Day of Coordinator
Angela was the best day of coordinator! she was referred to me by my wedding venue. They had already worked with her previously so they recommended her. She was so sweet and very attentive. Communication was always on point. She made sure everything was in order and ran things smoothly on the day of the wedding. She even went out of her way to look with my maid of honor in the bridal suite for a missing money envelope for one of my photographers. Just the little things that matter was so genuine. Def would recommend her!

Poppy Productions was an essential vendor from the start!
Angela was AMAZING to work with! I am so glad I hired Poppy Productions for their day-of coordinator services. She did a wonderful job helping ease the stress of planning and making sure my day was perfect. She really was an essential part of my wedding team. I would highly recommend her as a day-of coordinator and wedding planner. She is easy to work with, a great listener, detail-oriented and most of all, she really cares about her couples and making their weddings the best day of their lives. Thank you, Angela!

Angela with Poppy Productions was our day of coordinator. She did exactly what you would want to a wedding coordinator to do and took care of all of the little day of details so that I could just enjoy my day. She coordinated with the other vendors, put out our "do it yourself" favors, and helped make sure we had everything we needed at the wedding and reception, including saving us some appetizers. She was very efficient and checked in with both myself and my husband throughout the evening.

Day-of coordinator and decorations
I hired Angela to be my day-of coordinator and help me decorate/take down decor. If this review was only about her day-of coordination skills, I would give Angela a 5/5. She did a great job working with my vendors and ensuring my day flowed smoothly. My rehearsal went really well and helped organize what could have been a chaotic experience. I'm very appreciative of her day-of coordination work. Combining everything together, I'd give a 3.75 out of 5. Recommend, but have some hesitations.
I think a lot of issues we had could have been cleared up if we set up communication expectations at the very beginning. I'm a rather organized person, and found that I would sometimes send Angela things that I would later need to resend to answer her questions/things got confusing. For example, Angela told me in our first in-person meeting that she would swing by my house to look at my decorations before we go to the venue for our first meeting. However, when I texted her the day of our venue meeting, she said that is typically a separate meeting. Or, I had made a long document with all of my decor included and sent it to her, and she sent me back questions asking if I had bought certain things, which could have been answered by looking at the (rather long, I admit) document. On the Thursday before our wedding, she asked me a question about if we were having a blessing, which was something I had included in the schedule I made with my DJ and cc'd her on. As I said, I'm very organized, and I would expect nothing less than the same from someone I am hiring to coordinate my wedding.
