Pavilion Grille is a beautiful open-aired wedding venue in Boca Raton, Florida. Located in the indoor Atrium of the FNBCC Bank building, this restaurant features picturesque fountains and palm trees that make for a perfect and affordable location for your celebration. No matter what you have in mind for your wedding, the event team at Pavilion Grille will assist in any way they can to make it wonderful.
Facilities and Capacity
This venue can accommodate groups of up to 250, with many different event spaces to choose from. There is a private Grille Room, a bar and cocktail lounge area, and a canopy-covered, 3000-square-foot dance floor. The lobby area can also be used for events. No matter the size or style of your event, these various spaces can be worked with and designed to reflect your unique vision and personality.
Services Offered
Pavilion Grille offers many useful event services to bring your event together and make it exceptional. A team of event planners will work closely with you to help you organize your dream day. With great food, custom design, convenient parking, and great accommodations, this venue can really provide. Tables and chairs will be provided and set up into any arrangement you prefer. A variety of decor items are available onsite, including linens, table runners, and other event rentals. In addition to weddings, the venue can also host prenuptial events, including engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners.

With over 15 different cuisine styles, you are sure to find the exact combination of flavors to please you and your guests. Amazing venue
Liz and Cookie were amazing to work with. We booked the venue before the pandemic, but then everything changed with Covid. They were there for us every step of the way when we had to make adjustments (postponing a year, last-minute table layout changes, etc). We are so grateful for how patient and accommodating Pavilion Grille was with us throughout the planning process, especially during these times. They were responsive, kind, and professional and ensured our event ran perfectly.
Food and bev were one of our top priorities. The venue offers several dinner packages, and we went with the Platinum buffet station package. It was a hit!! We decided on stations so we could offer a variety of food to our guests - there were so many delicious options to choose from. Not only that, the service was great and included plexiglass and servers so that guests were not handling the food. The appetizers during cocktail hour were also amazing. Our only regret was that we didn't have more food during the party!
The space itself was also one of the main reasons we chose Pavilion Grille. If your guests like to dance, this is the venue for you!! We loved that the dance floor wasn't just a square like most places, but the entire floor. It gave us a lot more space to dance and spread out, which our guests appreciated. Also, the lighting, trees, and canopy are gorgeous and the space doesn't require too much additional decor outside of what's already included.
Overall, we could not be happier that we chose to have our wedding here and highly recommend it for any celebration. It's clear they know how to run big events with how smoothly everything turned out. Thank you!!

If you are looking for a wonderful venue for your wedding (or any other event), I encourage you to look at Pavilion Grille during your search. Not your typical venue as they have a soaring atrium with a wide open space for lots of guests. The staff is wonderful and the food is so delicious!
I have captured several events at the Pavillion Grille and each time it has been a wonderful experience. Liz and her team go above and beyond. As a vendor its always a pleasure to work with caring and wonderful people. The venue lends itself to create unique imagery and the food is delicious and Liz is a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend!
