Peconic Bay Yacht Club was spectacular — it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The space is beautiful, with multiple areas that feel open and airy while still polished and elegant. The food was outstanding across the board — from the apps to dinner to dessert, honestly some of the best we’ve had at any wedding.

What really set it apart, though, was John and Hillary. We felt completely in sync with them from start to finish — thoughtful, responsive, and clearly seasoned pros who know how to run an event. It made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable.

Looking back on the day, we couldn’t be happier — and a huge part of that is the venue and the team behind it.

10/10 Had my wedding here August 2024 and it was a dream. The setting is absolutely stunning. The food was excellent & the staff was a pleasure to work with.

From the day we toured the venue we knew we wanted to get married there. It was the first venue we toured and we cancelled all appointments for other venue tours afterwards! Hillary and John are both so kind, helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have throughout the whole planning process. Because of them, and the entire staff, we had the best day we could’ve ever asked for. They truly exceeded our expectations and made sure we could enjoy ourselves and be stress free. They handled everything from unpacking our decor and extra things, to setting it all up exactly how I had dreamed, and packing it up at the end of the night. We wish we could relive the whole day over and over again and would choose PBYC every time!

We were married at PBYC last month, and wish we could relive the entire day 100 times over. John and Hillary are truly the best in the business — they are incredibly kind, professional, organized and paid close attention to every single detail, both big and small, throughout the entire planning process and especially on the day of.

This venue is an absolute dream! The moment I stepped foot in here I knew I had to book it. It's difficult to find a beautiful venue with waterfront views that's also modern and super clean, but Peconic had it all. John and Hillary make this venue even better. They responded to me within 5 minutes every time I reached out... even at midnight. The food was also amazing, which is tough to find at weddings. We recommend the raw bar, sushi and duck station for cocktail hour. Everything went flawlessly day of and our guests loved it. Could not recommend it enough!!

My daughters wedding was at The Peconic Bay Yacht Club, May 31st. I worked with John and Hillary and I could not have had a better experience. They were professional and organized, the venue was spectacular as far as the interior/exterior design and layout and the view is priceless regardless of the weather. There are many venues on Long Island that would host a beautiful wedding but for a magical wedding I highly recommend The Peconic Bay Yacht Club

My husband and I just got married at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club and it was genuinely the most PERFECT day and venue. The venue and views are stunning, the food is incredible, and the staff is so attentive and friendly. Our guests had nothing but great things to stay and still continue to reach out saying it was the best wedding they’ve been to.

John and Hillary are truly the best and go above and beyond for their couples to make sure they have everything they need and they clearly care about the weddings and couples at PBYC. Throughout all of wedding planning they answered any and every question and always responded promptly and reassured us with any concerns we had. At one point we considered hiring wedding planners, but you don’t even need them. I was definitely preparing myself for something to go not according to plan, but with John and Hillary’s help, everything went perfectly. It was truly the best wedding, PBYC is the best venue and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it!!

Peconic Bay Yacht Club was my dream wedding venue. The water views are beautiful and the venue is modern and well maintained. The food is amazing, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. John and Hillary made me feel so special all day - from getting ready, to checking in on us all day, to when I said goodbye at the end of the night. They were so warm, thoughtful, flexible, and answered every question and email. I didn't even need to hire a wedding planner with John and Hillary's help! I didn't have to worry about anything and everything ran so smoothly. They really care about their couples and making sure our big day was so special. We had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they ever attended, and it was the best day of our lives. It is the best wedding venue on Long Island, no question.

The venue was breathtaking – lush greenery and blooming flowers provided the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The weather couldn’t have been better, with sunshine and a gentle breeze creating an idyllic summer day.

My husband and I got married at PBYC in May of 2024 and do not have enough positive things to say. First of all, they made the whole day run like CLOCKWORK and we literally didn't have to micromanage or make sure anything was being done at any given time. John and Hillary were so organized and easy to work with, super communicative, able to accommodate last-minute requests the week of the wedding. The bridal attendant and ancillary staff went above and beyond and attended to our every need. Guests have said it was one of/if not the best wedding they had been to and we could not be happier. You should absolutely get married here!!

