Hiring the team at Perfectly Planned for full wedding planning services was truly the best decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. Jennifer's patience, attention to detail, and commitment to executing my vision was unwavering in the year we worked together. Her experience is unmatched. She had the ideas, contacts, resources, and grit to make magic happen within my budget, and what resulted was a wedding of my dreams. Every local vendor I spoke to who heard I was working with Perfectly Planned sung her praises, which gave me the utmost confidence that I was working with the best in the business. I am an out-of-state bride and would recommend her team to anyone whose looking for a planner (in state or out of state), who can dream big with you, but also be a confident voice of reason when needed. From day one, Jennifer wasn’t just a planner – she became a true partner in making our visions come to life. It’s rare to find someone who treats your dreams like their own and even more so to find someone who can actually make them a reality, but that’s exactly what Jennifer does. Not only is she professional, detailed, and organized, she’s also compassionate and never makes you feel that even the smallest detail is unimportant if it matters to you. She is a true member of #TeamBride!
Jennifer will keep your planning on track, but even more importantly, she will allow you to create cherished memories of your event instead of stressful times. She is the hardest working professional I’ve ever met and she makes it look so effortless that her calm sets the tone throughout the planning process and, most importantly, on the day of your event.
Jennifer personifies grace under pressure. After my daughter’s wedding, guests remarked to me that I seemed so relaxed throughout the day and I responded truthfully that I was able to enjoy the day because I knew Jennifer had things well in hand. I wasn’t stressed. I wasn’t overwhelmed. I was present—and that’s all thanks to her.
For many people, wedding planning and the day of the wedding are exhausting and pressure-filled times. We won’t have that memory because of Jennifer’s talent and hard work. Ashley eased all of my fears immediately, she had a solution to every problem. Her design help and knowledge made my vision possible, it was stunning. Her vendor recommendations were TOP TIER, we are still receiving compliments on the services at the wedding. I was prepared for something to go wrong on the wedding day because things just happen, but not with Ashley. She along with her team executed the day perfectly, we did not have one hiccup. First and foremost, Jennifer’s responsiveness was impeccable. Whether we had a quick question or needed in-depth discussions, she always got back to us quickly, making us feel supported every step of the way. She was incredibly patient with us as we explored various vendor options and was so helpful in guiding us through our choices. Her extensive knowledge of vendors in the BCS area was invaluable—she has built great relationships with the best in the business, and we were able to work with some of the most talented people thanks to her recommendations.
One of the things we appreciated most was her flexibility when it came to creating our wedding timeline. We had specific requests, especially for our South Asian ceremony and reception, and Jennifer was more than willing to adapt to our cultural needs. She took the time to understand our vision and made sure every detail was tailored to our traditions. We never felt like we were compromising on what was important to us.
On the day of the wedding, Jennifer and her team worked their magic behind the scenes. They created an atmosphere of calm and ease for us as a couple, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Our wedding was absolutely stunning and more than I could have ever dreamed of. I truly could not have done it without them. They are a wealth of knowledge in the industry, their expertise and organizational skills are unmatched, they treat you like family, and they don't settle for anything less than perfection. I am forever grateful for the patience they extended me throughout the wedding planning process, especially when I decided to change my entire color pallet and design of our wedding. From our initial meeting we knew Perfectly Planned was the one for our day.
Jennifer was our planner and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and peaceful process.
Out of town meetings, rehearsal day and wedding day went smoothly thanks to her organization and expertise. Her attention to detail and care are shown thoroughly through her work.
Jennifer was our month of coordinator, and our biggest regret was not hiring her on for fulltime! My biggest piece of advice to future brides is get that full time planner!

We were honestly very skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator being that we are very OCD and type A people but I couldn’t be more pleased and thankful that we chose this team to help us plan and coordinate our big day! Jennifer was an absolute DREAM to work with. We valued her opinion and guidance a lot and she really took the time to get to know us, our budget, our schedule, and our taste. I hired Jennifer and her team for full service wedding planning for my September wedding in Fredericksburg. From the beginning, Jennifer was very organized and attentive to my needs. She understood my vision and was able to bring my ideas to life. She had helpful recommendations and gave me really creative ideas. IE. A fun bartending service out of a horse trailer! From choosing vendors to creating a timeline for the big day, she was very on top of the details and did an excellent job communicating with the other vendors a few weeks out. Her knowledge of the industry was very impressive, and when asked questions, she infused her expertise into the conversation without trying to convince anyone to do it a certain way. On the day of the wedding, her and her team made sure everything went VERY smoothly. She was organized and efficient and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. The day was perfect and I can’t thank the wedding planner enough for her hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a wedding planner! -

