The food was amazing! The company was very friendly and went above and beyond to cater for us!

We used Pigman's to cater a Welcome Dinner for 80 people the evening before our son's wedding. We did something a little different with the menu; it was not typical barbeque. RIchard Bruce, owner and chef, helped us develop a menu that consisted of stationary and passed appetizers (homemade Hummus and crudites, the most fantastic homemade crab dip with pita points, and shrimp skewers), a beautiful buffet (Mahi Mahi, grilled chicken and pork sliders, all with sides), and then a great ice cream bar with homemade cookies. We could not have asked for a better experience. The food was served outside on a warm summer night on the sound, and the service was second to none. The bartenders were just terrific. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Pigman's. Thank you Richard and staff!

OMG the best BBQ I have ever had!!! Everything was so delicious!!! The delivery was right on time and they were in and set up in the blink of an eye. Everyone all night kept asking where the delicious food came from, "This is the best corn bread I've ever had." "I can't stop eating the pulled pork, I could just live off this!" "The coleslaw was so good, I don't even like coleslaw but dang that is so good!" "Those ribs are perfectly smoked and cooked!" "The chicken is so tasty and all those different BBQ sauces are amazing!" Also such a great price for the value!!! Thank you to Janet and to the crew at Pigman's BBQ!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!

We all know the wedding industry is overpriced, so why spend all your money on horderves noone will remember? We booked pigmans and could not be more happy with our selection. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the BBQ, crab bites, mashed potatoes, and veggies. Save money and be completely satisfied with Pigmans BBQ.

When we first started our catering search I had in mind that I wanted heavy hors d'oeuvres, but was a bit taken aback by the cost of fancy finger food. I was out of planning commission when my now husband :) told me that we should go with Pigman's. I was so happy to let him take the reins on the catering aspect since I was feeling overwhelmed. I am so glad that I took that step back since he found, in my opinion, the BEST option. We were both in regular contact with the catering coordinator who was incredibly nice and helpful. She was always so receptive of our questions and willing to make the many changes that we asked for. At the two week notice, we talked on the phone and she made me feel so confident in the staff and management and made me feel that this event was just as important to them as it was to us. Leading up to the day, I had so much faith in the Pigman's catering team. On the wedding day, by the time I came out of the room from getting ready, they were there setting up. With all the commotion going on, they just fell right into step. The staff treated me as if they had known me my whole life. They were so friendly and positive and CALM, which is huge for any brides anxiety. The coordinator had also recommended a great bartending service and together with the catering team, our food and drinks were served and cleaned so well that I didn't have to think about it at all - which is exactly what you want out from your service team. They were my silent heroes. My husband and I both had our share and we were so impressed. My friends and family are still talking about how great the food and service was. I am so incredibly grateful for all Pigman's did to make our wedding so amazing.

Pigmans did a great job catering our rehearsal dinner. We wanted to welcome guests to NC with real barbecue, and Pigman's was perfect. They delivered everything and set it up exactly on time, and the food was delicious. Their catering manager helped us fit a menu that suited our budget yet had enough options to appease my love of ribs, and they even added mac and cheese because we love it. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I could not be happier with the menu of our very small Outer Banks wedding in June. We wanted some authentic Carolina BBQ and Pigman's went above and beyond. They were so kind and couldn't be more helpful with the planning stages. We were in contact with them constantly via email and phone due to being hundreds of miles away. All of our guests enjoyed the food so much, they are still talking about it!

Janet and Richard are the absolutely best! So helpful and so willing to please! Guests gave rave reviews on the food! Could not have asked for a better group to cater the wedding!

I loved Pigman's for my wedding!! The food was amazing and there was SO much of it. I had so many people bring it home and freeze it for us. It was delicious even a few weeks later! The only troubles I had with Pigman's was reaching them right away. However, Janet always eventually returned my calls or emails. My wedding was right after the hurricane, so that also had a alot to do with communication that last week. However, it all worked out and was amazing!