I cannot say enough good things about Peconic Bay Yacht Club! From my moment my husband and I toured the venue, we knew immediately it was where we wanted to get married. John, Hillary and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything so easy and stress-free. On the day of our wedding, they made sure I wasn’t worried about a single thing and could just enjoy my day. I seriously could not recommend them enough!!!

The classiest wedding venue on Long Island with a professional staff that backs it up. We had the full support of John and Hillary through every step of the wedding process, especially day-of. When my husband and I toured Peconic Bay Yacht Club as a newly engaged couple, we immediately knew it was the perfect venue for us. A true hidden gem on the North Fork. Its location is unparalleled, and we were confident every photo taken on the property would be absolutely stunning. The venue truly speaks for itself—its natural beauty and elegant charm make it stand out, even before adding any personal touches and decor.

The space offered everything we needed: a place to get ready, enjoy cocktail hour, dine, dance, and even host an after party—all on-site. The bridesmaids loved getting ready in the beautiful, spacious upstairs area, and the groomsmen appreciated having their own dedicated space as well.

PBYC treats you like family. On one visit, we stopped by to show my in-laws the venue, and we were welcomed right inside with warmth and hospitality. During our tasting, we were blown away by the menu options—everything was exceptional. With so many incredible options, we were able to create a personalized dining experience that we knew our guests would love. On our wedding day every course was beautifully presented and exceeded expectations.

Hillary and John are simply the best. They are highly professional, attentive, responsive, and accommodating. There was no need to hire a day-of coordinator because Hillary and John took care of everything.

The entire experience was seamless, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding day without any stress. The atmosphere was so relaxed yet elegant, and it was clear that every guest felt taken care of. Since our wedding, countless guests have told us it was the best wedding they’d ever attended, with endless compliments on the food, the staff, and the overall ambiance. Peconic Bay Yacht Club truly made our day unforgettable, ensuring every detail was perfect from start to finish.

Honestly can not recommend PBYC, John & Hilary enough! From start to finish they were incredibly responsive, transparent, and beyond easy to work with ! They really treat you like a part of the family & that really shows the day of your wedding. They're constantly checking on you & are the very first to congratulate you after your big moment with staff to hand you a drink to celebrate ! They run PBYC like a well oiled machine. Everything went perfectly according to plan. They work extremely well with all vendors & their preferred vendors are absolutely incredible recommendations. They went absolutely above & beyond with little touches throughout the day to make it even more special for us. The food is absolutely incredible, and so are the drinks ! The views are hard to beat. I wish I could live this day over and over again ! I work in corporate events and was worried wouldn't be able to turn off the event manager in me and enjoy my day, but John & Hilary put my mind at ease and I didn't worry about a single thing !!!

If you are looking for the best venue to get married… look no further. Peconic bay yacht club is top notch. The ambiance from the outside to the inside of each level of the yacht club is amazing and unique. My husband Chris and I cannot thank John and Hillary enough for how caring they were about our wedding and how responsive they were and diligent in making our day perfect. The food is amazing especially the raw bar at cocktail hour and everyone was raving about the scenery. We were so grateful to be able to have our wedding at peconic bay yacht club and cannot thank the whole team there enough for making our day absolutely outstanding and perfect.

They made sure that every detail was put in place for us and that the entire night ran smoothly! The food and drinks were phenomenal, as was the service. Our wedding at Peconic Bay Yacht Club was pure magic!!!! From our first visit, we knew it was the one. The views there are breathtaking, the food is gourmet-level delicious, and the team, especially John and Hillary, were incredibly kind and accommodating through the entire process. The venue is set up so you can easily use the outdoor space and indoor space as you want to. Our guests raved about it being one of the best weddings they've attended, thanks to the seamless service and fantastic local vendors!! It honestly was the best decision we made and Peconic really knows how to throw a party – we’re forever going to be raving about it :).

