He was so easy to work with, fun to hang out with during our wedding, and is truly talented in what he does. If you want artistic shots of memorable moments that you thought no one else saw, hire Pasha.

If you still need convincing, know that hiring Pasha for our wedding was by far the best decision we made. I have been to enough weddings to know that the photos usually are pretty standard. The photographer typically hides behind the scenes somewhere taking the photos they “should” be taking of the perfectly planned and curated moments throughout the day only emerging to take staged portrait shots in perfect lighting of the bride and groom and their family. The photos come out stiff, unnatural, and fake. Our photos from Pasha? Could not have been more different. Having Pasha as our photographer truly was an experience. Pasha and his brother Mark hung out with our wedding squad all day long and actually felt like they were part of our group. We joked with them, laughed with them, and felt so natural like we were just good friends. Our wedding party is still talking about how cool our photographers were because they really were such a memorable part of our day. “Who were those guys?! How did you find them?!” were typical questions we received from our friends. They never made anyone feel awkward, they came right in and immediately got to work, allowing us to enjoy the time with our friends, but also directing us slightly to ensure they got the best shots. Working with Pasha prior to our wedding was also extremely easy. We communicated a lot through Instagram, email and text and we even met in person to discuss our vision. I can honestly say that when I first talked with Pasha on the phone, I felt like he was even more excited for my wedding than I was! He was so genuinely happy to shoot our location (Block Island) and was willing to explore the island to find the perfect unique place for our wedding party shots (we settled on the Bluffs).
Now, let’s talk about the photos. Yes, we did get the necessary portraits with our families and the romantic solo shots of the two of us, but the magic of Pasha’s photos was evident in the candids he took throughout the day of all the special moments that happened that I thought no one else noticed. He captured our friends’ reactions when my husband and I first stepped out together after our first look, he captured my brother’s animated expressions during his off-the-cuff and hilariously inappropriate speech, and he even snapped a few photos of my family dog, Buckie, sitting front row at the wedding looking regal and attentive!

When my husband and I told Pasha that we wanted to take sunset pictures at an alpaca farm, he didn’t bat an eye at our outlandish request. He followed us down to the farm, only to discover the alpacas were nowhere to be found - only donkeys remained! We were a bit embarrassed at our idea but Pasha encouraged us by telling us the lighting was perfect so we twirled around, drank the champagne in our hands, and laughed as the donkeys around us ran in terror of my dress. Those are some of my favorite photos.

Every special moment was captured in such an artistic way, highlighting everything that made our wedding, well, ours. They feel so genuine and we are so grateful we can look back and see all the tears from unassuming family members during the ceremony, and the full belly laughs we shared when hanging out with our friends.

Thank you Pasha and team for everything! Our wedding is a day we will never forget. Everything was so perfect, and now we can look back and remember it forever!

Pasha and his team did not disappoint on our wedding day. We chose to have 2 shooters and a videographer for the day to make sure we did not miss any of the action. With unruly weather requiring some adjustments and accommodations, there seemed to be no wrinkles that would throw off the photography team. Having the picturesque Newport Vineyards as our backdrop allowed for some amazing shots in the vines with the changing lighting of the setting sun. Our guests had a blast in the photo booth provided by Pasha’s Team and Olga was able to provide the encouragement for any shy guests that needed to grab a prop and take the 3 silly photos.

Plugovoy Photography did an amazing job capturing all the love that was shared on our big day! Pasha is very professional, accommodating, and goes out of his way for his clients. We celebrated our big day at Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth MA and I’ll never forgot riding in the golf cart to get the perfect shot at the front enterence. Working with Pasha and the Plugovoy Photography team, may have been the best decision my wife and I made for our wedding. Pasha was personable, professional, and insightful. He and his team were recommended to us by a friend and after looking at multiple photographers that had the same wedding photos you see everywhere, looking at Plugovoy Photography's portfolio brought some color to an otherwise, black and white process. Their vision, their editing, their imagination. It made it extremely difficult to narrow down just 80 photos we wanted for our wedding album when we could have picked 300 of them.

The team was professional and mostly stayed in the backdrop for most of the night. They took such amazing candid shots which is what you miss in most wedding photos. We didn't want the staged, traditional, you stand here and do this photos. We wanted photos with life and the Plugovoy photography team exceeded our expectations.

We got married last July and we received our photos in August 2017. We had just gotten back from our honeymoon and it was so great to be able to sit down and go through them all. But it's literally taken me until now (almost a year later) to narrow down the photos for our album. They are just all so beautiful it was impossible to choose. Pasha and his team were so great to work with during the whole process. I've had several friends get engaged within the last couple of months and will absolutely be recommending Pasha to them.

First, the short version: YES, you should trust Pasha and his amazing team of photographers to take amazing pictures for you. His combination of creativity, unique viewpoints, bravery (snowstorm!) and talent is what you want. You’ll smile while going through your pics. And that’s all that needs to be said.

But if you’re staying for the details……Alright, let’s do this:

We learned a few things from Pasha, Mark and Taylor while they were snapping pics at our wedding. One — we kiss a lot, but that’s beside the point. Two – taking the time to get the small details the way you want them (I mean really putting in the effort) was worth it. And three — we have a lot of people that love us. We now have pictures to prove it all.

Nothing like catching someone smiling at you when they think no one’s looking (except Pasha — he knows, he’s there for the shot). Nothing like going through your wedding photos and seeing a snap of someone writing “stay weird!” in your guestbook, or getting to retell the story of why your wedding dress has a tiny unicorn hanging from it. Nothing like seeing your photographer noticed the little bride-and-groom mice statues you hid inside your pastry tower.

We were gasping when we hit those photos of us outside in the snow. Yeah, we got snow. But Pasha braved the storm (literal storm!) and got out there with us. This guy grabs his assistant, leads the way with his awesomely groomed viking beard and goes to work on absolutely killing the shots. They’re crazy good! Top quality and resolution obviously.

Pasha took the time to meet with us before the wedding to make sure we understood his style and that he understood ours. Everything was comfortable and friendly.

Bottom line? We feel like everything got captured. Not just the people and deco, but the mood of the whole day and night. You want pictures that are YOU? Get someone that lives in the moment and knows how to capture them. Your pics will be amazing and a blast to go through.

Pasha and Mark were incredible! We could not have asked for better photographers. They were both in complete control which made our day less stressful. Despite the downpour of rain we had, they found ways to get the shots needed with makeshift covering and honestly were a big part of us enjoying the weather in the end. Pasha was always great to meet with and explained everything clearly. During the reception they did a great job of being on the side capturing the candid moments, but always communicative when needed. And most of all, the pictures came out amazing! A true artist. After being at a few weddings since ours, it confirmed we 100% made the right decision going with Plugovoy Photography.

The best decision I made for my wedding was choosing Plugovoy Photography. Pasha and Mark were incredible. Their style and attention to detail was all that I ever dreamed of. My bridal party still talks about how much fun they were to have around all day. One is likely going to use them for her wedding as well. They were patient yet remained on a schedule all day so we could ensure all photos that were needed were taken. We kept receiving sneak peeks after the wedding while we were in Greece on our honeymoon. It felt like Christmas! Once I received all of the images, I had immediate tears.
