Scott, Donna and Annais are all such amazing people. We hired Pineapple Planet for event decor and day of coordination for our wedding. Both Annais and Donna were amazing at helping me coordinate how my day would go. Annais was with me every step of the way for the month leading up to my wedding. She ensured that our rehearsal was run quickly and efficiently. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly, I didn't have one single thing to worry about. I didn't even hear of anything going wrong. Everyone told me "at least one thing will go wrong". Nothing did. Donna was amazing at working with me on my style and picking out what decor would fit best with our venue. I let her know the colors I liked and she came up with so many amazing ideas and combinations of decor that we could use. At the conclusion of the wedding the team was there to beak down and made sure that everyone was out of the venue by 10p.m. They definitely deserve 5/5 and we would recommend to any newly engaged couples!!

Donna was amazing and wonderful. Any ideas I had or pictures I found she made them come to life. She worked so hard on every tiny detail that I wanted. Would work with over and over again!

Donna was amazing and helped to create a truly beautiful wedding for us. We went from planning an 80 guest wedding to only 20 guests, which meant many changes and new suggestions from Donna, and she did this with a cheerful attitude and a smile on her face. We even had major changes in the layout the morning of the wedding, and she made those changes work even better than we had anticipated.

Donna was truly a pleasure to work with and made our vision of a beautiful but cozy backyard wedding a reality. I'd recommend her for any size or type of event.

I cannot say enough about Pineapple Planet Productions! To sum it up in one word, AWESOME!! Seriously did an absolutely beautiful job and exceeded our expectations. The second I walked into the venue I felt tears fill my eyes it was so beautiful and more than I could have ever dreamed. I had so many compliments on the beautiful decor. We continue to use Pineapple Planet for all of our event decor and planning needs. They are willing to go over and beyond to make sure all needs are met and will help in anyway they can to assure your day is nothing but perfect!

Donna is just amazing! She is creative, understands the desires and needs of a client, and is flexible in every way. Her extensive experience in special events shows in every step of the planning process. When people met her at the wedding, they all explained they wanted "A Donna". I would tell anyone to use her for any event needs they have! As an event professional myself, I know what makes a good one....Donna is GREAT!

As mother of the bride, I was totally in awe of our wedding planner, Donna Sievers, at Pineapple Planet. Without a doubt the vendor and planner receive a 5+ rating in all categories. My daughter and her husband made such a wise decision to have Donna and Pineapple Planet take care of every detail for their beautiful wedding. Every bride and groom should call them!

How can I summarize all that Donna and Scott at Pineapple Planet did for my husband and I to make our wedding spectacular? We were living overseas during planning and therefore had to enlist a wedding planner that could assist us remotely, with most of our communication being via email and phone calls. We had a pretty clear vision of what we wanted for our wedding, but did not have the knowledge of the Sonoma/Marin area that we needed to pull it off without an expert. We initially hired a different wedding planner to save a little on cost, and realized after about 2 months of planning that the other planner really wasn't capable of pulling off the very logistically complicated event that we had our hearts set on (we got married in the middle of nowhere on our family ranch, which was in no way equipped for a large glamorous event, and so everything from bathrooms to power to transportation to a parking area had to be brought on site... down dirt roads and among tractors and farm equipment!). So, at the last minute, we contacted Donna and she was up for the challenge of pulling everything together in about 6 months. We switched planners and never looked back.

This was the first and most important lesson in hiring a wedding planner -- go with your gut and choose someone who you "click" with personality-wise and who you trust. Saving a couple thousand dollars will NOT be worth it when your plan just cannot be pulled off by a less qualified planner. Donna and Scott are not only experienced, but they are truly passionate about their profession, and genuinely care about you and your event. One of the things I liked best about Pineapple Planet was that the company has a wide range of experience pulling off events of diverse sizes, themes, and audiences. They aren't just your cliche "wedding planner". What this translates to for a wedding? --> They have the experience, contacts, and resources to pull off just about anything. If you don't want a cookie cutter wedding with pink roses and lace, Donna and Scott are experts at taking an original idea and turning it into a successful event.

We came back to the US only once during our planning process (!), and Donna had planned a whirlwind two days of tastings, vendor meetings, and site visits to fit into our hectic schedule. Donna has great relationships with so many Sonoma county vendors, that the whole two days felt almost like hanging out with friends.

Donna and Scott made our wedding the most spectacular and fun day we could have imagined. From dealing with last minute potential rain storms (for an outdoor ceremony...), to navigating family dynamics, to selecting the perfect vendors to bring our vision to life. They were fun, attentive to detail, and responsive to our whims and requests. Everything was always done on time and according to plan, and we couldn't have asked for better service! You will do yourself a favor by working with Pineapple Planet for your wedding.
