Value (5/5): I have no words to describe how much they done for what they were paid. They more than earned every dollar. This is what you call a diamond in the rough. But as far as this category is concerned, I got well more than my money's worth.

Flexibility (5/5): We freestyled half of our wedding reception. Photo225 helped keep our highlighted moments on track (cake cutting, etc.) We called a lot of audibles that day and they were very responsive and accomodating to us that day. They traveled wherever we were and followed us around, taking pics as needed.

Jeremy, one of our photographers, was invaluable in making our wedding day run smooth, and the photo/video services they provided were great. I would definitely inquire about using him.

Just a note. I have not received my photos yet, but I have seen their work from a friend that referred me to them and they looked great. The quality was excellent and clear. I cannot talk about their photo packages yet as I have not received my photos yet. I will write another review once I receive my photos.

I usually don't write reviews, but due to the sophistication and complexity involved in wedding planning, and the fact that these guys did so well, I had to write one. I know I rated it a 5/5 overall rating, so to separate myself from what would be a "cliche" review, I will use wedding wire's metrics and try to stick closely to its points as much as possible!

Quality of Service (5/5): They were there on time and very punctual, even though we ourselves were late to the "pre-wedding" photo shoot. You know...getting ready and stuff. They were very knowledgable about the process and even walked us through the process of which photos we needed to take, as well as adapting to the pics we wanted to take. They were very patient with us and helped us with some aspects of the flow of the wedding as well, even though they were not our coordinators.

Responsiveness (5/5): Photo225 was as responsive as you will expect in any company. I did not want to bother them as they are booking weddings every week, so I limited my questions to the first month (after purchasing their services) and the last month leading to the wedding. They responded to me fairly quickly (usually 2-3 days after an inquiry, and within 3-4 hours on the weeks leading to your wedding).

Professionalism (5/5): I was impressed when a month before the wedding, they provided me a questionnaire on all the details we wanted for the wedding. This allowed them to keep us on track as the day progressed. They were completely respectful and helped make a perfect day even better. Their attitudes were very pleasing and their level of professionalism was top of the line. We took a lot of photos (parents, right?) and they were very helpful in keeping us cool and collected.

I attended the N-Joy bridal event in January 2015 with the hope of narrowing down between all of the vendors at the event. When my mom, bridesmaids, and I approached Photo 225's booth, Ethan immediately caught my attention. I looked over the books and reviewed the packages that they offered and within 5 minutes (but probably less), my mom and I booked them right then and there. Ethan has such a great personality that I knew would put me at ease if I was nervous the day of my wedding. In addition to his exceptional "can do!" personality, he has an eye for what he's doing. I am SO grateful that we booked Photo 225 when we did because their spots filled up immediately! Naturally, every bride wants this day to be exactly what she has always dreamed and nothing short of that. Not only was my day an absolute DREAM, but it ran so smoothly thanks to the wonderful teams of people that surrounded Colby and I on our wedding day. When I say not a single thing went wrong, I mean it! Ethan and Hanna did such a wonderful job capturing every exciting, funny, heartfelt, and surprising moment! I could not have asked for better photos! If you have any doubt whatsoever (or are anything like me and always find yourself with a hand in every pot making sure every detail is just so) you will NOT have to worry about these wonderful souls taking care of you on your special day! My family and I are over the moon with how perfect the pictures came out! I will ABSOLUTELY book them again for future picture sessions and have already recommended them to people (who have ALSO booked with them)! Photo 225, you have a GREAT team and Ethan C. is truly one of the best around! Thank you for being so flexible and for always being so professional and remembering that even though you were doing your job at our wedding, you never once made it feel like you were "at work"! (ALSO- they showed up 45 minutes EARLY!!! just one less thing the bride has to worry about on the wedding day) Thumbs up!
