After canceling our big wedding plans in Richmond, Virginia, we decided to elope in Tucson, Arizona. With only two weeks notice, we contacted Jacquelynn to see if she may be available to help capture our elopement and wedding day with her beautiful photography. As luck would have it, she was available and was absolutely amazing.

From the moment we connected via email, to a few back and forth conversations over the phone leading up to our big day, Jacquelynn was accessible, professional, kind, genuine and more than knowledgeable about the Tucson area (we had never been). Jacquelynn was not only an incredible photographer, but she also became our unofficial ‘wedding coordinator’ as she recommended vendors to help us with our elopement. Jacquelynn helped us find our officiant, flower vendor to create a last minute bridal bouquet/boutineer, and hair/makeup vendors in town. We ended up using ALL of her recommendations and we were so happy that we did. They were all incredible.

In Arizona, you also have to have two witnesses at your wedding (not including the officiant), so she offered herself and her assistant to help us seal the deal. We literally wouldn’t be legally married without her.

As for the photography, Jacquelynn has a GIFT. She is incredibly talented. My husband and I aren’t huge photo shoot people, but Jacquelynn and her assistant, Jason, made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. It was quick and easy. She knew the resort grounds and best locations for photos and she provided guidance to both of us with every shot. She and Jason were so easy to talk to, we found ourselves joking with them and having a great time. They felt like old friends by the time we wrapped things up.

Jacquelynn knows what she is doing and the pictures prove it. She sent us a “sneak peak’ just hours after our ceremony and they were absolutely phenomenal. Hands down the best photographer we could’ve hoped for.

To sum things up, we can’t thank Jacquelynn enough for her incredible customer service and photos! She made our elopement absolutely perfect, in so many ways. We are so grateful to have her photos to remember this moment forever. 10/10 would recommend her services to anyone looking for a photographer. She is one of a kind!

We hired Jacquelynn as our wedding photographer and it was one of the best decisions we made! We met with her before signing a contract to review her past work and knew right away from her awesome personality that she would be a great photographer for us. We wanted someone who was energetic and adventurous just like us, and she was the perfect fit!
My husband and I live in Phoenix and had our reception in Tucson, so we looked for our wedding photographer in Tucson. We wanted to take our engagement pictures at Canyon Lake (45 outside of Phoenix) and Jacquelynn had no problem driving from Tucson to shoot those pictures for us. She did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and relaxed while taking pictures- and you can definitely tell from the photos! Jacquelynn has a talent for capturing the natural beauty of Arizona and utilizes the light to create truly spectacular photographs.
One thing we love about Jacquelynn is she includes all day coverage for wedding pictures! We looked at a couple of photographers and their packages were capped at a certain number of hours and then if you wanted them to stay later, it cost more. Not with Jacquelynn! She explained from the beginning that she would be with us from beginning to end and we just needed to give her the wedding day timeline so she could plan out all of the pictures she needed to get done.
Our wedding pictures captured every moment of our perfect wedding day, all thanks to Jacquelynn. With her detailed questionnaire we were able to tell her exactly what we wanted, and she delivered! Jacquelynn was one of the best investments of our wedding. After meeting at her studio the first time we instantly knew she was different. She is personable, honest, direct, and has such a distinct and gorgeous photography style. She was easy to work with and responsive leading up to the wedding which was phenomenal. She was so easygoing and flexible considering this was a destination wedding for us and had no problem making the trip from Tucson to San Diego for us. I had to really think about what to say. Trying to put in words how these amazing pictures you took changed my life has shown do be very difficult. Yes I, Jonathan Spurr, was at a loss for words.

I already knew I was a lucky man, but seeing us in these pictures. Seeing how we look at each other and how much we love and need each other, it has changed my life. I had no idea how Rachel looked at me, how she smiles, laughed, and just is goofy when she is with me. Now I do!

I have my favorite pictures of us on my phone home page. I look at them all the time, multiple times an hour. It always makes my day better and makes me smile. Looking at these pictures makes me emotional, talking about them, even typing this to you makes me misty eyed.

I often think there is no way I could possibly love Rachel more than I do. Then something simple, like amazing pictures taken by you completely change my world. I see my world from the outside. I got to see my world as you see it.

Neither Rachel or myself believed that anyone on this planet could get done in picture what you did. These are the best pictures of me that have ever been taken. You are the first person in 42 years that was able to capture me.

Jacquelynn was a fantastic photographer and is absolutely someone I would recommend for wedding, engagement, and boudoir photography. Not only did she deliver fantastic images, but was also an invisible hand in helping me to plan the order of events for our wedding (I was bit of a distracted bride)! Jacquelynn works well with other wedding vendors and has established relationships with many in the area - it goes a long way when your wedding vendors have great chemistry! We would book Jacqui over and over, and we have. We love that from the get go we have had amazing chemistry. We did a couples shoot and just had such a good time collaborating ideas. It was a no brainer for Matt and I to book her again for our wedding. The photos were even better then the first time. I use Jacquelynn for EVERYTHING. We used her for our engagement, wedding, boudoir, maternity, new born, family photos, one year photos...you get the picture. I LOVE HER! She is by far the BEST photographer I have ever seen/used witness, and I promise I am not exaggerating. When we got married we wanted to make sure we had good photos, because that is what you have in 20-30 years along with memories. So we used a HUGE chunk of our budget on Jacquelyn for photography, granted we got one of her price-ier options, and I could not have been happier. The photos came out amazing. We kind of just told her to do whatever she thought would be good, since she is the professional, and I am glad we did. We generally do this on all of our photo sessions too...she has picked out our clothes, told the make up person how to do the make up, picked locations and themes, and it has all come out better than I could have ever imagined.
