John and Hillary, the property managers, were absolute lifesavers and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. They responded to every email faster than we could ask the question, gracefully navigated our “crazy” ideas, and went above and beyond to make sure every single detail of our day matched our vision. On the wedding day they were everywhere, quietly orchestrating behind the scenes, coordinating with vendors, and making sure nothing was left to chance. They truly treated our day as if it were their own, and their care and attention made all the difference.

The food at Peconic Bay Yacht Club was unforgettable. Guests couldn’t stop talking about the passed hors d’oeuvres, the main meal, and the dessert parade. Every bite was beautifully presented and delicious, it felt like a culinary experience that matched the beauty of the venue itself.

After the reception, we moved our celebration downstairs to the speakeasy and completely transformed it into a club-like atmosphere. The energy was electric, the change of scenery was a hit, and everyone had an absolute blast. It was the perfect way to cap off an unforgettable weekend.

From the day we toured the venue we knew we wanted to get married there. It was the first venue we toured and we cancelled all appointments for other venue tours afterwards! Hillary and John are both so kind, helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have throughout the whole planning process. Because of them, and the entire staff, we had the best day we could’ve ever asked for. They truly exceeded our expectations and made sure we could enjoy ourselves and be stress free. They handled everything from unpacking our decor and extra things, to setting it all up exactly how I had dreamed, and packing it up at the end of the night. We wish we could relive the whole day over and over again and would choose PBYC every time!

We were married at PBYC last month, and wish we could relive the entire day 100 times over. John and Hillary are truly the best in the business — they are incredibly kind, professional, organized and paid close attention to every single detail, both big and small, throughout the entire planning process and especially on the day of.

This venue is an absolute dream! The moment I stepped foot in here I knew I had to book it. It's difficult to find a beautiful venue with waterfront views that's also modern and super clean, but Peconic had it all. John and Hillary make this venue even better. They responded to me within 5 minutes every time I reached out... even at midnight. The food was also amazing, which is tough to find at weddings. We recommend the raw bar, sushi and duck station for cocktail hour. Everything went flawlessly day of and our guests loved it. Could not recommend it enough!!

My daughters wedding was at The Peconic Bay Yacht Club, May 31st. I worked with John and Hillary and I could not have had a better experience. They were professional and organized, the venue was spectacular as far as the interior/exterior design and layout and the view is priceless regardless of the weather. There are many venues on Long Island that would host a beautiful wedding but for a magical wedding I highly recommend The Peconic Bay Yacht Club

My husband and I just got married at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club and it was genuinely the most PERFECT day and venue. The venue and views are stunning, the food is incredible, and the staff is so attentive and friendly. Our guests had nothing but great things to stay and still continue to reach out saying it was the best wedding they’ve been to.

John and Hillary are truly the best and go above and beyond for their couples to make sure they have everything they need and they clearly care about the weddings and couples at PBYC. Throughout all of wedding planning they answered any and every question and always responded promptly and reassured us with any concerns we had. At one point we considered hiring wedding planners, but you don’t even need them. I was definitely preparing myself for something to go not according to plan, but with John and Hillary’s help, everything went perfectly. It was truly the best wedding, PBYC is the best venue and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it!!

Peconic Bay Yacht Club was my dream wedding venue. The water views are beautiful and the venue is modern and well maintained. The food is amazing, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. John and Hillary made me feel so special all day - from getting ready, to checking in on us all day, to when I said goodbye at the end of the night. They were so warm, thoughtful, flexible, and answered every question and email. I didn't even need to hire a wedding planner with John and Hillary's help! I didn't have to worry about anything and everything ran so smoothly. They really care about their couples and making sure our big day was so special. We had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they ever attended, and it was the best day of our lives. It is the best wedding venue on Long Island, no question.

The venue was breathtaking – lush greenery and blooming flowers provided the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The weather couldn’t have been better, with sunshine and a gentle breeze creating an idyllic summer day.

My husband and I got married at PBYC in May of 2024 and do not have enough positive things to say. First of all, they made the whole day run like CLOCKWORK and we literally didn't have to micromanage or make sure anything was being done at any given time. John and Hillary were so organized and easy to work with, super communicative, able to accommodate last-minute requests the week of the wedding. The bridal attendant and ancillary staff went above and beyond and attended to our every need. Guests have said it was one of/if not the best wedding they had been to and we could not be happier. You should absolutely get married here!!