I can't say enough about Peconic Bay Yacht Club! We visited many sites before choosing one for our wedding across the North Fork, Rhode Island and Hudson Valley and we are so happy with our choice! Not only are the grounds and venue impressive, but the staff and all of John's team was flawless. The food was great and the team was very flexible and accommodating . We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish for our wedding than what was provided by John and the team at Peconic Bay Yacht Club. They went above and beyond to take away every since stress and give us the most wonderful wedding day imaginable. The location, the food, the unbelievable staff/service was commented on by all of our guests. Every single plate was wiped clean and guests were even asking for seconds! John is the best in the business and is extremely responsive, helpful, calming and has the best personality. He made our process a fun one. His team including Hillary and Alerie took away all of our stress and managed everything for us day of. We didn't have a wedding planner or day of coordinator and honestly didn't need one because of the strength of this team. Truly a day we will never forget. From the appetizers to the entrees and the dessert parade everything was fantastic. One of the few weddings I’ve been to where everything came out hot! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Johnathan and Hillary feel like family to us. We wouldn’t change a thing!!!!

My Husband and I were married at PBYC on June 10, 2023. If you are considering a North Fork wedding, there is hands down no better place. The view out to the Peconic Bay is extraordinary. John, Hillary and all of the staff were superb and paid attention to every small detail! The food was delicious as were the cocktail hour bites. Rave reviews on the Oyster and Clam Bar!!! This is not typical wedding food - it is so MUCH better. We had our ceremony outside on the lawn and to this day, guests come to me to say how idyllic and beautiful the spot was. I cannot recommend PBYC enough - it was the greatest day of my life and that’s all thanks to John and Hillary!!!

My wife and I got married in October at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club and the wedding was nothing short of perfect. John is the best in the business and he and his staff were incredible throughout the process and made everything from the first stages of planning to the wedding and everything in between so fun and stress-free. We have gotten so many compliments and rave reviews from friends and family about the venue. We had so much fun, the food was incredible, the setup with bars and staff was perfect, and everything else about the day was just so special. We could not imagine the best day of our lives happening anywhere else.

You know it was an amazing time if it's taken about two months for us to recover from all the dancing and incredible amount of fun we had at our wedding! To say the entire PBYC team (especially looking at you, John) made our wedding a day one that we couldn't have dreamt of and a day and experience we'll never forget is a massive understatement. They might be some of the finest professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with and am SO grateful I got to for our wedding day. They treated us like we were the only couple they had booked for the entire year -- no request or question was too big, small, or silly. On top of that, they made everything feel fun and easy, even though wedding planning can feel like one of the most stressful things ever at points. I am eternally grateful for having gotten to feel like one of the most special people on earth because of John and his team at PBYC. If it weren't for their kindness, insane amount of effort and attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond, I know our wedding wouldn't have been as amazing. John has such a gift in doing what he does for a living. If you were on the fence in considering PBYC, let me tell you this -- you should consider this your sign to do it NOW. You will not find a better team, a more beautiful location, and holy SMOKES... no better food, anywhere else. Our wedding day could not have perfect, and it was largely because of John and his amazing staff. My (now) husband and I must have toured 20+ venues in and around NYC and LI, and we knew immediately when we stepped foot at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club to meet with John that it was where we wanted to get married and who we wanted to put our trust in --- and that is saying a lot coming from someone who doesn’t like giving up control! John was so helpful in the lead up to the wedding and on the day of. We didn’t have a wedding planner and I didn’t for a second regret not getting one; John and his staff created a seamless timeline for our day, which was executed to perfection. It truly was the most amazing day!

We got married in November, so there were also a lot of ‘question marks’ leading up to the wedding – What will the weather be like? Could we get married outside? John helped guide us along the way and even let us make the final call (inside vs. outside) the day before the wedding, which was SO appreciated! (And to be clear, there was no wrong option – the entire venue inside and out is spectacular)! It just so happened to be a beautiful November day, so my husband and I were lucky enough to get married on the beautiful outdoor deck on the second floor of the Peconic Bay Yacht Club – and it was magical! The venue and the views are just beautiful, especially around sunset!

