When I walked in the sales associate greeted us with a smile very attentive very easy to speak with and gave suggestions on different dress types wasn't just there but really helped make dress shopping fun

Joyce could not have been anymore perfect! She was patient while I was picking between dresses. She was very professional and accommodating all the gowns were so beautiful it was hard to choose one.

I have so many nice things to say about this Dress shop that it would take up more space than allowed! I shopped all over the area that I lived but couldn't find a dress that fit my shape and age. I drove an hour to this shop and found so many choices ! They had dresses I hadn't seen anywhere. The staff was friendly and my dress was in a warehouse so I picked it up within a week. No alterations needed because they measured me correctly ! I hope I have the pleasure of returning for another dress in the future !

Not pushy consultants. Amazing dresses!

I came in as a bride without an appointment with a wedding far in advance. My negative review is that the staff was incredibly standoffish when I came in to look at gowns, and it seemed that (even though the store was empty) I was a massive inconvenience because I wanted to just look around. I did end up purchasing a gown that day, after having to specifically ask for a dressing room and having to put the gown I picked out on by myself. I am a bridal consultant at a different salon, so this was beyond incredibly bad customer service in my view. But I did fall in love with the gown so, sales experience completely aside, I was very happy with my purchase. After I purchased my gown, the staff was very nice, and accommodated my request for layaway (since my wedding was so far away that I wasn't planning on loving a gown so quickly), and everyone was very sweet when I came in to try on my gown. The gown was in the Allure collection (I appreciated the designer selection that they have) and was wonderful quality. The shop just didn't at all provide the desired "dream dress buying" experience that is completely expected from a bridal salon.

Do not accept the complimentary vacation that they offer. I purchased extra jewelry so I could get their complimentary vacation offer that I was told was free. When I received the certificate to redeem I read the fine print and it said a 4 night cruise was being offered at $517/couple. The itineraries listed and cabin offered, and all of the requirements were not only not complimentary but cost more than if I bought it through the cruise line.

My dress also had thread all over it that should have been cut. For the price I paid I was disappointed with the quality. I have to cut all of the loose thread myself before the wedding.

My first impression with this shop was over the phone, and I was impressed because they squeezed my appointment in at the last minute. However, I showed up as the first appointment of the day and had to stand outside and wait until they decided to open the doors 5 minutes after opening time. When I told my budget (under $1000... Maybe low in some people's eyes, however still reasonable), the sales lady immediately responded with "well that certainly limits our options." She then proceeded to pull dresses that were priced over $1000, and acted as if there was nothing under my budget in the store. She gave me a couple (over budget) dresses to try on and left me in the dressing room... Alone. I had been to a different shop the day before, and service was amazing there and so I was shocked I was not offered any help in trying these dresses on. After all this, she comes out with an $1000 Allure dress off the clearance rack that was now priced at $99. It was my perfect dress and in what I thought was an impossible price range, and I was thrilled. Because I loved the dress and the lady did end up finding one way under budget, are the only reasons this shop gets more than one star. Beyond rude service and not how any bride-to-be's dress shopping experience should be!!

This was the absolute worst experience of my wedding planning! They are beyond unorganized! They ordered my sister's dress two sizes to large. They have yet to return my calls regarding this mishap! The ladies that work there are rude to say the least. They treated each of my girls as if they were beneath them! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. DO NOT GET YOUR DRESSES FROM HERE!
