I couldn’t have chosen a better wedding planner for our special day. From the moment I met Ari she was so professional, organized, and made me feel at ease with the craziness of wedding planning. 
Ari did an excellent job coordinating with vendors , helping me create the floor plan, and curated our wedding timeline to fit all of our wants and needs. She made all the decisions that I didn’t want to make and she did it absolutely flawlessly. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I felt so special and prioritized throughout the entire day. Ariana thought of every detail and I couldn’t be more appreciative of her and her day-of assistant. I have to say it was the best money I spent throughout the entire wedding planning process. I wish that I could have Ari and Perfectly Planned every day of my life. They are absolutely amazing at what they do. If you choose them you will not be disappointed!

Perfectly Planned made my wedding day absolutely incredible. From the beginning of the planning process to the final moments of the day, they made everything feel seamless and completely stress-free. I truly got to enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about timelines, vendors, or last-minute details.

My planner, Mallory, was amazing. She was organized, calm, and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly. Where do I begin - I cannot say enough good things about working with Ashley from Perfectly Planned. She over exceeded my expectations for their planning and coordination services for our wedding. She went above and beyond what I thought we were getting when we booked them for coordinating our wedding day.

Not only did they coordinate every little detail throughout the rehearsal and day of the wedding, but the weeks leading up to the wedding day she was in consistent communication with me. Ashley helped me understand all the details and decisions we needed to make, she gave her advice when I asked for input or guidance from someone who understands it more than I do, and she carried out much more of the tasks than I expected, relieving me of so much stress and lifting the weight off my shoulders.

Ashley was kind, patient, understanding and reassuring. She listened to not only my questions and concerns about the logistics of the wedding day - but also the emotional side of it. It was great to have someone who understood that I could laugh with and take a deep breath in the midst of everything that comes with planning a wedding.

Once the wedding weekend came - she wrangled our family and friends to facilitate a smooth rehearsal that provided even more relief and assurance of the wedding day. She was patient in answering questions and concerns from everyone involved in the ceremony, and she successfully coordinated everyone where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there, and what they would be doing in the ceremony.

There was so much less I had to worry about on the day of the wedding, knowing they were at the venue while I could enjoy time with my friends and family getting ready and trying to take in as much as I could of our day. Between her and our photographer, Caroline Sturrock, we never had to worry about whether people were where they/we were supposed to be, or if we were staying on top of the logistics and timeline for the entire day.

Not only did Ashley absolutely kill it as our wedding coordinator, she did it all while being pregnant and handled everything with such grace - much respect!!

I am not one to write reviews typically, but Ashley and her team are more than worth the highest of praises - and while weddings can come with many expenses that add up quickly, I can genuinely say they were worth every single penny and more. I had no idea we would be getting the level of service we got, and even more the amount of work they did to make our wedding so wonderful. I will forever be grateful to Ashley, and it felt like having another close friend by my side along the way. I was honestly sad to not get to talk with her or work together anymore after the wedding was over : )

Ashley and her team were the glue that created a magical day for my daughter and her now husband.
