Marli was our dream wedding photographer! A good friend recommended her. From the minute we spoke, Marli was a complete professional and responded immediately to any of my questions or concerns. This was extremely important to me because I had reached out to a few other photographers who were flaky or would not respond quickly enough. Marli was also happy to jump on a call to share ideas. I sent her a shot list and she also had wonderful suggestions.

I can't express how grateful and happy I am about how the photographs turned out. She captured the essence of our special day with beautiful candids but also really great posed pictures. Everything was truly remarkable from the pictures before the ceremony with our dog looking over the ocean, to the emotional exchange of vows. Every angle caught these precious moments and I am so grateful. Also, Marli knew how to move quickly to make sure she got all of the family shots. She even referred back to my shot list! It's important to have your photographer well prepared like this because on your special day you will be so overwhelmed and you won't be able to remember what you wanted or needed so it was super helpful that she kept a list of all the shots I wanted. I stopped favoriting photos because there were too many. I loved them all!

Marli is so talented, kind and fun to work with! I am beyond happy I went with Marli as my photographer for my engagement session & wedding day. She was so easy to work with and made me feel comfortable on my wedding day. I don’t like getting my pictures taken, but she made me feel and look great. She had great ideas of different styles for the pictures and let us do anything we wanted. I also love that she doesn’t go heavy on the editing. She sent us sneak peeks couple days after our engagement session & wedding day so we could share with our family and friends on social media, such a nice touch! Marli photographed our elopement. I let her know I had two teenage boys that may not be as stocked about taking pictures, or posing for pictures. We LOVED our pictures our boys were comfortable and the pictures showed. Marli took pictures that naturally captured us.

Marli is AMAZING. We are so grateful to have found her for our wedding photos! She was always quick to respond and would even check in with me (which I really appreciated being an overwhelmed bride :) ).

On the morning of our wedding, we had to change the site where we were taking photos. Marli was incredibly understanding and flexible, even recommending another nearby location that was gorgeous! She was friendly and patient with us and our families, making us feel comfortable. We were unsure what kinds of shots/poses we wanted, but she gave us great suggestions and direction.

When we saw our final photos, we were shocked! Marli achieved what we assumed was impossible; photos where every member of our family (10 of us) not only had our eyes open but also looked GOOD. In addition to an online library of our photos, she also sent us a beautifully packaged USB that felt personalized and special. I can’t stress enough what a wonderful experience it was to work with her. She is not only thoughtful about the photos she takes but also about you and making sure you have a pleasant experience. We are looking forward to working with her again in the future!

Honestly, finding Marli was a God send! My (now) husband and I were of the many trying to figure out the best way to navigate wedding planing through a pandemic. We had initially booked her for our engagement shoot and then quickly decided, we wanted her to shoot our wedding! Contacting and communicating with Marli was so easy, from the very first call we were able to tell we would vibe well with her and that she understood our wants. She had great recommendations for engagement shoots (in December!) that weren’t typical and was patient with us as we sorted our options.

When we decided to do a super intimate backyard wedding at our parent’s house, she was quick to respond and provide feedback on how we could make great photo ops with what we had. The same day of our wedding, high winds decided to take out our gazebos in the back so we quickly pivoted to an indoor wedding.

Marli has always been super punctual and even arrived early to locations to scope out good spots for photos. She has great vision and direction on how to achieve ‘that shot’.

TLDR; she is responsive, creative and always doing her best to provide you with the best photos. She made us feel like a normal bride and groom during a worldwide pandemic and we cannot recommend her more!

Marli was referred to us by a friend for our wedding. She did our engagement and day of the wedding. One of the reasons we love her work is she tries to keep the picture contrast natural without adding to much contrast. If you like your photos to be more natural without too much contrast Marli is your person but I am sure she can work with anyone! She's flexible and willing to work with you with no questions. We plan to use her again for other occasions.

Marli is the best EVER. If you have been looking for a professional photographer at a great price, look no further. I'm a VERY picky client and she handled me like a snake charmer. Just do yourself a favor and book Marli...just do it...you will thank me later 😉

Marli provided the most stunning engagement and wedding photos for us, and we could not have been happier with her work. She took the time to understand what our styles were and what we were looking for (natural shots with a mix of candid moments) and delivered beautifully on what we wanted.