We also can’t say enough good things about the food – the cocktail hour was a hit, and the dinner was fabulous. We had so many guests tell us how good the food was! Our favorites were the lobster rolls, sushi sliders, baby lamb chops and fish taco sips & bites for cocktail hour, and we selected the local bass (which was in season), the short rib, and the lemon arugula ravioli for our dinner options. We tried all three… and OMG – they were all so so good. We also had the afterparty on site (in the speakeasy-style basement), which was a hit. Late night chicken tendies and fries were the icing on the cake!

Looking back the standout was really the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and made the Peconic Bay Yacht Club feel like our home for the weekend. If you’re thinking of selecting the Peconic Bay Yacht Club for your wedding venue… DO IT! It will be a day or night to remember forever!!

PBYC is truly AMAZING! We had the most dreamy, magical and perfect day!!!

We were originally booked at another venue that canceled on us 6 months out. We found PBYC and immediately fell in love. We are certain everything happens for a reason and can’t imagine having gotten married anywhere but PBYC.

John was fantastic from the start - so patient in answering all our questions and making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. Heather, our bridal assistant, was THE best! She was so conscious of our wants/needs throughout the whole day and was ready to help with anything. We had absolutely no stress with PBYC. We gave them our vision and they brought it all together seamlessly. Every aspect of our day and everything leading up to it was 10/10 fantastic. We are still on cloud 9 from our perfect day. It really was a dream come true!

When the big day came the venue was beautiful.
Not just the views of the bay but inside and out the various rooms were beautifully decorated and carefully maintained.
The the evening went on without a hitch.
Timely and professional service the hallmarks.
The cocktail hour the passed horsd’oeuvres ,the raw bar and a few other excellent choices such as the market table were all spot on .
The entrées etc were all very tasty ,fresh and generous.
After a lifetime of weddings this was among the very, very best.

We were married on 5/14/22 .John is amazing to work with and was only outshined by the venue and food! I cannot recommend this venue enough. John went above and beyond in every aspect including day of issues which he had nothing to do with! A month later, and our guests are still raving about the food and service. My high expectations were blown away. The most common comment I received is "The food was the best wedding food that we've ever had" I have to agree with this! I wholeheartedly recommend this venue !

We got married at PBYC on 6/4/22. We just returned from our honeymoon, and the first thing I wanted to do was write a review!

John and the staff at PBYC are absolutely incredible. We had the most phenomenal day, filled with so much love and happiness. Our guests are still raving saying this was one of the best weddings they ever attended. Every single little detail was well thought out, and beautifully executed.

John was extremely knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful throughout the planning process, and made sure everything went seamlessly leading up to (and the day of) our wedding. John is so kind, and made sure our families were well taken care of throughout the day.

The food was on another level. Everything was beyond delicious, and presented so beautifully. My husband and I took our photos before our ceremony, so we got to enjoy the incredible cocktail hour with our guests. The deck overlooking the water is such a picturesque location, and we lucked out with the most gorgeous early summer day. The space is so beautifully designed, and the views are incredible.

We could not recommend this venue (and John) enough. John and his staff made sure everything ran flawlessly, and helped make our day everything we dreamed of and more! The icing on the cake was the after-party in the basement. It was such a perfect way to wrap up the most incredible day.

Peconic Bay Yacht Club proved to be the amazing venue we first laid eyes on so long ago and we are so happy our wedding was there. Everything was perfect, great thanks to John, the GM there and for helping us throughout the whole process. He is very attentive and makes you feel like the only couple he's working with. The day of attendant (Heather) was truly remarkable as well. PBYC staff were all phenomenal and we are so thankful!

To say that our wedding at the PBYC was the wedding of our dreams is an understatement…words cannot begin to describe how exceptional the entire experience was!

