care of me. They made a setting just for my ring and it matches perfectly. I could not have asked for anything more perfect. I continually get comments on how gorgeous my ring look.

I also had pearl earrings made there for the special day and they turned out fantastic.

Stumbled across this jeweler after reading reviews on Google and Yelp. My fiance and I were looking for wedding bands and I had not seen anything I had liked at any store I had been to. They did not have anything I liked either; I'm very picky and not traditional. However Guy mentioned they could do a custom ring for me.

My fiance and I left the store and continued to do research online. I found an idea online, so we went back with a photo to discuss options. We met with Glenn and presented our idea to him. He was excited about the design and gave us estimates of what it would cost. We left again without putting any money down. I wanted a night or two to sleep on it. Glenn must have been really excited, because a day or so later, he emailed me screen-shots of my ring. He had already gone ahead and created a draft model for me free of charge!

Once I saw a photo of the ring, I knew it would be perfect. We placed the order for my ring and also ordered my fiance's Tungsten ring. His ring was a manufacturer Ballard & Ballard had just started working with so they did not have the ring in the store, however they were able to order it in for him.

Our rings are so perfect. Reasonably priced. The engraving looks great as well. They also cleaned and re-dipped my engagement ring for a small fee which was purchased out of state. Very trustworthy...I left my $20,000+ engagement ring with them for cleaning and the diamond was not switched out. The staff is super friendly and all know me as the crazy girl with the super cool binary ring.

I cannot say enough good things about Ballard & Ballard. They are some of the most professional jewelers I have ever dealt with. I never had any second thoughts about trusting my most valuable pieces of jewelry to them and their staff for repair or cleaning. They are constantly having promotions where they will send their customers gift certificates, which are well worth a trip down to their store to spend. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't have what you want, they'll find it or make it!
