I went to the top three bakeries in Miami and was very disappointed in the taste, design and customer service they offered for my wedding cake. Being a baker myself, I have high expectations and didn't want just an "ok" cake. One of my bridesmaids personally recommended Steph, so I immediately emailed her. Her response was quick, professional and exactly what I needed to hear! I decided to have her create our wedding cake (a three tier with an edible sea glass design) and also a grooms cake for my hubby-to-be (a jager bottle). We tasted 6 flavors and each one was better than the last! It was very hard to narrow it down and only pick three. When I finally saw the finished products the day of the wedding, I was blown away. They were even better than I had imagined! My hubby couldn't bear to freeze our top tier, so we ended up eating it. We vowed that on our first anniversary we would have Steph recreate it for us! I can't wait for another special occasion so we will have an excuse to work with Steph again :)
