Press. serves authentic Belgian Liège waffles as dessert or as a late night wedding snack. Our brioche-based waffle dough is made by hand from our own traditional recipe, with roots dating back to the 1700s. As the waffles cook, the Belgian pearl sugar within the dough caramelizes on the outside and leaves sweet pockets on the inside. A dusting of powdered sugar or one of our delicate house-made toppings is the perfect pairing. We can setup an interactive waffle bar within your venue, or serve from our vintage waffle trailer outside beginning in Spring of 2017.
Press. also provides prepackaged Dutch Stroopwafels, which are ideal to consume immediately or to give as parting gifts. Much like our Liège waffles, our Stroopwafels are produced by hand.
