Found K&B bridals through a facebook ad and decided to set up an appointment. During our pre appointment intake I described what I was looking for and they told me on the phone that they had my perfect dress, and boy were they right. I instantly fell in love with the dress and it was perfect. The team also was so kind every time I came in. I wish i could wear it a million more times. -

This was the first shop I went to thanks to a bridal show where we made an appointment. Jenny and the whole team was amazing, friendly and professional. Found my dress by the end of the appointment! -

I had a good experience here and am glad i chose the dress that i did. I got so many compliments. I wish I had waited only because I was told it was a one of a kind and i don't actually think it was. I ended up getting extensive alterations to customize it more. Still very happy with my dress though. -

K&B Bridal in Hagerstown is the only shop I went too when I went dress shopping. I tried around 10 dresses and narrowed it down to 2, but this one ultimately won over myself and my entourage (mom, mother in law, sister, and my 2 bridesmaids/friends). The stylist listened to what I wanted as well as my entourages opinions throughout the entire process to help me find my perfect dress. -

The girls in this shop are just amazing!! Kaylee is a sweetheart and even helped me pretend to find my dress with my family there even though I had already seen it. The price is great and these dresses are one of a kind!! -

Potomac Bridal was a great location to find my dress! They were conscientious of my price limits and design requests when pulling dresses for me to try on. I did not feel pressured into trying on dresses or in buying a dress. I like to take my time with making big decisions and they offered to allow me to leave the store to think on a dress I was considering and let them know by closing if I decided to buy. I went back to the store on the same day, they allowed me to try on the dress a second time, and I realized it was the dress for me! Their patience was appreciated and I'm sure it is consistent with all their customers! -

Wonderful!
The wonderful ladies at Potomac Bridal were excellent when I went to search for the perfect dress for my wedding. I cannot say enough praises! Because of their attention to detail and what my vision was, I found the perfect dress for the best day of my life! I will cherish it forever and hopefully pass it on to my future daughter. Thank you Potomac Bridal for your part in my special day. -

I arrived on a day when they were only doing Prom dresses because that was the only day my fiancé's mother in law could go. They opened the bridal side of the store just so I could have my perfect time and everyone there with me! I went in with a very specific list of what I wanted for my dress and the dresses they picked out were amazing! I finally found the perfect one and I could not be happier!! -

Anna Sent on 08/11/2013I truly love my dress from Potomac Bridals, and I was treated well at both of my dress-shopping appointments. My dress was reasonably priced (I bought off the rack), and the ladies were very kind and helpful. I'd never seen my dress in any other stores or online before shopping at Potomac, and I fell in love with it almost immediately. I definitely recommend shopping here!
If you buy your dress from Potomac Bridals (and they have gorgeous gowns!), though, please think twice about using Alterations by Dawn, who often does alterations for shop customers. Other brides may be satisfied with her work, but I had a terrible experience with Dawn's work and with her responses when I contacted her about the problems and when I asked her to issue a refund for the poor-quality workmanship (I'm having to replace a sash and sleeves she ruined, plus personally re-do almost all the alterations I paid her for). Dawn is not employed by Potomac Bridals, but is often in the shop to do alterations for Potomac Bridal customers. -

Karen Sent on 06/24/2012I'd actually already purchased a short dress when my finance who'd never been married "off handedly" commented that he'd thought I'd get a long dress (uhhhhh!). So one weekend my daughters and I headed off to "just see" and stumbled upon Potomac Bridals. The bridal side of the store was closed when I came in (only the prom/social dress side was open, think it must have been a Sunday??). When I expressed that I lived pretty far away and couldnt come during the regular business hours, one of the ladies very nicely opened that side for me and gave me a very genuine royal treatment! I felt like a princess with the whole store to myself and the ladies undivided attention (she really went above and beyond). Not only did I find a dress, but she helped me find one on sale and it was perfect. Im an older bride (uhhhh, 42!!!) and she knew just what I wanted, kept it young (enough), classy and simple. I felt that her expertise was perfect! I hadnt really expected to find "the dress" that day so I wasnt prepared to pay for the whole thing, they accepted a $50.00 deposit and were perfect about letting me pay it off as I could. Absolutely wonderful experience!! -

T Sent on 07/29/2011Overall service was good. Only problem is getting a person instead of voicemail when you call. Also they kept having mixups with our paperwork and some of the suits were mixed around and one was too small. -
User3446001 Sent on 04/02/2018I’m seeing all these good reviews, but I’m sure someone else has experienced this. I drove 2 hours from my small town in hopes of finding a style of prom gown I liked in person. Upon entering I was greeted by a woman who was extremely rude, arrogant, and had a terrible personality. This immediately discouraged me from wanting to shop there, but I did anyways, I was assisted later by a much kinder employee, found a dress I loved at a decent price, but decided that because of the rudeness of the first employee I met with I would just buy the same dress online from another store. Very disappointed. I will not return.