Throughout the planning stages, Jennifer was a resource of knowledge about local vendors and service providers. There was literally no way we could have executed our plan of events, while at the same time, enjoying the event ourselves. Ashley lives up to the company name – “Perfectly Planned”! My daughter and I thought we could plan her wedding in 3 months. It didn’t take us long to figure out this was a monumental task. Ashley to the rescue! Ashley was able to hear my daughter’s vision for her dream wedding and then Ashley made it happen! Ashley is a good listener; then she takes action. She was super organized and on top of all the details. I know we would have missed some important things if Ashley hadn’t helped us. Ashley was always available by phone or email and she was prompt to respond. And as the mother of the bride, I greatly appreciated that Ashley kept my daughter on track with the budget, so that I didn’t have to add that tension to this special time with my daughter. Ashley was calm and reassuring if any stressful issue came up. She was always kind, confident, professional, and joyful. She knows everything wedding – venues, vendors, decorations, rentals – everything you need! Ashley is worth every penny! I wish I would have hired her sooner. So let me just start off by saying that if you're looking for a coordinator/wedding bestie, LOOK NO FURTHER! Ashley is hands down the GREATEST decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding! I honestly don't think we would have survived our wedding day without her. She swooped in like an absolute baddie and handled absolutely every single tiny little detail. I was so worried that the day wouldn't go smoothly but she handled it ALL. I did not stress even a little bit the day of because I knew she was there to make sure the day went off without a hitch. If there was ever a glitch, my husband and I have no idea because she took care of everything. My husband and I, as well as all our family and friends, had the BEST time because we didn't have to worry about a singe thing. She also helped corral my family for the wedding rehearsal, and honestly, that's a task similar to herding cats. I'm convinced she has superpowers. YOU NEED THIS TEAM FOR YOUR WEDDING! ABSOLUTELY 1 MILLION TIMES RECOMMEND! The Perfectly Planned team did an AMAZING job with our entire wedding experience! From the start of the wedding day they took over making our venue absolutely flawless! They used my ideas and vision for decorations and atmosphere and made it just that, and so so much more! I never dreamed my wedding could be so beautiful! I could go on and on, but the most incredible thing about the Perfectly Planned team was how smoothly the day went. From the start of the day getting ready, through the ceremony, and reception everything flowed. Their team helped keep the reception moving seamlessly and completely made it where my husband and I could simply enjoy being married and celebrating with our loved ones! Even the simplest of details were covered! I can't put in words how incredibly thankful we were to have them! Jennifer and her team made our day stress-free and nothing less than perfect! My husband and I made the best decision of our lives (other than marrying each other, of course) when we decided to hire Perfectly Planned for our day of coordination. The term "day of coordinator" is misleading, I must say. Perfectly Planned devoted months of their time to preparing our big day. From making the seating chart to folding napkins the week before to making sure all of our other vendors were on the same page to getting last minute quotes from additional vendors to make sure that all of the "between the lines" and easily forgotten things were completed, Jennifer and her team went above and beyond for us. One of our food vendors backed out on us last minute and Jennifer worked relentlessly to find a replacement. (The food ended up being a huge hit!!) She was a lifesaver in so many ways. Before the wedding day was even upon us, we were already SO thankful that we decided to make Jennifer a part.
Fast forward, the big day was finally here and it was beyond comforting to have someone that I knew I could trust in charge. Being a postponed COVID bride, the road to getting married was nothing less than rocky, but Jennifer did everything within her power to make our day beautiful. The Perfectly Planned team was such a blessing to us! 11/10, will always recommend! -

Jennifer was so wonderful to work with! Going into a wedding not knowing a thing about how to plan it, we definitely needed all the help we could get. Jennifer was always willing to answer any questions we had. She gave lots of valuable advice and brought up plenty of things to think about that we would never have thought of. I definitely do NOT have an eye for decorating, and she really helped me come up with ideas and get a better picture in my mind of what I wanted. She was so patient and understanding and reassuring with us when we had to make the extremely difficult decision to reschedule our wedding due to COVID shutdowns. And thanks to Jennifer and her daughter Ashley (who came to help the day of), our wedding day was AMAZING. Everything went so smoothly. Knowing that I didn't have to worry about anything because Jennifer and Ashley were there making everything happen at the right time made the day so much more relaxing and beautiful. She also saved our donut wall when the doughnut shop we originally had planned to get our donuts from (Babe's Doughnuts) completely bailed on us the day of and REFUSED to make our donuts that we had already agreed upon. Jennifer worked her magic and after calling a few places in the area was able to find doughnuts for our wall just in time for the ceremony. I really can't say enough good things about her!!! -

Words cannot express my gratitude for Jennifer with “perfectly planning” . My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of them.