From the outset, we knew we had made the right decision when picking our venue. Working with John over the last year was an absolute pleasure. His kindness, support, experience, and sense of humor made the entire process easy. Despite the fact that the last year and a half has been beyond difficult dealing with COVID, health restrictions, social distancing and countless unknowns, John was always there with a smile, a joke, and reassurances for us. Any questions we had were addressed immediately. By the time our wedding came around we were beyond confident that everything was going to run smoothly.

And then came our wedding day. It was truly beautiful and while the weather certainly played a role in that, the Yacht Club itself was the perfect setting. Everything looked beautiful! John and the staff at the PBYC work hard to make the place an absolutely stunning venue, from the lawn overlooking the bay where we had our ceremony, to the upstairs patio where our guests enjoyed the best cocktail hour imaginable, to the main dining room with it’s picture perfect views of the marina and greater bay beyond. Pictures are just starting to roll in and they are stunning!

We also have to note how amazing the entire staff working that day were. Our guests are still remarking on how fabulous the service was. No one wanted for anything. We were fortunate enough to have Hillary work with us as our bridal attendant that day; she was phenomenal! She was always there at our side whenever we needed a drink, a bite to eat, or just a reminder to take some time for ourselves if we needed to. Thanks to her, John, and everyone else, we were able to relax, enjoy our family and friends, and have the best time ever.

We cannot begin to thank John and everyone at the PBYC for making our special day an amazing one with memories that we will treasure for years to come!

Having our wedding on July 4th at Peconic Bay Yacht Club was the easiest decision we made. From the moment we stepped into the stunning venue, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from John and it felt like home. We were blown away by the beauty of the property, the stunning views, the character of each floor, and the creative ways you can use the venue. Most importantly what really stood out was how amazing the hospitality was. You will never find a better GM than John. When we first met him, he immediately put us at ease while planning our wedding during a pandemic. The support he showed us this past year leading up to our wedding day, was one of the many reasons why we were so thankful we chose PBYC. John was honest, always optimistic, stayed on top of providing us with Covid updates, and was so timely with communication (no matter what day or time I would email him!).

On our wedding day, we continued to be blown away by the professionalism and kindness from the rest of the PBYC staff. Special shout out to Michelle (bridal attendant), for making my day effortless. She was at my side whenever I needed her with a smile on her face, and so quick to get the task done! She provided me with veil and bouquet help, food & water during the busy moments, organized my belongings, and everything else in between. The rest of the staff went above and beyond as well – from unloading and packing up our wedding items, hustling to make sure everyone was happy, giving us impeccable service and always checking in with my husband and I to make sure our day was perfect. Not to mention the food at both the cocktail hour and reception was hands down amazing! Our guests are still raving about it!

The PBYC staff made us feel like the only wedding of the season, they were like family to us that day. We will forever be grateful for all that they did (no detail went unnoticed) and we are thankful for all the unexpected additions to the night. On behalf of Nico and I, our families, and guests - THANK YOU! We owe it all to you for helping make our dream day come to life. It was a 4th of July wedding that we will never forget!

My husband and I got married at PBYC on 6/11/21 and our wedding was an absolute dream. We knew we wanted to work with John within 5 minutes of meeting him, before he even brought us on a tour of the property. We planned our wedding through the uncertainty of Covid-19, and John was with us every step of the way. He made us feel like ours was the most important wedding (even though he has countless weddings every season)! Most importantly, John was honest, genuine, and patient throughout the whole wedding planning process. You will not find a better GM.

Of course, the venue itself is beyond beautiful and lends itself to so many aesthetics. The food was incredible, as was the staff that so graciously welcomed our family and friends. My husband and I had the best night of our lives! And it is even more rewarding to have our guests share their amazing experience!! We are still receiving phone calls/messages saying what a wonderful day it was! THANK YOU PBYC for bringing our dream wedding day to life!

