What can I say about the Phil Engel Band? Simply, the best wedding band ever! The Phil Engel Band had the guests at our wedding reception dancing from the minute it started to the minute it ended. They even had our 92 year old grandparents out on the dance floor with us! They were interactive and engaging with our guests, they let us add a bit of our own touch to the music, and also sang popular songs that appealed to all of the guests of every age in the room. That was something so important to us because we wanted everyone dancing, singing and having a blast.

The Phil Engel Band was fantastic. Seeing guests the next morning, it was one of the first things we heard about; "Your band was amazing". Their professionalism and communication made the planning seamless. We were thrilled with their performance and would highly recommend them for a wedding reception or any event! My husband and I had the most amazing time at our wedding and enjoyed dancing the night away all thanks to the Phil Engel Band.

We had seen Phil and the guys play at a couple local bars and knew they could keep a dance floor moving. For our wedding, they were accommodating, flexible, reasonably priced, and a lot of fun. Phil was willing to work with us on the set list well prior to the wedding, and so we were able to create a personalized set we knew our guests (young and old) would love. They executed every song perfectly and brought the vibe and energy that only a live band can. Whenever I see Phil at the shore or elsewhere, he always has the biggest smile on his face - this guy loves what he does and it shows. I would highly recommend for any sized wedding.

My parents recommended this band to us, since we hadn't lived in the area for a while and didn't know where to start! They saw PEB in various bars around Monmouth County and loved them. As we got closer to the wedding my dad was worried that the band's main audience was my parents' age (40-60 yo), and that our friends (mid 20s) wouldn't enjoy the music as much. Boy was he wrong! PEB played to every generation at our wedding. A lot of my peers who recently got married just had a DJ at their wedding, so having a band was unique and ten times better than just the DJ! They brought along a female singer (I forgot her name) which made it very dynamic.

The band/DJ combo was something I'd never seen before, which was also cool. Whenever the band took a break, the DJ stepped in so there was non-stop partying all night long. The band was very interactive with the crowd, and many of our guests could not stop raving about how incredible they were!

We would definitely recommend the Phil Engel Band to anyone! They brought so much energy to our reception; it was truly a night to remember.

Fantastic band! In my opinion the best cover band in NJ.

Possibly the best part of our wedding! They have a wide variety of amazing songs, a great sound and amazing personality. All age ranges of people were on the dance floor all night. I will never again hear the song "The Day the Music Died" without thinking of the wildly energetic dancing and fevernt sing along that occurred as our last song. Seriously the best live cover band and the nicest guys. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend to anyone.

The Phil Engel Band made our wedding a day to never forget!!! The dance floor was full for the first song to the last song! My guests could not stop raving about how good the band was and how much fun they had!! Throughout the whole wedding planning process Phil was so easy to work with , answered emails right away! Truly made the process a breeze for me! You can not go wrong with choosing the Phil Engel Band for your wedding!!!

Phil Engel Band was amazing at our wedding! The dance floor was packed all night long! They played great music and got everyone involved. They also came down off the stage and sang among the crowd. We were able to add a saxophone and trumpet to the 5 piece band to make it even better! They were very reasonable priced and very professional. They also included an MC which was great for when the band took a break. I would definitely recommend this band to anyone who is looking for a wedding band!

Coming from a family of musicians, I thought finding the perfect wedding band would be impossible.....until I saw PEB.

They made the entire process and song selection so easy. Gary was in touch with us constantly making sure any song requests we had were taken care of.

The energy the guys brought to the wedding kept the guests on the dance floor all night. They were even nice enough to let the father and brother of the bride sit in for a few songs at the end of the night.
