Melissa, the owner at Posh Beauty Bar, could not have done a better job on the makeup for myself and my bridesmaids the day of my wedding. She was perfectly on time, came prepared with options for each girl and was so comforting and easy to talk to while we got ready. She even was kind enough to come to our hotel suite instead of having us meet her at her shop. Melissa brought along her iPad to make payment options easy and is very affordable. Her fee is by the hour and even includes false eyelashes and application. Also as the bride, she gave me the lipstick she used on me to take with me and reapply all evening!
I had a trial with Melissa about a month before the wedding where she took good handwritten notes of what we did so I was comfortable knowing I was going to look just as great or better than I did for my trial. I have sensitive skin but her products were amazing, lasted all night, and looked beautiful in our pictures.
The only downfall to Melissa's service offerings is that she doesn't provide airbrush makeup application.

Posh came to our rental with lots of girls to help with hair and makeup. They were fun and accommodating. I loved my hair and makeup. I had a natural look but still enough for great pictures!

Though we got off to a rocky start with some mutual communication issues, Posh Beauty Bar was so great to work with. They were attentive and worked hard to make my wedding day so special for me and my girls. This space is much larger than you would expect from the outside looking in. We had more than enough room for my wedding party (9 people in total including mom's) to get ready. There is a separate space away from the hair and makeup area for your group to eat and a facial room which worked great for the girls that needed to steam their dresses. Melissa was such a delight- so so sweet and treats you like she would her own daughter. TMI yes but she actually popped a pimple I didn't know I had on my back, the morning of my wedding day. Like who else would do that for someone you have just met? Haha! Also, she gifted me a setting powder, lip color, and lip brush to keep my makeup looking fresh all day which was not expected but SO appreciated. The only negative is the price. I don't think the price for bridesmaids was unreasonable but it was much more expensive for the bridal services (especially if you include a trial which I WOULD recommend). All in all, if I could go back and do it over again I would. I am so appreciative of the staff and the salon space. Thank you for your talent, flexibility and just overall excitement as I got married! I am so grateful to you all!
