I can't say enough good things about this Chart House venue for a reception. From the second we walked in with our questions to last goodbyes on wedding day, Janis was professional, patient and kind. The view of the Bay is beautiful, and the restaurant itself is pretty and laid back. It took very little to add the elegance we wanted, but we could have just as easily used it as is. Many food options. We chose one of the least expensive, which included appetizers, choice of 4 delicious entrees, unlimited beverages, and champagne! We opted for the cash bar, but open bar was available. They let us turn one of the seating areas into a children's room with their own menus and decorations. Janis even printed out the Menus we designed! The staff that helped us was excellent, from chef to waiters, all with a genuine sense of caring that all turned out well on our special day... And it did!

Janis’ professionalism, ease and excitement towards her work gave us reassurance and encouragement. Doing our reception at the Chart House was exceptional and definitely distinctive and unlike any other wedding I have ever been to!

We did our ceremony and reception at Chart house restaurant in coconut grove, fl. The food was delicious, the restaurant is next to the Bahia, we had it done at their terrace, it was very romantic. Their staff are very polite, the price and menu are very affordable and great quality.

We loved the Chart House! We had our a day time wedding (much cheaper). The staff there was excellent, and the food was to die for. All of our guest were happy. Janice was one of the wedding coordinators and made sure everything went great. The head Chef, Mario made sure all the meals were freshly prepared. You won't be disappointed if you choose the Chart House.

This past Saturday, my fiancé and I went to visit Chart House (Miami). It was a perfect venue for our ceremony and reception. We spoke with the director of sales, and previously the general manager, and decided on a plan. They created a contract for us and took our deposit. The director of sales assured me that I could contact her with any questions and/or concerns I may have. Come Thursday (5 days after we made our deposit) morning I had a question so I emailed her through the previous chain of emails we had been using. The email was kicked back to me. Later in the evening I tried emailing again - same thing. I tried calling numerous times as it was during business hours and I figured someone would answer the phone. NO ONE ANSWERED! I called the Ft. Lauderdale location and they confirmed the business had closed!!! It closed Monday - just two days after they prepared our contract and took our deposit! I'm furious to say the least. However, my wedding is in April and I will find something else before. The lady I spoke with at their Ft. Lauderdale location said they are honoring the contacts at their location - however, I've not yet heard back from a manger, etc. It's hard to believe that someone at this chain did not know they were closing in two days.
