Beyond happy to have chosen Sea Watch for our intimate wedding! The location is absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious and the staff wonderful. I keep getting compliments from all our guests about how amazing everything was and how did I find this place!!
We were in the Captain's Room which was a perfect size for our party of 50 with plenty of room to dance and move around (and we danced all night!!)
Cara, the events coordinator, was a pleasure to work with and present from start to finish on our wedding day. She worked closely with our DJ, flower crew and photographer to make sure everything was perfect!

Working with the wedding coordinator, was a breeze. My family has been coming to this restaurant since I was a child and our wedding there was very sentimental and sweet. The quality of service was perfect. The food and drinks were delicious and everyone loved it. The room was intimate, lovely, classy, and rustic. They were very accommodating and kind to all of us. I would highly recommend. They coordinated all of the services we hired to work perfectly on the day of the wedding, and they had great recommendations for the florist, photographer, and DJ, all of whom have worked in this venue before and do great quality work. Not to mention that this venue is on the beach so the view is lovely! They know what they are doing here.

Our wedding ceremony at Sea Watch on the Ocean was an absolutely beautiful site for our wedding!! We had our ceremony outside on the lawn next to the beach, it was more than what I could have asked for! The staff was very accommodating, professional and they were there every step of the way. After the ceremony we took pictures on the beach and the location was postcard perfect! We went inside for dinner and the food was amazing!! The restaurant was so cozy and beautiful, our guests loved it!! I was so happy with the entire evening! I will have the best memories of our wedding because Sea Watch did such a fantastic job! !

I had an awesome experience planning my wedding at Sea Watch on the Ocean. I was looking for an affordable venue with good food & good service that offered a beach ceremony option and that is EXACTLY what we got. In fact, we got more than we expected. Penny is so good at communicating and getting RIGHT back to you whenever you have questions. I planned a destination wedding, having never been to the venue before, so you can imagine I had LOTS of questions. Penny was always patient and gave me advice on a number of occasions which saved us money in the end. She was also flexible when it came to me personalizing our wedding, but if she had to decline a request, it was for good reason. Sea Watch is in a touristy part of town, but there is plenty of free parking for your guests. Another plus.

The Captains Room is a beautiful, intimate space with wonderful views of the ocean. We had a sand ceremony. You can also choose a lawn ceremony, which is a little closer to the building. There is no sound on the beach so you will have to provide your own.

I can not put into words how beautiful our wedding ceremony was. The weather was awesome on that day, thank God. I would happily recommend Sea Watch if you're looking to have an intimate wedding. And the food is delicious! The seafood was melt in your mouth, mm mm good. Our guests kept raving about how much they enjoyed the food and dessert trays!

I am from PA and I have never been to the Sea Watch in Ft Lauderdale. I saw the reviews on wedding wire and gave it a try and I'm thrilled I did. Penny (banquet Mgt) went above and beyond to help me choose this place. She sent me everything I needed via email and fax. Easiest process ever. She was very quick to get respond to emails or calls. At the reception she kept making sure everything was to my liking . She is the best. I highly recommend the Sea Watch for a small intimate wedding. We had 30 people but the room accommodates up to 60.
