Melany from Polkatots was amazing! The cupcakes she designed for our wedding were beautiful and delicious. She was so easy to work with. Probably the hardest part was choosing from her insanely long list of flavors. She gave us a sample of all her cupcakes for our tasting and initial meeting. We ended up going with pistachio and dulce de leche - we did not stop hearing how delicious they tasted!
I think she gave us way more than we ordered too! Throughout the night, we kept seeing the cupcake stand full. We thought that no one was eating them, but it turns out every time someone took one it was quickly replaced. We heard from a lot of guests that they had MULTIPLE cupcakes. They kept coming back, and the stand was full! Quality AND quantity! Pretty rare.
The most amazing thing she did, though, was something we didn't really pay much attention to - the small cake on top for cutting. We just told her to put one on top for us to cut for pictures/video. It was something we barely discussed, didn’t talk about flavor, and it turned out to be the most amazing cake! We still don’t know what it was exactly.
