Found K&B bridals through a facebook ad and decided to set up an appointment. During our pre appointment intake I described what I was looking for and they told me on the phone that they had my perfect dress, and boy were they right. I instantly fell in love with the dress and it was perfect. The team also was so kind every time I came in. I wish i could wear it a million more times.

This was the first shop I went to thanks to a bridal show where we made an appointment. Jenny and the whole team was amazing, friendly and professional. Found my dress by the end of the appointment!

I had a good experience here and am glad i chose the dress that i did. I got so many compliments. I wish I had waited only because I was told it was a one of a kind and i don't actually think it was. I ended up getting extensive alterations to customize it more. Still very happy with my dress though.

From the moment I walked into K&B, I thought - WOW I wished I had come there sooner. Emma took care of myself and my girls while we were there. When I got to go “shopping” I wasn’t exactly seeing what I thought I wanted but I found a few gowns that were stunning. There was one called “Poppy Nicole” that I had in my hand that I could not let go of. This ended up being a private label gown and once I tried it on, I knew. I had told myself I would not get a gown with tulle, period the end…but this…was the softest tulle I had ever felt and so incredibly comfortable. It had this mocha underlining which just made the dress look golden. It was everything I could have ever dreamed about. Emma made sure our whole party was well taken care of and then upon picking up my dress, manager Kristina was a wealth of knowledge and guidance in caring for my gown and also giving me alteration tips. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone and would come back if I ever needed a special event gown in the future.

K&B Bridal in Hagerstown is the only shop I went too when I went dress shopping. I tried around 10 dresses and narrowed it down to 2, but this one ultimately won over myself and my entourage (mom, mother in law, sister, and my 2 bridesmaids/friends). The stylist listened to what I wanted as well as my entourages opinions throughout the entire process to help me find my perfect dress.

The girls in this shop are just amazing!! Kaylee is a sweetheart and even helped me pretend to find my dress with my family there even though I had already seen it. The price is great and these dresses are one of a kind!!

Potomac Bridal was a great location to find my dress! They were conscientious of my price limits and design requests when pulling dresses for me to try on. I did not feel pressured into trying on dresses or in buying a dress. I like to take my time with making big decisions and they offered to allow me to leave the store to think on a dress I was considering and let them know by closing if I decided to buy. I went back to the store on the same day, they allowed me to try on the dress a second time, and I realized it was the dress for me! Their patience was appreciated and I'm sure it is consistent with all their customers!

The wonderful ladies at Potomac Bridal were excellent when I went to search for the perfect dress for my wedding. I cannot say enough praises! Because of their attention to detail and what my vision was, I found the perfect dress for the best day of my life! I will cherish it forever and hopefully pass it on to my future daughter. Potomac bridals is a wonderful place to get a unique dress. I got the first dress I tried on. The ladies were so friendly!

After spending an entire morning with David's Bridal and not enjoying it at all (tried on 14 dresses with almost no interaction with the saleswoman who was also helping two other brides), Potomac Bridals was amazing. Our saleswoman spend 10 minutes talking to me and then pulled 3 dresses for me to try on and I loved them all. I purchased the first one she showed me. I had her full attention. She really understood how the dress is one of the most important decisions a bride will make when it comes to her wedding. I would recommend Potomac Bridal to anyone in the area! They were fantastic.
