We only had six months to plan our wedding and we’re trying to save as much as possible which is why I thought I could do a lot of it myself. I finally realized that my day should not be spent working, and I wanted everyone in my party to also enjoy the day and celebrate with me instead of working and that’s when I realized I should have used Perfectly You from the beginning. From the moment Kimberly and her team stepped in, I felt immediately at peace. She went over every detail and made sure that my vision was communicated clearly to all vendors the day of the wedding. During our planning stages, her contacts were instrumental for finding other vendors that I needed and within my budget. We had a few issues with our venue staff and if Perfectly You was not there; we would not have had as beautiful of a wedding as we did. I am so thankful to have had them on my team!

We recently hired Kimberly and Hallye from Perfectly You Events as our wedding coordinators for our special day, and we must say that they exceeded all expectations. From the moment they took charge, everything ran smoothly and flawlessly. They truly made our day the best day ever!

One thing that impressed us the most was their ability to pivot and adapt to any situation that arose quickly - we decided to get married at an Airbnb that was 54 acres, and what was a blank slate turned out to be one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Even with short turnaround times, they handled every challenge with grace and excellence. It was evident that they had a wealth of experience and were well-prepared for anything that came their way - they even had items in their kit we didn’t think we needed but saved the day.

Not only were they professional and efficient, but they also fit in seamlessly with our family. They were warm and friendly and made everyone feel comfortable. It was as if they were part of the family themselves.

Hallye and Kimberly are absolutely fantastic to work with. We hired them for our wedding about a month out from our big day, and their communication, organization, motivation, and insights were beyond exceptional. We had so many things going on all while trying to plan our wedding and I felt so lost and overwhelmed. I had talked to a few coordinators already but Hallye and Kimberly took so much care and asked so many questions, I felt less stressed after our first call. We were planning our wedding out of state and it was a destination wedding for pretty much every single guest too. They oversaw the set up of our venue the day of, and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. I loved every aspect of working with them. You know you have a good team when everyone was mentioned how amazing these girls pulled everything together!
