My fiance and I found Anna while on our search for many of the wedding details. We met with her and thought she would be just great. A couple months later we decided to do our engagement shoot with her around downtown Nashville. We had talked about some places but really just wanted to capture the city because we have both grown up here. We had previously agreed to have a class she was teaching meet us and take part in the shoot as well. Two days before she changed the plans, so our photo time was going to be cut short. Much was then rushed through, especially the last part which was supposed to be a power paint portion. After about ten photos she packed up and drove away before we even made it back to our car. After getting the photos back(these did not compare at all to her portfolio that we were shown) and voicing that we did not think they captured us or our vision she at first wanted to do anything she could to fix this, which we were fine with. That then changed to only a partial shoot and we would have to pay if we wanted something else. We decided to no longer keep Anna as our photographer and we agreed to a partial refund. The next day I received an email stating no money would be given back. We are extremely shocked this happened and just wanted to work everything out in a business matter with Anna. Emails and calls were not returned. Be careful that your photographer has many years experience being the lead photographer and that you give exact directions that are to be followed.
We are extremely saddened that this could not be handled in a professional manner.
