Hilary was incredible in creating our dream wedding cake. I showed her a picture of what we were looking for, and it ended up being more amazing than we imagined. In a 4 tier cake we had 3 different flavors-- all of which everyone loved. The guests said it was the best cake they've ever eaten--including non-cake eaters.

The cake was not only beautiful but also delicious. Service was excellent.

Our cake was delicious, which is something I have never said about any wedding cake I've had before! Posh Pastries is a small bakery with big talent. We scheduled a free tasting and the pieces were HUGE! We even got to take our leftovers with us, which allowed us to continue to decide on what we liked best. Mmm cake. We had white cake with buttercream- we're all about simple and classic- but there are many wonderful flavors to choose from. They keep the number of events they do to a minimum to ensure quality, so if you want to check them out do it as early as possible. I had 8 months to plan and was able to get my date 6 months out (cutting it close I know!) Hillary, owner and baker, does the wedding cakes herself and is very creative. I had a design in mind that would have been very expensive and complicated, but we discussed options and I got exactly what I wanted for a great price! I had fondant on may cake because it gave me the look I wanted, and while it isn't everyone's preference, I like the taste! The buttercream was underneath and between the layers. I would attach a picture if I could. All the guests loved it, and I brought the leftovers (after we ate sooooo much of it after our honeymoon) to work and they disappeared almost instantly. Yum!

Posh Pastries provided the most incredible cake - looks and taste. I requested a fairly non-traditional looking cake based on a combination of several pictures and Hilary made it happen it without a hitch. Everything was on time, in place, and perfect looking for my wedding.

We had Posh Pastries make cupcakes for our small wedding reception. We had all lemon cupcakes with lemon curd filling and they were to die for!! We provided sand dollar cup cake toppers for them to put on top, and they came through with all the details we discussed. All of our guests were blown away by the taste of the cupcakes, and they were beautiful!

Their cakes and cupcakes are amazing (I heard the gluten free cupcakes were also great). They were also beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I felt the customer service could be better. It was sometimes difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone and they did not always return phone calls. Even when we went to the shop I sometimes felt they were a little annoyed we were there asking questions. Despite this, I still recommend them. Like I said the cake was delicious, very reasonable price, they made it just the way I wanted it, and delivered it on time.