Peconic Bay Yacht Club is truly a dream venue. The staff is absolutely fabulous. The GM, John, was extremely responsive, always accommodating, and truly made me feel like family. He completely sold the venue for me, I felt a weight lift from my shoulders because i knew he would be on top of anything that may occur on my wedding day, or leading up to it. Unfortunately, due to COVID i ended up canceling my June wedding. The venue was truly amazing through my cancelation process and i was so thankful after i had heard so many horror stories about brides from other venues. I wish i could of had my big day there, but i know in the future i will be sure to host an event there. If i could give them more than five stars i would.

We have nothing but great things to say about the Peconic Bay Yacht Club, specifically for a wedding venue! John (the GM) and his team went above and beyond to make our day extra special. With everything that went on with Covid, we had to cancel our destination wedding and rebook something local in a matter of 5 weeks, yet PBYC made it a seamless process. Even the day of our wedding it was raining, and John was able to make a last-minute call to transition the cocktail hour to the upstairs deck once the rain let up. This space is stunning, very clean, and has the most delicious menu. This place is just awesome and the perfect spot for a Long Island wedding!

We spent three months looking at over 20 wedding venues in NYC, Hudson Valley and the Hamptons before deciding on Peconic Bay Yacht Club. It was the last place we saw and easily the most beautiful. The venue itself is pristine and the views are stunning. Even on a cloudy day it's a gorgeous spot.

John (the GM) is incredibly responsive and flexible and he's assembled an amazing team that goes above and beyond. Many of our picky guests commented on how phenomenal the food was (best wedding food we've ever had) as well as how great the staff was.

As the bride, I felt more than taken care of before and during our wedding day. All I had to do was think about needing a sip of water, and a glass would appear. It was a completely magical day that more than exceeded our expectations. We also worked with At Your Service Party Rentals for many of the extras we wanted for the event and they were outstanding.

If you want a wedding venue that has stunning water views and is extremely high touch, look no further. We couldn't possibly recommend Peconic Bay Yacht Club (and John and his team) more.

To set the scene here, we don’t typically write reviews, I actually don’t think I ever have!! My husband and I are not h from NYC but spend a ton of time out in the North Fork. We just hosted our wedding at PBYC this past weekend and we are both feel very strongly about recommending the venue to anyone looking for an elevated, out of the ordinary wedding experience.

VENUE: From the moment we viewed the venue back in 2017 we knew it was the place for us. We spent so much time looking at spaces in both NYC and out east that always fell short for my very high standards. We were looking for either fall or winter timeframe and really struggled to find a venue that had the elements of water/ocean but also felt very estate like and wintery. PBYC is typically used for summer weddings given its prime North Fork waterfront location and nautical feel. What we loved most about the PBYC were the interiors in the actual building itself. The finishings/decor/layout are super classic, upscale and you can tell the owners but some money into the renovations. I don’t think I could pick a favorite room if I tried, I love them all! PBYC was a no brainer for us style wise, it fit us perfectly!

STAFF: What closed the deal for me was how truly impressive, charming (and witty) venue manager, John is. We were quite tough customers, requiring a larger than average sized party, many extras and “special requests” and John handled everything quickly and flawlessly. He even got along with my very difficult and opinionated mother (and me, I’m also really tough...) John always makes himself available, there were many times we happened to “stop by” the area with very little notice and he always accommodated a visit.

Upon our wedding day, the PBYC staff went above and beyond to ensure both families had everything they needed for getting ready/photos and bridal suites. John even helped my mom with tables and accent details, I’m pretty sure that’s not his job!!

FOOD: The food is creative, uniquely displayed, ABSOLUTELY delicious. You can tell the kitchen team takes pride in presentation and making your day a very out of the ordinary food experience for guests. The venue does a very elegant cocktail hour with a focus on passed hors d'oeuvres that are super pretty and well displayed. We chose to do a European style dinner, where guests move to the first floor ball room for a formal sit down dinner, and then back upstairs for a massive dance party. Full disclosure I was nervous how this style wedding would pan out, but it turned out amazing and we got a ton of compliments on how guests actually enjoyed not holding a plate at cocktail hour and moving on from dinner with no return to their table :) Again, so many compliments on the food - get the scallops!!

