William was such a blessing to have during our wedding celebration! We had an outdoor ceremony planned in a Virginia rose garden, but - of course - we had a generational rainstorm come through and wash out the plans for the day. We had to pivot several times, and William was instrumental in helping us iron out backup plans. He gave great suggestions about pros/cons of different last-minute venues, about photography permits, and about his experiences that he's had in our other prospective venues. We were able to lock down a gazebo in a Virginia garden last-minute and William came out on the rainy day with such a sunny, beautiful energy. Our guests and my now-wife were laughing, joking, and enjoying themselves as William took the photos - each picture capturing genuine emotion from all of us. He made my wife feel grounded and beautiful in a stressful moment. He made the guests feel warm and together in a cold rainy day. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed in a time of stress and logistics.

But enough about William as a person; the photos were beautiful as well. Even though it was a gray, rainy day, you couldn't tell from the pictures. Each picture was filled with light, making a dreary day seem radiant. This was such a surprise and helps us psychologically; when we look back on the pictures of that day, that day seems even brighter than it was...because the pictures do. The photos captured genuine laughter, authentic comfort, and familial bonds. There was a quicker-than-expected turnaround with the pictures, and we're using them as lock screens and framed memories.

I can't recommend William and this photorgaphy collective enough; not only are the prices incredibly reasonable, but you're getting a genuinely great person and great photos along with it.

From start to finish, I only became more and more impressed with Petruzzo Photography. William was very responsive to our initial questions regarding both cost/package elements as well as things like being able to work with people who don't speak english. Our engagement shoot continued to prove we chose well, as William was able to generate an atmosphere my partner could relax and be properly photographed in. Meetings leading up to the big day were helpful as he helped us navigate what made the most sense for the day to meet what we were looking for in the most successful way possible. On the day it was so much fun - both William and Felipe bring a fantastic energy with them. People were laughing and smiling while being photographed and we got a lot of comments from guests on how much fun our photographers were - even before we got the photos! The photos themselves were just out of this world. Both of them paid special attention to photographing the items in the wedding that were hand made on top of stunning portraits. They caught moments that I didn't even know took place, which was a joy in and of itself. The photos also showed how much they listened to us when we talked about what we were looking for - even if certain things weren't on the official "list" which, to me, shows how thoughtful they are and how attentive to the details they can be. 10/10 would recommend them to ANYONE - but especially to anxiety-filled nerds like myself and my husband who need someone they can feel comfortable around when posing for photos isn't what we are use to doing.

Petruzzo Photography absolutely exceeded our expectations. William is AMAZING at what he does. My husband and I know nothing about posing and how to make photos look good, so he gave us the best tips and coaching a long the way to make the photos look incredible.
