Paul's Provisions is a full service catering company bringing Chef Paul Madrid's Contemporary American Cuisine to the Centre County Region.

Chef Madrid has teamed with Patrick Donaghy, former owner of Centre County Caterers, in order to bring a premier catering company to Happy Valley. Paul and Patrick bring 45 years of combined restaurant, catering, and convention service experience to Paul's Provisions and will utilize their many years of success to set a standard of cuisine and catering services in the area.

Located conveniently in State College, PA with a state of the art catering production kitchen, Paul's Provisions offers an extensive selection of catering services with custom menus and market pricing.

Couldn't pick anyone better

I can't recommend Paul and his services enough. Out of all the things to stress about for a wedding, catering was not one of them. He made everything easy, was great with communication, had lovely staff members helping, and the food... amazing!! He helped us pick meal options within our budget, and it was incredible. Three weeks later people are still telling us how amazing the food was. I would definitely choose Paul again. Thank you!

Paul saved the day!

Not a wedding, but we have used Paul's Provisions for several Penn State Philosophy Department events, and they have always been fabulous to work with. Most recently an incident occurred where their staff was not supplied with the address of the event. Chef Paul personally ensured that everything was ready to go, showed up as soon as the address was provided, and kept the event on track. We could not be more appreciative of their professionalism and ability to improvise. HIGHLY recommend for any occasion. Food is fabulous.