I know everyone says that their wedding was the “best wedding ever” but I’m losing count now of how many guests have gone out of their way to compliment the venue, food, party, staff, attention to detail, John himself- you name it! We’ve been to countless weddings ourselves and this was seriously the BEST party we’ve ever been apart of. It was such an elevated classy event and we are THRILLED.

We had our wedding at PBYC in November 2018, and I have to say choosing PBYC as our reception venue and after party spot was by far the best decision we could have made. From the moment we booked we knew we would be in good hands with John. Not only was he on top of everything and very knowledgable - he was so pleasant to work with and really made us feel special. I don't think more than a few hours went by before he answered one of my emails, even on the weekends!! We had a super windy day for our wedding and unfortunately it was too cold to have cocktail hour on the deck, but it didn't even matter because the building is so beautiful - rain or shine. I am from the North Fork so I loved that we were able to serve local wine and beers. The food is also amazing - you'll understand when you get to do the tasting. John just made our lives easy from Day 1 and I couldn't have been more thrilled with how everything was executed. We did not hire a day-of coordinator, and we didn't need to because John and his staff took care of everything. Setting up the tables, lighting the candles just before the reception, making sure our place cards were set up nice on the escort card table - everything was taken care of for us. Even our band told us that PBYC was one of the easiest venues they have ever worked with. Every one of the PBYC staff members were pleasant and courteous to us and our guests and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed (shoutout to Billy and Noah). They were honestly phenomenal. We had purchased copper mule mugs for one of our signature drinks, which we were hoping to get back after the wedding. When we returned the day after our wedding to retrieve some things we had left there, every single one of the copper mule mugs were cleaned and re-packaged in their original boxes and ready for us to pick up. I would 100% recommend PBYC to anyone. It was worth every penny.

I had the pleasure of getting married at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club and it was a dream! John was helpful, organized and knowledgable from the moment we met him until the day of! The space itself is absolutely breathtaking and unique. It just so happens that a nor'easter hit the day of our wedding, but it honestly did not even make a difference to the day. We had our ceremony inside, which originally I didn't want, but it turned out perfect! We still had a view of the water and the ballroom made for a cozy, intimate spot in the midst of a storm. We were able to put up a tent on the balcony to still enjoy water views. John made sure everything ran flawlessly, right down to an amazing afterparty in the basement wine cellar. Guests are still talking about the amazing and unique food as well! Anyone would be lucky to get married here! I just wish I could do it all over again :)

Stop looking! Have. Your. Wedding. HERE! The well-manicured grass area overlooking the water, wedding party preparation areas, reception room and the upstairs bar area with HUGE balcony and very unique lantern room made for a remarkable and perfect setting for our special day! It could have not been more perfect. It is made easy given that you have the venue to yourself all day from 9 am until 1am. The staff and coordinators are extremely attentive and professional. They could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. They made our day very easy and stress free. We looked at several other venues and this one blew them all away. No detail was ignored. Oh, and we are still hearing how amazing the food was. Such an amazing place!

We just returned from our honeymoon last night and the first thing we wanted to do today was write a review for John and the rest of the staff at Peconic Bay Yacht Club for giving us the wedding of our dreams. There is truly nothing we would change about our experience from the first tour we took with John to when we boarded the bus home at the end of the night. John thought of every detail, responded to every question quickly, and made us feel like we were truly part of the family. The space itself is beautifully designed, the views are surreal, and the food was out of this world. We could not recommend this venue and everything/everyone that comes with it enough. Thank you so much John for everything you did to make our big day as special as it was!!!

Peconic Bay Yacht Club provided us with the most amazing day of our lives! We looked at a few different venues on the North Fork, and within the first few minutes of arriving, immediately knew this was THE spot. My husband and I were married on the lawn overlooking the water on a sunny 65 degree day in April. While we seriously lucked out with the weather (#blessed, especially since we took a chance with no tent), it really was the only thing we had to worry about because John and his staff took care of everything and were TOP NOTCH. The entire planning process can be hectic and overwhelming, but John was there every step of the way to help answer any questions we had, day or night. Robbins Wolfe provided the most delicious and unique food options which our guests are still raving about months later (seriously never seen so many people order chicken and waffles as their entrée!)

Because the building itself is so beautiful and such an amazing space, we really wanted to use the upstairs area for more than just cocktail hour. Therefore, we decided on having our reception ‘European’ style, meaning we were able to utilize the entire building to suit our needs. It was the perfect flow of the evening- from seamlessly transitioning from indoor/outdoor cocktail hour on the upstairs deck, down to dinner in the ballroom where speeches were given while dinner was served, culminating back upstairs after the main courses to really get the party started. We had the dessert parade come out while the band played away and guests raved about being able to enjoy dessert without interrupting their dancing. We ended up doing 1.5 hour cocktail hour and the after-party downstairs, both of which I would highly recommend!

From the venue itself, the gorgeous grounds, the entire staff, to the amazing and seemingly endless amount of food and drinks, you truly get the whole package. Legit your guests will say it’s the best wedding they have ever been to and actually mean it. AMAZING!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Peconic Bay Yacht Club and it was by far was the most magical day of our lives!!! The entire PBYC and Robbins Wolfe staff went above and beyond what we imagined. From the service, coordination, organization, set-up, menu, cuisine, drinks, and everything else, we were impressed by the planning leading up to the wedding day and execution on the big day.

John, the PBYC wedding GURU, was so helpful and responsive from the day we started many months before our actual wedding day. On the wedding day, John was our maestro leading the entire event. He solved all the small and major problems that arose (even when my guests showing up 30 min early to the reception!) and made our bridal party and family feel so welcomed and comfortable. The value for what you get at Peconic Bay Yacht Club is unrivaled. You don't have to worry or think about anything except for having a great time.

Rain or shine, the venue is beautiful and warm. The food is delicious and there's so much of it! From cocktail hour and the amazing raw bar to the butler-passed dessert parade (THINK Spiked Milkshakes! Yum), everything was flavorful and well-executed. Our guests keep mentioning that it is the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The service was impeccable and we always had someone attending to us and our guests. Overall, we could not have had a better experience. John and the whole PBYC team made our dream wedding come true. We strongly recommend booking your wedding at Peconic Bay Yacht Club. Period.

From the moment we met John and saw the beautiful venue we knew this was the one. After an exhaustive search of venues in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the North Fork, the Hamptons and the Hudson Valley we were starting to think the venue we were envisioning did not exist. PBYC met all of our requirements and more. John was super friendly, extremely helpful and always responsive. (He would answer our many late night emails within minutes) John is the gold standard for what every venue manger should be. After our wedding we had so many people reach out to us to tell us how amazing he was. We had no major hiccups thanks to John’s attention to detail, organization and preparation.

Also, the venue is beyond stunning, it is absolutely breathtaking. From the gorgeous outdoor area on the water to the perfectly decorated interior (each area has its own personality) you will fall in love with the grounds. Throughout the day we utilized all of their spaces with an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour on the balcony, dinner in the dining room, dancing on the 2nd floor and an after party in the Cellar Bar.

Not only is PBYC a beautiful venue, but their partnership with Robbins Wolfe catering elevates the experience. The food was unique and absolutely delicious. We are still receiving messages from our guests that they are craving the burrata! The quality of the wine and spirits is above and beyond any other venue (and trust me, we have been to a lot of weddings!)

We strongly recommend booking your big day at Peconic Bay Yacht Club. After touring the venue and meeting John you will know you ended up at the right place!

Our wedding at the PBYC was amazing. The manicured grounds overlooking the Peconic Bay was the perfect backdrop for our photos. The building doesn't need any dressing up.. its gorgeous.
